Dear developers,my goal is to create a list of all background jobs with a status of 'warning' within a week and send this list via email to a user. To achieve this, I wrote an SQL code and put it in a custom event.In this case I don’t need the custom event trigger.Or can I just use a condition in my SQL code?How can I handle it? Thank you in advance.

Hello.On SQL Developer, I tried this sql query : select COMPANY, IDENTITY, OBJKEY,    ifsapp.Identity_Invoice_Info_API.Get_Objkey(company_=>COMPANY, identity_=>IDENTITY, party_type_=>PARTY_TYPE) as OBJKEY_API,    ifsapp.Identity_Invoice_Info_API.Get_Objkey(company_=>COMPANY, identity_=>IDENTITY, party_type_=>PARTY_TYPE_DB) as OBJKEY_API2from IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFOwhere PARTY_TYPE_DB='CUSTOMER';But the 2 calls of the get_objkey function return the null value.What’s wrong with my SQL query?ThanksIFS IEE 10 UPD 5

I have a part showing in transit and I do not know where to clear it from. I believe I know what Inventory location is stuck at (shows in transit in that location) I do not have any transport tasks for that part I don’t move the part inter-site. So I don’t show anything to receive from transit.

Hello IFS Community,I would appreciate help from experienced IFS users, consultants and developers in reviewing the following RemoveTrans behavior and determining the correct configuration.The mechanism described below appears to behave less like ordinary housekeeping and more like a self-amplifying feedback loop: historical records can be repeatedly re-qualified, new technical records are created from already processed loads, and some of those newly created records can later contribute to subsequent executions.In practical terms, the behavior resembles a mailbomb-like feedback loop or self-amplifying process — not because anything malicious is happening, but because one execution can create additional technical records that increase the amount of work performed by future executions.The objective of this post is to understand whether this behavior is expected by design and what the correct configuration should be to prevent repeated processing without affecting legitimate External File

Hi,We are currently migrating open supplier invoices using the standard External File Template (Template ID: STDSIN2). As part of the migration, we would also like to import and attach the corresponding PDF copies of the supplier invoices.We are able to successfully attach documents when migrating invoices using Template ID: STDSIN3. However, when using STDSIN2, we are unable to attach the PDF documents to the migrated invoices.Could you please advise whether document attachment is supported for STDSIN2 and, if so, provide guidance on how to migrate the invoices along with their PDF attachments?Thank you for your support.Note: We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2.

The full error message is “The customer order is not allowed to be released. Interim orders exist but are in the past or they exist but the capability check has failed. Please run the capability check again.” The case i’m looking is this:Create a customer order with a line that has a CTP planned part. Release this order. You will get a date in “Latest release date” column and also the “Capability check” column is checked. let time pass so that the current date is passed “Latest release date”. Go to “Blocked info” from the CO and try to release the order; you will get the error message and the customer-order will remain blocked.There is to me no known way to release the customer order from the credit-block; and the order is now stuck and cannot be delivered and invoiced.Has anyone hit this issue and know of a workaround? Hello!Recently I’ve encountered an issue with the Lobby Element Designer. I’m trying to create a new Barchart element but started receiving “Unable to save element” errors when trying to save the new element. I’ve previously created Barchart elements, so I’m confident I have everything configured correctly in the Data and Formatting sections, but this one puzzled me enough to try duplicating an existing Barchart element. When duplicating a working element, I’m still presented with the same error when saving. This issue does not occur when working with other element types.Does anyone know if there is a cache or some configuration that needs to be reset so that I can move forward with the development?Regards,Randy

Hello everyone,I would like to ask whether anyone using IFS Demand Planner is working not only with a standard sales forecast but also with constrained demand.In our current setup, we are using Demand Planner where the forecast is maintained in the Adjusted Forecast. This forecast is then transferred to the Master Schedule and serves as the basis for both procurement and production planning.However, we are facing a common challenge:The forecast often represents unconstrained demand, i.e., what sales teams would like to sell, without reflecting actual production or capacity constraints. Alternatively, the planning team adjusts the forecast down to a constrained demand level, so that it better reflects what we are realistically able to produce and deliver.I would be interested to understand how others are handling this:Are you working with both unconstrained and constrained demand in parallel? How do you incorporate capacity constraints into your planning process? Do you manage this dire

