Hi experts,

One of our customers is in the process of setting up push messaging for FSM. According to the  documentation an azure notification hub needs to be created for this.

The customer would like to know the pricing tier to choose for this.

Would the free pricing tier suffice? Is there are a recommendation for this?

Hi @Miraj,

This would depend on the specifics of the customer environment. For instance, in the table you have posted there is a limit on devices and number of pushes. The customer would need an idea of the number of mobile devices they are likely to have set up at peak as well as how many messages are likely to be pushed. That would then determine which tier they would need to pick e.g. if there are 700 devices then free will not work as it will only allow 500.

Kind regards,
