I’m looking to add a condition on the customer order line discount :    When validation, I need to check the discount type then the discount % and Amt/Then do some calculation based on customer loyalty program then authorize a certain amount or %. I’m not able to identify the correct way to deploy the bpa.  I have added a new line to generate an error to detect the correct projection :The error was generated when making a post oncustomerOrderLineDiscountHandling.svc/CustOrderLineDiscountSet(Objkey='ACA0D85ED1304D0FA3399E6087493821')/CustOrderLineDiscountArray The payload is the following : I made a user validation workflow to just read those data for the momentI have activated the workflow with debug enabled When visiting the page OrderLine Discount, before making any thing I get an error.By debugging the workflow I get :  Any idea on how to test the discount data please? We are using IFS 23R1.13

Hi all.Has anyone used Transformers in IFS10 to convert DESADV message?I have a customer that needs that the parts to be only once in the message. I mean, my DESADV has several labels (or several groups, I do not what it is called) for the same inventory part if this part has to be on, for example, 2 pallets, and on each pallet it is indicated how many kilos. But the customer needs only one line per inventory part with the total quantity (in this case, with the total of kilos)Is it possible to do this with Transformers?

We have just moved our workshop and install teams into Alliance. They complete work on devices, like provisioning and installation, before the contract is created. For these devices, it sees that they show up as “Uninstalled” in Mobile Edge, and the meter option is not available. We have MOE flag -10268 set to 2Mandatory Meter Reading:(0: Not Mandatory, 1:Mandatory:activity is Resolved , 2: Mandatory:order is resolved, 3:Mandatory:customer contract and activity is Resolved, 4:Mandatory:customer contract and order is resolved)The existence of options 3 and 4 would suggest to me that 2 doesn’t require a contract. Is there any way that we can configure an Alliance to require a meter reading entry before contract setup? Am I misunderstanding what is causing the items to show as Uninstalled?

I am creating a custom event on a table active_work_order_tab and I want to use a custom column from a custom table into it to get the run time value into the condition like ‘&NEW:METER_READING’. This column belongs to a custom table. How it is possible?

Hello, I can't create an expense report, I get this error message. Could you please help me?Thank you, Lina

I have created a Manufacturing Control Plan Template and assigned this to specific Part Numbers. The control plan works fine until a new revision is made on the Product Structure or Routing, it then loses connection. The control plan then needs to be re-connected with the new revision. Is there a way to stop this from happening so the Control Plan does not disconnect from the part when a revision is created? Thank you!

Hi Team,I have set up Intersite and we are using Internal Purchase Direct (drop ship). The only challenge we are facing is the Customer will not have a requirement to manually “Register Direct Delivery”. They would like this process to be automated, where once the Supplyng Site Delivers the Customer Order, the Registering Direct Delivery would automatically be completed. Is this possible without a Configuration? Thank you,Alex

Hi all, In IFS10 UPD4 I have developed an automated process to take an authorised Purchase Requisition, convert it to a Purchase Order, release it and then email the requisitioner with the order details. I would like to attach a PDF copy of the PO (or send one from another Event Action) but have not managed to figure out how to do it. I have an Event configured against the PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB table that triggers when the PO is Released and then an Event Action E-mail to inform the requisitioner, but there are no Event linked attachments available to attach. Does anyone know how to code the printing and emailing functionality? Thanks in advance, Ged Pierce.

Is it possible to copy an import template from one profile to another? Or will I have to manually recreate all customized imports in all profiles?

Hi All, seeking suggestions here.I am having Pack of 100 (PACK100) as my Purchase UOM and Each as my Inventory UOM for my purchase part as supplier only send pack of 100 and I am breaking it down to each after receiving. When I raise a Purchase requisition requesting 150 for the part when converting it to a Purchase order Qty will update as 1.5 of packs. But ideally supplier would send 2 packs. Does IFS has any out of the box function to set a standard size in this kind of a scenario to pick automatically 2 since the supplier is provide packs of 100.Any help highly appreciated.Purchase Requisition Purchase order Thanks,Chamath

Here is a question for all my fellow IFS Community members. The title kind of says it all but to expand a bit, I’m trying to troubleshoot some code running in the background of IFSAPP10 and, I would like to add some TRACE_SYS.Message lines. Traditionally, I have always been able to see the content of those lines using the Debug Console, but since this code does not run after the UI generates an event (like clicking a button) and rather gets executed in the background, I’m not sure where those TRACE_SYS.Message lines will appear.  Is there a place were I can see the content of any tracing I do an that scenario? Thanks!

When we create a Service order, and the first activity is an “external” activity, the rest of the activities we add default to external. Can we turn that “default” off? We will have an external source do the first survey or permit on an order, but the rest of the work will be our SA’s. And when they mark the activity as incomplete, it automatically adds the next activity… with a PR for the external work.

Hi Everyone, Is there a way to Grant a Permission Set for Users by default, when they are being Provisioned through SCIM Configuration with Azure AD? I saw many had asked this question before, and that RnD was working on this feature. Is it it available now or any estimated release in which this will be available? Thanks and Regards,Devin Amarasekara

We have automation to create part numbers based on templates. I’m creating new parts based on the template setup and receiving this error “Error in SetManufactureStructureStatus- Item_num:4712032 Error:ORA-20110: ProdStructAlternate.NO_COMP: An Alternative without Components cannot be promoted to Buildable.” I’ve looked to see where I can add components to the alternative but can’t see where there even is an alternative. Has anybody seen this before?

One of the lines is for a product that should not have been on the contracts - so we now need to either cancel these lines or - second best - set the value to 0. I can’t an import to do this - is it possible to do thsi kind of change through an import or with a SQL script?

Hi Experts I just need to mention first that I am not a technician. Please excuse me for the simple explanation. I was wondering if it is possible to send an E-invoice (customer invoice) with the attached document. This means can IFS CLOUD send out an E-invoice with an embedded PDF document? is there in IFS a transformer available?
