Good day. Is it possible to add a note as to why a TR was Rejected? We have set up Detail Approval on the TR Configuration. However, once the Manager has approved/rejected the TR, it disappears from the page without being able to provide a reason/note/comment. Any suggestions in this regard? Thank you. Anya

MRP Make entries for phantoms

Will there always be MRP make entries in MRP Part Information and Inventory Part Availability Planning for phantom parts? I guess they are needed for the correct explosion of demands to the next level, but users think it is confusing since they will not create any shop order requisitions.

BPA Workflow error?

Hello, We are facing a huge issue, in our test and config environments, we cannot inspect workflows anymore, even if they only have a simple projection call in it. When inspecting, we just get the “loading” popup that never goes away. This is on 23R1 and so far, it seems like no one else has been experiencing this other than us. What could be causing this? We’ve refreshed the caches in hopes of resolving this issue but so far nothing has been working. Any and all insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

We are in the middle of completing our first Service Update. We got to the part where we are now waiting for the Sanity Build to be completed.The next steps in our training guide mentions “usual delivery process” after the Sanity build is complete, however we have not done a delivery before.I am trying to find documentation or steps that we need to do during the “delivery process” after a service update.Do you know where I can find that or what the “delivery process” is after a Sanity build is complete for a Service update?

Granting access to all projects for a service user/account

Hi,I am developing an integration where the service user connected to and IAM client needs access to all projects in IFS Cloud, restricted or not. Don’t know the project module in IFS Cloud that well but is there another way of granting access, other than the below steps?Creating an employee connected to the service user Adding that employee to a Team Adding all projects in access definition of that Team Setup an event action/workflow that adds access for every future project created I’m using standard projections.

IFS Cloud - Employee self-service procurement catalog – 401 Unauthorized error

Hi Experts,We have configured an OCI punchout url as per ifs guide lines. If we click on the webshop button 401 error throws(in network console). System does not even open a new tab and give error, instead as soon as web shop command executes, the webpage(procurement portal page) refresh and then remain as it is.However, if I do the same setup in another environment and execute web shop command everything works perfectly. Earlier I suspected that the issue is with the url provided by the vendor, but it is not the case.Only difference in these two environments are the versions.The one throws error is 24R1UP5The one not throw any errors is 24R1UP4Basically latest version is the one causing the issue.Anyone came across same issue ? any input. Or can someone in ifs confirm if there is a known bug as such ?Thank you,Roshan

IFS Cloud - Boomi: Projection not found for UserHandling

I am trying to import an IFS REST - Partner Connector Operation I am receiving a “Unable to browse connector: Projection not found, or not Included in Compatibility Application Type”.Our Connector is currently using OAuth 2.0. Although. I have also tried using basic authentication and I am getting the same error.I have also tried using “GET” and “QUERY” but both are giving me the same error.I’ve tried the call in Postman and it works perfectly fine.I’ve also checked the API Explorer in Cloud. I found the UserHandling projection. It’s status is “Active” and I don’t see an option to “Include in compatibility Application Type” which is what I used to do when activating an Aurena API for our APPS10 instance.Is there another step that I am missing?

For scheduling purposes, we want to be able to see a whole top level parent item and all its components all at once, with the current lead times of each part. Is there a page where I can see all of that? Or a report?

Printings stay in Remote Waiting

Hi everybodySince yesterday at midday, all ours printings in direction of one specific printer stay systematically in Remote Waiting.Notice that :- the printer is a network printer and works perfectly (it's possible print from another application).- the printer agent has been restarted few times, and run.- PDF reports are correctly generated.- We remarked that the printer in default, stopped works after it was in error of printing, resulting of version change of the printer during the printing.Thank you in advance for your help.

how to use report_sys.parse_parameter with date datatype parameter

I have requirement to create a report and invoice date which is of date data type is the parameter that needs to be given in the order report dialog which should also allow between operator. I'm trying to use report_sys.parse_parameter(column (which is date data type), parameter (which is date datatype)).its throwing me invalid relational operator error. How do we solve this.when the parameter is date data type. Thanks in advance.

Assign Shop Order Operation to employees Issue

In shop order operation using IFS Apps10 we have assigned the operation to 2 employees with different labor class. I found that in estimated cost for the shop order the labor cost is taken from the labor class of operation line level and not from assigned employees. how this point can be resolved?Thank you.

We are currently using IFS Apps 9. After updating one of our users' laptops to Windows 11 Pro, we noticed that the text boxes in IFS Apps have changed. The borders are now grey and underlined, instead of the traditional black outline they had previously in windows 10. Windows 11:Windows 10 Is there a way to revert this change and restore the original appearance of the text boxes in Windows 11?Thanks in advance!

Null Values in Excel Migration to Prevent Overwriting

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with Excel migration where empty values from the Excel sheet are overwriting existing data in our IFS application. Specifically, I want to prevent fields from being updated with empty values. Shop order - Could not receive the part

We are using IFS Applications 9 and encountering an issue with a shop order. All components have been backflushed and issued correctly, and the operation completion quantities are accurate. However, the finished products have not been received into inventory vtrbijn km. We performed tests in the test environment using the same part, and the order was able to be closed without any issues. What could be the potential causes of this discrepancy? Thanks in advance.

Hi,For a customer case, we would like to perform a service order for an “uninstallation” and the related reverse logistics : for this item unstalled, we should manage a shipping process from mobile edge.Several Cases seems to be possible :1/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall an installed item and shipped it2/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall a component and shipped it3/ no materiel line in the SV, you run the SV and you unstall an Unknown Item and shipped it (it’s unknown when the SV is created, but you could create it in the field when service agent arrive on site)For theses use cases : could be manage an unstallation and the shipping process in the field in the same way we manage a swap ?what is the best way ?Thanks and Regardsantony
