Now, with the new 24R1 release, I can start the mobile app for service, but it seems that I am offline (even though I have the web environment open and I am logged in). This is causing problems because I cannot see everything I should. Is there any way to get online?

If you are referring to the gray dot - it means you are not in shift. Nothing to do with online/offline status.

+4Ah okay, thanks my bad. But in this case i have another question why i cant see spare parts for the object even if i downloaded info about object to the application?
