Hi Community,It is noted that, from IFS in any page, there are POST calls being sent to www.fullstory.com.This has been seen in different customer environments where no customizations present. Even in our internal Core enviroronment (25R1) has sending these requests as well. Payload seems to be encrypted, however, sending any data to a 3rd party is concerning. Does anyone know what this is and why this is happening?  Appreciate any input. Thank you./Nimesh

We need to change the Customer No on the Supplier Purchase General tab.Not seeing the edit on there.Is is possible and If so what are the steps to do this? 

Hi,  I cant seem to find the incomplete comments inserted from MWO when incomplete a Request Task.  Its not shown on the Work task assignments line on the Task and also not shown when you click on the task in dispatch console and go to Events. (the notes are empty in the events log)we are running on 25R2 SU4 Event log on dispatch console

PPC often has unrecoverable errors without the detail required to troubleshoot further.Often it is not possible to save when this occurs therefore PPC must be closed completely and reopened. Has anyone in the community using PPC experienced this and if so kindly provide feedback. 

We are currently working on our IFS Cloud Upgrade project. So we have installed 25R1SU5 on test environment and 24R2SU9 on our dev.This week we realized that the Web DevTools are no longer working for both environments.I suspect the latest update(s) for MS Edge to be the cause of this problem. The problem manifests itself like this. I open IFS Cloud, active the devtools link. Then I press F12 and I can see the standard network traffic from IFS Cloud and I can also Inspect web page elements.As soon as I activate the IFS Web DevTools there is only the start page shown. No network or trace information:Also the network traffic is no longer recorded and stopped. I cannot inspect page elements anymore and the reload for the page is not working. Is anybody else experiencing this problem and has found a solution?

Hi there IFS Community!I have a hopefully interesting issue that I’d like a larger audience in reviewing. I received a request to expose the field CORPORATE_FORM, associated with the CustomerInfo LU on the Customers overview screen (Presentation Object ID tbwCustomerInfoOverview). I can see that there’s the option to make a mandatory field in the Properties > Mandatory tab, but no option to expose it via the column chooser.Is this normal behavior for this overview screen, or would I need to make “dumb” custom read-only fields to expose these fields? Other read-only custom fields are presentable just fine, so it has me a tad puzzled on whether I’m missing something, or need to bite the bullet and make this a “recursive” read-only field.Customers overview aware of Corporate Form field Corporate Form not available in Column Chooser (custom fields available) Thank you everyone for taking the time to review, and look forward to any discussions :)Regards,Randy

Here’s the contents of the original post to the Buying sub-forum:I’ve been tasked with hunting down why a Scheduled Database Task for process Mrp_Process_API.Schedule_Mrp_Process__ keeps ending with a status of ‘Error’. The Error Text field has a notice “This background job was set to state Error because the executing Oracle process was killed. ( Detected by cleanup process at 2025-01-08-23.49.11 )”. I’ve checked out a few other Community posts noting that the Light Cleanup process may be responsible, but the Light Cleanup job was posted / started executing 2 seconds after the time reported in the MRP background job. Is it possible for end users to view a report created in Business Reporter from Order Report without having to install the BR add-on? The users already have the correct permissions, but when they try to export from Order Report, the report appears in blank and does not load any information, even in the PDF document.The report was saved with the “disconnect” option and the “generate PDF” option selected.Thank you!

Hi all,When using Mass Update Shop Order Structures to update shop orders, I would like to know where I can see exactly which changes were made to the shop orders by this mass update.Is there any specific log or history that shows the old and new values for the updated material lines? These updates cannot be found in the shop order history, I can only find the manual changed materials/ routings. Also I dont see the changes records in the background job information.  Kind regards, Willem

Hi All, I experience that Selection Rules for Service Delivery Unit is not working in 25R2.I have set three selection rules for the service TK-AZN as below. Objective is getting a different delivery unit as per different regions. But when I creating a service, the default delivery unit for the service organization is always fetched even if I use different regions.As I remeber these rules worked fine before.Are there any workarounds other than setting selection rule to fetch the correct delivery unit? Or is it same for others?TIA:

Hello IFS Community,I have a rental order that has been delivered. I created a draft invoice, which I then canceled.I wanted to change an amount on one of the lines of my order, but I can’t do it. So I tried to cancel the line and/or the order, but since rental transactions have been created, I can’t cancel anything.Right now I’m stuck; I can’t invoice this order, cancel it, or change the amount. Hi,I would like to call a IFS Rest Api for an interface in Aurena Apps10UPD19.It should be a connection with OAuth 2.0 authentication using client_id and client_secret. I was able to set up Postman to get the tokenBut when I do the call it always returns Error 401I can also retreive the token like that:If I try with to connect using basic Auth it works without any problem.Has someone a solution to do this call in OAuth2 with Postman or any other tool.Thank youFabrice

I’ve created a User Interaction workflow that triggers after adding or editing an expense detail line. It will ask the user for an input and updates a custom field on that line. As a user, I get a client error yet the workflow is triggered successfully but as IFSAPP, I don’t. I thought it was a permission issue but my user has full access to all the projections used in the workflow. If I’m logged into IFSAPP and add/edit an expense detail line:The workflow is triggered and asks for a value to update the custom field. The custom field gets updated. No error.If I’m logged in as a user and add/edit an expense detail line:The workflow is triggered and asks for a value to update a custom field. I receive a Client error. I refresh the page and the custom field has been updated.I’ve watched the workflow and captured the payload that received the Client error to use for debugging. Hi All, Is it possible to grant/revoke permission by page in Aurena?When we grant a projection to a permission set, lots of pages connected to the projection is available in the navigator. Example scenario:I just want to enable Quick AbsenceIn Aurena go toSolution Manager > Security > Permission Sets > Permission Set > Projections and Lobby Pages → Manage By Navigatorchoose Quick Absence from navigator, Edit projection access for selected pages. In the Manage Projection Grants page, only the projection can be granted. I need to remove the other pages granted along with this but seems it’s not possible. Is there another way to handle this than hiding from navigator?  Cheers!Damith

Issue:  Customer order exists with a customer order line containing Customer Owned material.  We need to charge the customer for a repair cost on this material, but due to the part being listed as “Customer Owned”, we are unable to do so. Is this a situation that any of you have faced, and if so, what types of solutions might there be for this type of scenario?

Hello all, We have set up a Reorder Point Kanban circuit for a manufactured part in IFS Cloud.The Kanban size is equal to the MIn-Max Lot Size defined in the Inventory Part Planning Data. However, when shop orders are created from Kanban and the demand at Kanban start-up exceeds one Kanban, the resulting shop orders contain a quantity larger than the defined Max Lot Size. This behavior occurs specifically during the initial use of the Reorder Point Kanban.Questions:Is there a setting or configuration in IFS Cloud that ensures shop orders created from Kanban always respect the Min / Max / Multiple lot size settings from the Inventory Part Planning Data? Is it possible to have shop orders created by Kanban be created directly in status Released instead of Planned? Kind regards,  Willem

Hi All, I am trying to setup the "Enable Navigation from IFS to GIS Map" for Functional Objects but am having little joy. I have setup the button to the best of my abilities as per this document About GIS Map (ifs.com) However the instructions are not correct for NavigateFilter. I have used the tool to add the filter "LuName eq 'EquipmentFunctional', KeyRef eq $[KeyRef]" but when I click on the View Map button it opens the map but does not select or zoom to the asset.
