Mobile apps performance issues

Hi heros,

 

I am having performance issues using mobile apps. For example, I tried CRM companion with the same mobile phone (model, OS, app version), one is getting 3 minutes to open, and other 60 minutes. Other users try using their cell phones and getting stick and when I try using the same user, I have no problems. Is it any configuration I can do to help with the performance?

You could have a look at the Mobile App Status lobby or the other logging features (see IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (25R1) | IFS Community, chapter Synchronization and Offline Database)
