Is Group/Sum option in Advanced Search functionality available in IFS Cloud version? There are several topics posted covering this topic. As the below entries were few years old, I was hoping something might have changed in between. Can I know that, will this Group/Sum option included in upcoming cloud version. We have FNDGPT activated after subscribe to IFS.AI. It is installed and Access Studio is configured, Tentant is created. We have a remote deployment so using it with IFS.AI now makes it hybrid, I guess.We have everything turned on as per the documentation (Solution Manager User Guide - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud), yet the Copilot Chat does not show up. Is there anything we are missing?One question I had is that when adding the tags required in the customvalues.yaml, we saw it mention some tag the document does not describe: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r1/070_remote_deploy/600_connecting_to_ifsai/So for those 3 here bellow, we used what was in the printscreen.nxsUri Nexus Service URI mlServiceApi Machine Learning Service API URL xdivServiceApi XDIV Service API URL   Anyhow, the tenant shows up as configured. Thoughts?

 Hello everyone I’m fairly new to IFS and I was wondering if I could change the IFS Language so I did some digging and followed kind people's instructions.after making some changes, I could change the language in Aurena and translate the text accordingly. Still, in the application in the “option > Regional setting,” I only have the English option. i cant find the solution on the web so please help me in this regard .AurenaApplication 10  

We are trying to migrate Approved suppliers but the default status after the data migrated is set to not approved , I am trying to change the status to “ Approved “ using the below method name but getting the error saying this list doesn’t exist ,is there a source to show valid “method name” for API’s please to make this sort of changes

Hello Everyone, we want to change the order of list elements on the page PartCost.client These list elements are inside of a tab. I already learned that i can not do an Overtake like in the PL/SQL files. So i tried it this way:  But the result was, that the tab was now duplicated in the Client on with the original order and one with my custom order. Is it even possible to change the order without using the PageDesigner? Greetings Daniel

Hi, We can add Related Account (referance to another customer - Customer B) to a SalesQuotation belonging to Customer A.When we open Customer B - we can not see which Sales Quotations are ralated to this customer. Do anybody knows where to find it (overview of related SQ to a customer)? Account CRM does not contain this information.Br.Barbara

The process works in Postman but fails to have the desired effect when used in the workflow, despite no errors occurring during debugging.Workflow Steps Get shipment data Retrieve ShipmentId and NoteId. Hi, in earlier releases I was able to send an XML message to ‘int/soapgateway’. Via routing rules I could route this XML message to a PL/SQL function. Now I tried it again in 25R1 release and I always receive an errorCannot Create JSON Object: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1] Can it be that XML messages are no longer supported by soapgateway?

In IFS Cloud 24R1, we want to restrict an HR folder in Document Management so that only certain users can access it.What is the correct way to set this up? For example, we have a few departments in the folder structure, and each folder should only be visible to its assigned users.

Does anyone (I am looking at @Mathias Dahl  😁 here) know whether files in the app server are deleted / cleaned up on a regular basis. The app server file path is defined under DOCUMENT_TICKET_TEMP_PATH of “document default values” Reason for questioning this is, I’ve written an event action based on PDF_REPORT_CREATED job to unpack documents connected to a Purchase Order / Line and email it as an attachment to along with the purchase order. I don’t want the system to clog up by storing temp files in the App Server.Thanks in Advance! Malik

With IFS Cloud, clients can access the system without needing a Windows-based device, which is a great flexibility benefit. However, for developers, the use of Developer Studio still requires a Windows operating system. This means it cannot be used on macOS devices.Given that Developer Studio is based on NetBeans, which is a cross-platform application, it shouldn't be technically difficult for IFS to provide a macOS-compatible version. Offering such support would significantly enhance the development experience and flexibility for Mac users.Is there any plan or roadmap for this?

Hi,I am trying to load a bank statement in CAMT.053 format into 25R1 Cloud DEV environment.File is successfully loaded through IFS Connect but I am getting this error message:“A Payer/Payee Identity does not exist. A parked payment will be created using company '500'”Supplier is created. Manual Supplier Invoice was posted and supplier payment proposal was generated from the same environment in ISO20022 payment format.The message codes are created as follows: In this example, in the xml file I have message code “225” Supplier Payment and “249” Bank Fees.Can someone please help me understand why message codes are not recognized?Thanks.

Hi,A polish company was created in IFSCloud 24R2 environment.The company was created from a source company (that was created from STD-SV) not STD-PL Template.I am having issues with the Tax Ledger Parameters window. It is disabled for my user.  I have checked:if accounting periods are open for my user group if I belong to MAX Authority Class if my user has access to authorization combination rules if tax codes are created and valid if tax book exists for this companyDoes anyone know what may be missing?

Community, Question about “BizAPI - INVOICE - Receive IFS Eninvoice”Wondering whether this API could flag a supplier invoice as an advanced invoice?if yes, can anyone share us the exact XML tag or body?
