The default email message from Mobile Edge that we are getting is:“Dear customer, please find attached the Service Order Report for Work Order: SV2104200007@@1.”We’d like to change that if possible, does anyone know where this is stored and if it is editable?

Hi,I'm trying to set skills functionality connected to asset and resource for the maintenance module and work orders. It seems that there is no possibility to define skills on the work task under work order. That tab is entirely missing compared to request work task under service request. The only option here seems to be to use competencies instead. Is that correct assumption or am I missing something and it is possible to set skills on the work order work task as well?

Hi,  Does IFS Cloud have a standard feature that blocks the quantities in a particular location that are expired, or about to expire, (probably through an Availability Control ID)?May be a job executed daily to check such quantities and block for demands ? Or at least a report.  Version : 25R2

We have a requirement where two fields (emp_id and user_id) need to be visible/ not visible depending on the current company selected. Using the page designer we have tried to implement the condition as seen in below screenshots: OR We have tried the same with attribute Visible but the end result in all cases is that if there is any value other than ‘true’​ in the ‘Column Visible’ field, it results in the both user_id and emp_id becoming invisible, irrespective of the current value of the field CompanyId.Any suggestions on further steps/ actions needed to make this work would be greatly appreciated. Hello,We are doing an Upgrade for a Customer who is upgrading from Apps10 to IFS Cloud 24R1 (have plans to get 24R2 or 25R1 in future). This is a remote customer who uses a lot of documents.In their current Apps10 system, they have these documents in FTP Repository & database.With the news of FTP getting obsoleted in IFS Cloud 24R1, we decided to implement File Storage for this customer. We have below two questions regarding this situation,We assumed FTP will be fully obsoleted by 24R1 but I can see FTP as an option in this customer’s new 24R1 system. Was this plan to obsolete got changed or postponed to later versions?If FTP is indeed obsoleted and this customer needs to move their documents in FTP to FSS, what would be better/efficient way IFS can suggest? They already went through the FSMig tool’s documentation and have some concerns on the efficiency and support for that tool for FTP. Do we have another tested method in which this customer can benefit from? There is around 5TB

We are in the process of transporting data from IFS database into an organization internal Data warehouse. We are needing a list of IFS database objects that have PII information. Because of this configuration (that is not available for edit during installation process) and the fact that they’re installed on the same server, only one of the services starts… Can I change these settings, so they don’t conflict with each other?  

Sending Customer Invoice, Debit through EDI (INET_TRANS) create an Application Message called SEND_INVOICE_INET_TRANS. Within this file there is a row called PoReference which was tied to customer_po_no.Now with 25R2 SU7 this has been altered and replaced with internal_po_no.As a result, the Customer PO No from our external customer order is not fetched anymore and missing in the outgoing application message. We need to know, how we can fix this, so the Customer PO No from the external Customer Order can be included again in the application message.  Any advice how we can make this work again, since the CustomerPo is an essential part of the outgoing EDI messages.

What does the “WEB_SITE_ADDRESS” parameter in the Document Default Values in IFS Document Management mean? Does someone know what it does?  The explanation in the IFS Online Documentation about that, is not clear to me.  Thank you and Best Regards,Thushitha

I am trying to set up a database task for condition or criteria based PMs to run automatically, however I can no longer find the PM_Criteria method in cloud. We can still manually run the condition based in the maintenance plan but that is not a viable option for most companies. What am I missing?

We are trying to bulk change the status of Product Structure/ Routings Alternate from Tentative to Buildable as part of the migrated data using the below settings but the job is not updating anything and getting the below error ,not sure what is going wrong here

Hello everyone,we have a customer using PSO Standalone (version 6.16.0.71).Orders are created in an external source system and then transferred to PSO via an interface.Requirement:Some orders are created once (e.g., for a full month), but need to be executed daily for a short duration (e.g., 10 minutes).We are currently using Dynamic Scheduling.In Cyclic Scheduling, we noticed that activities can be defined as “Repeatable”, which is exactly the type of functionality we would need in Dynamic Scheduling.However, we are facing the following limitations:Activities in Cyclic Scheduling are not flexible to adjust or modify Dynamic Scheduling does not provide an equivalent standard feature for recurring activitiesQuestion:Has anyone implemented a similar scenario?Is there a recommended approach or best practice to handle daily recurring activities in Dynamic Scheduling?Thanks in advance!

I have a notification set up to notify next authorizer on Purchase Orders.Does that notify also for change orders?  We are using the full approval for change orders but I am being told they are not getting notified when a change order is out for approval. 

Hi, In Apps 10 - adding custom fields to LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY. Works ok as read only. We can add Persistent Fields but it will not let us enter data in the client.Any ideas on why this is and if there is any where we can add this in the client?Current alternative thinking is to use  a Custom LU to enter data which will be picked up by LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY. This is for an invoice query management system - so need to be visible on the screen that Credit Control use,
