When we set up a customer, we assign a Main Representative to the customer.  This representative had visibility only to his customers using the CRM functionality. When we receive an order from the customer, it is entered through our customer service group.  The customer service person who enters the order is set as the Main Representative for this particular order. This means that the Main Representative for the customer has no visibility to the customer’s orders. Is there a way to automatically add the Main Representative on the customer record to any customer orders created for that customer, so they will be able to see the order?

Good day, As we’ve continued to improve the quantity and quality of the application data held in our CMDB, we’ve added additional fields to our Item form. We want to be able to import data to these new fields to support decision making for risky applications, etc. When we upgraded to assyst 11.4.1, we gained the ability to use assystETM, which is great. In looking at the DMW interface, it appears there is no way to create/update customized fields. I am wondering if perhaps I am overlooking something, or if there is another recommended way we can mass import data  (usually as a one time thing to move towards keeping the information updated in assyst). Thanks so much,...Donovan

Hi,I am working with Aurena and need to add a command or some kind of hyperlink that opens a PDF file from an online storage drive . The problem is that the instruction navigate checks and opens only URLs that start with http:// or https:// and I need it to open a URL that starts with file:///. How do I customize a command so it will open a URL like that? Or do I have some other option to achieve this?

I want the parts sent with a service order to be cancelled.I corrected the stock by undoing the inventory usage from the "Report in Work Order" screen. But that's not enough for me to close the maintenance order.Customer Order is not canceled(01-pic), customer order delivery is not cancelled(02-pic) and transfer of work order lines to customer order is not  undo(03-pic).Do you have a suggested solution? 01-CustomerOrder.png02-UndoCustomerOrderDelivery.png03-UndoTransferToCustomerOrder.png

Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. Thank you very much!

We are close to going live and are working through various permissions. At the moment we are trying to get the option to export out of Report Archive to work and I am failing miserably. First the “Export” button wasn’t active (greyed out)then I magically got that to work; however, we would get an error that indicated “The File Cannot be Created” Can anyone tell me what I need to grant to make this work as designed.

When new Lobby page is created, user cannot se it without granting page to the user.We need to use the workaround given which is ,1. Log on as end user with permission to create Lobby (projection LobbyConfiguration, lobbyDatasourceConfiguration, and LobbyElementConfiguration are granted to end user permission set)2. create new Lobby page3. directly after save, an error is presented: "Cannot load Page"4. go to "Permission Set" details page, add this new lobby page to permission set that the end user have5. back to Lobby overview and try to find this new Lobby page - still same error ( "Cannot load Page")6. log off and log on again7. This new lobby page is now available and you can add elements to it8. (did not tested to create new element and use it directly, will probably end up in same problem until this new element is granted) Will there be a fix in the future release to replace this workaround ? if so when will it be .