Hi all,IFS Cloud 25R2. We use subcontracting with Purchase Component Method = Customer Order on the site.Setup:Purchase part JH1300 is bought from supplier A and has a purchase part structure with three components: JH1310 and JH1315 (bought from supplier B), and JH1335 (manufactured in-house). All three components are also sales parts. For JH1310 and JH1315 the sales part sourcing option is Primary Supplier Direct, with supplier B as primary supplier on the purchase part. For JH1335 it is Shop Order. Supplier A is also set up as a customer.What we want: when the PO for JH1300 is released, JH1310 and JH1315 should be ordered from supplier B and delivered directly to supplier A (no stock receipt on our site), while JH1335 is manufactured by us and shipped to supplier A.What happens: when we release the PO, a customer order is created for supplier A with lines for all three components, but the supply code on every line is Inventory Order. The sourcing option defined on the sales parts is

Hi,I’m trying to cancel a PO line using a workflow, but the steps below are not working as expected. No errors are being displayed, but the PO line is not getting cancelled either.I’m adding the workflow as a command on the PO page.Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

Hi all,we face continues problems with Bundle Task statuses being manually changed to Work Done when there are still assignments in status Work Started.For normal Request Tasks this change is not possible and results in an error message.Why is this not the case for Request Bundle Tasks and can this be set up somewhere?Thanks,Chris

Hi, IFS Cloud 25R2 version. The Test Operation is set for AQL 0.25 and Inspection Level II.For a Shop Order of Lot Size 4 the Sample Size 3 has been calculated. The question is, here all 3 samples are within Inner limits. However, the Acceptance Sampling Status shown as “Rejected”. Any reason ?

Hello,I’m currently encountering an issue when importing external payments of the transaction type “Direct cash trans.”Although the pseudocode is correctly configured, the project activity ID is not coming through during the importHere’s what I’ve verified so far:    •    The payment method has been created with an active connected identifier.    •    The definition of identifier is properly set up (see details below).    •    The pseudo code is correctly configured to retrieve the following elements: local account, project, and Activity Project ID.When importing the file, both the local account and the project are correctly recognized, but the Activity Project ID is missing from the import result.Please find attached the import file and the External File Template (ExtMixedPayment)  Has anyone encountered a similar issue or could provide any guidance on how to resolve this?Thank you in advance for your help!

In 25R2, support for processing a package part as a whole in a Return Material Authorization (RMA) was introduced. However, the current functionality does not cover all return scenarios, limiting its practical value in the return process.For example, a package part containing three components, each costing £10, is added to the RMA lines and processed. However, the customer returns only two of the three components. In this scenario, the RMA process becomes blocked because the unreturned component line cannot be cancelled. Although the option to scrap the component is available, this does not recalculate the RMA total cost to reflect the actual returned components.Expected Behaviour:The system should allow the unreturned component line to be cancelled so that the RMA can proceed to the Returns Completed stage. The RMA total cost should then be recalculated based on the components actually returned, and the updated amount should be used to generate the credit invoice.Actual Behaviour:The

Hi all, I work with IFS and I’ve been assigned a manual data-check task I’d like to automate.The check works like this: for each manufacturing order I have to check wheter I have or not enough raw material, if yes release to production, if not check if a purchasing order has placed and talk with procurement.What I’d like is a system that runs these checks automatically and sends me an email with a recap.It's very boring so I'd like to make it simplerI’m a business user, not a developer, so any pointers to documentation or examples would be very welcome.Thanks!

I am creating a new work task template in IFS Cloud but I do not see an option to add material. How do I go about adding material? thank you

Hi All, Supplier invoice posting authorize substitutes does not work with Group . I am able to add substitute to authorizer id but when the Substitute go for authorization it does not allows to authorize the invoice. In PO it works. Regards, Mukesh Gupta

In the Project Deliverables Design page, the "Count" function is available at the header level and allows users to see the number of records matching the current search criteria. However, the same functionality is not available within child tabs such as the COMPONENTS tab. As a result, users cannot easily determine the number of records contained within tab-level datasets.  Is there a function to count the number of records in a tab?If not, is there a way to check this?

What’s happening? It’s down since yesterday…

Hi All,As mentioned in several community posts, IFS is phasing out the shared document repository type with the introduction of support for file storage across multiple locations.According to the IFS documentation, although shared repositories are being deprecated, it is still possible to enable them manually. Customers may continue to use this functionality until IFS releases full support for multiple file storage locations.I would like to inquire whether any other customers or partners have manually enabled shared repositories and are currently utilizing this setup. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Chamath
