HI,I’m getting he following error while doing the multisite shipment arrival. I checked the postings and the cost types. All are updated properly. Please advise. 

I have identified a discrepancy concerning a part with dual values in the system. Upon receipt of the shop order, the total cost was updated to $841.8577. However, reviewing the individual shop order part reveals the issuing total cost is only $728.9187. Could you please provide the reason for this variance.

Hi all,when sorting any table by one columns numbers, the sorting is not according the the number itself, but the first numeral of the number itself.First all numbers starting with a 3 and then all numbers with a 4, and so on.Can this be changed to a normal sorting by increasing complete number?Weird sorting of table by increasing first numeralThanks,

In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.“Owning Customer, no needs to have a value for Customer Owned stock” Could anyone assist me with this.

Hi, we’re experiencing a strange issue where a lot of users are unable to use any SQL quick reports. The affected users have all required projections, and the trace information doesn’t provide any information other than a generic server error 500. We’ve seen instances where there are two users with exactly the same permission set grants, and one of them can access quick reports, whilst the other user can’t.Currently have a case raised with IFS support, but wondering if anyone has come across this before?SqlQuickReports/QuickReportOverview (server error)An internal server error occurred. Hello,We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2, along with IFS MWO Service.Our Stores have asked whether it is possible for engineers to view media on the MWO for inventory parts in the materials catalogue as they have added a photo of the part on IFS.Is this possible in our versions?If so, can someone please provide some guidance.Thanks

Hello, I have run into an issue with a hung POR in an Authorized (not closed state). Unfortunately, I was made aware too late and the project and activity have been closed for a long time. At this point, I am unable to cancel the POR, or disconnect the POR from the project. I’m looking for some way to resolve this, but I have found nothing. Hoping someone has seen this before and can provide some  guidance. Thank you!

I am trying to generate a GS1 QR Code in IFS Report Designer but cannot find a way to create a group separate to separate the columns that will create the QR Code.   Wadaco Configuration has been created so that FNC1 code 10 = LOT_BATCH_NO and code 241 = PART_NO.   I therefore created a READ ONLY custom field that using the following SELECT statement:   SELECT '10'||lot_batch_no||chr(29)||'241'||part_no FROM INVENTORY_PART_BARCODE WHERE objid = :objid   If I copy and paste the value from the custom field into Wadaco GS1 Barcode 1 on clicking SAVE the the value of the LOT_BATCH_NO is displayed in the Lot Batch field and the value of PART_NO is displayed in the Part No field. Unfortunately, adding the custom field to IFS Report Designer the ascii value appears to be ignored as copying the value displayed on the report and pasting it as above the full value appears in the Lot Batch field. Can someone please advise on how to get the group separator ascii value 29 - CHR(29) to work. Many th

It seems both apps gets updated and the functionality seems to be quite identical. What is the exact difference between the 2 apps?

A Customer is migrating from APPS8 to IFS Cloud. Before migration process, we have some shop order in Apps8 in state “Parked”. All operations aren’t in state “Parked”, depending on what was already done. Could anyone explain the behavior of Shop Order in State Parked.

Our inventory statistical period is created on each month basis. We would like system to fetch dynamically on Parameter Period. I have a line on a CO that has a supply code of ‘Project’Normally we would create a purchase requisition on the project to drive demand for the part to be purchased, however due to annual leave and permission sets we are unable to. Am I able to create a manual purchase requisition and peg it into the project at a later date? If not, is there a way to drive demand while we wait for the project manager to return from annual leave?
