Service (Touch Apps, MWO, MRO)

Hi All,In IFS MWO Service app, there is a tile called ‘Mobile Integration’.What does this do and what are the capabilities of this functionality.   

We had a link set up to another application from the Mobile Integration page in Apps for Page Designer section but when we go to this page, it throws an error message.  Nothing displays in the Mobile Integrations list. An internal server error occurred. Hi, Where are the SVC service APIs kept? I can see it in the database, but I cannot find such APIs in my build or project. Thanks.

Hello all, Yesterday we had IFS Apps 10 update 7 deployed in our live system, after that we can see many background jobs for below description. NotifyMe - Refresh markdowns. - API name  →   Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Refresh_Markdowns NotifyMe - Register notifications. - API name → Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Register_Notifications I know it’s related to manual supplier invoices.  Does any one know how to control these new background job? Is there any configuration for this? Can anyone explain this? Thank you.

HelloI have updated SSL certificate using installer in IFS App 10Certificate is updated successfully but few deployments are in Failed status, tried to restart from Admin console but didn’t help.Getting 404 - Not found Error, While trying to login application. I know its because of ifsapp-main is failed. Please help.

Hi everyone,I need some clarification regarding the purchase part process for mobile users. If we create a purchase part on the mobile users' site and add a supplier for that purchase part (PP), will it automatically sync to the purchase_part table in DB viewer?Or are there any prerequisites needed to ensure these purchase parts appear in the MWO users' purchase_part table in DB viewer?NOTE: the created inventory part can be visible in Inventory_part table.I have run the refresh all inventory part database scheduled task as well. Still the PP cannot be seen.User is not connected to any warehouse. (Even he is not connected, some old purchase parts are visible in purchase_part table, newly created ones are not synced) Hope this is an issue with the data set up.Thanks!

Hi,Why am I unable to create an invoice preview for a work order structure even though there are sales lines that haven’t been invoiced in both work orders. It lets me create it per work order but not for the whole structure. Thanks,George.

We are considering use of the MWO (Mobile Work Order) processing for our Maintenance Engineers. We’d like to install the app on their phones. But first we would like to find out if it's used by other companies and if this is a reliable solution. Has anyone used MWO? Has it proved reliable? We use IFS9 and have about 50 Maintenance Engineers who work at our plants so they'd be connecting via WiFi from their phones. We have fairly extensive knowledge of IFS and use it quite widely.

Hey everyone! I have been trying to create an enumeration filter for custom attribute with a custom enumeration on a IFS MWO Service page, but I can’t seem to get it working.I have sent this custom field to the mobile app.Am I missing something or doing anything wrong?

Good afternoon, I created a custom event that when State gets to approved it sends a push notification: But currently this is only working for a specific user, and this user has 10 device_id where only 2 of them are receiving the notification, does someone know how to send to the 10 devices and to the other users?

Community, I am not quite familiar with MRO, so bear with me any “stupid” question I might have now. the fundamental of MRO is to create Serial Structure Template, my question is, how we could simply retrieve this from a product built in-house, does system support transfer the As-built Structure (built in house and sale to customer) to Serial Structure Template? Thank you.

Something I noticed was in Apps 10, for maintenance surveys, even if you have defined more than three surveys for one work type, only the first three surveys are triggered. I tested this for a customer and as well as in one of our internal environments and the behavior was similar.  Is there a way to go around this? Is there a parameter setup I’m not aware about?  Thank you,  

 Hello,I need your help, we have service contracts in invoice plan with periodic prices that we want to change into resources used, but as soon as I want to delete the periodic prices, I can't. I think it's no longer possible because I've tried everything with dates, but nothing works.Can you tell me if you've encountered the same problem? Thank you for your help  

Hi,Is there a proper way to block users from using mWO S/Engineer Windows app to access IFS (Cloud 23R2), and only allow the Android app. I know we can disable the device after, but can we configure something so that they can’t even activate the Windows app in the first place? TIA

I add new items in the MWO service (mobile) home screen:Both new tiles have a generic icon by default. How can I relate a new Icon for each tile?

When a Service Contract Line has an Invoice Type = Invoice Plan and Periodic Pricing has been entered there seems no way to undo this. Changing the Invoice Type is not allowed due to the Periodic Prices and Periodic Prices can not be removed although there is a RMB "Delete” (which does not delete the line). So, how can I change the Invoice Type? IFS Applications 10 UPD7.
