Hello Community!I’m writing today because I have noticed that, when I attempt to migrate Posting Control headers (POSTRING_CTRL) using Data Migration Manager, nothing seems to be migrated even though the tool seems to disregard or swallow the exception preventing the row to be inserted. Let me describe my problem in detail, hopefully you have seen this before:I tried to create an Inventory Positing Control for Location Group. That is, posting Type M1 (Inventory) and Control Type C83 (Location Group). I first tried to create it manually (just to make sure the row I’m testing works fine when using Aurena) and it worked well… I can insert this posting control using AurenaI proceed to remove this “test” Posting Control to prepare the system to receive the DMM data.Then I created an extract to generate EXACTLY the same thing in DMM and confirmed all the steps went as expected (from Legacy to Input, from Input to Output, from Output to Deployment and then Approve record and Deploy with Commi

Everything worked smoothly until Step 3, where the general function tried to locate the params.json file in the following path:C:\Windows\system32\templates\…  Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to get params.json file?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

There is a requirement of showing the capacity drop in the resource analysis window, when an employee is on leave. As shown in the screenshot, when the employee working full 8-hour days, the capacity line appears flat. When employee work partial hours (for example, only 5 hours), the capacity line drops accordingly, reflecting the reduced hours. Similarly, if an employee apply absence on any working day, the capacity should drop to zero (0) hours. How can we build this connection between employee absence and capacity in resource analysis in IFS cloud application? Appreciate your support. Hello, I am a new partner of IFS and I need to work on quick reports for which I need to access the IFS Cloud Database for my PL/SQL developer. From what I have understood so far is that I need to request the password for the Accounts: IFSAPP or IFS DBREADONLY for which I have to raise a ticket, but I am not quite sure where do I raise the ticket. It would be very helpful to me if anyone can give me clarity on the whole process regarding the access.

Hello,I need to assign multiple Contact Users (for example, 10 users) to the same Item.I have checked assystETM, but I could not find a direct or standard way to bulk-assign users to an Item through ETM.Is there a supported approach in assystETM to handle this use case, or is it recommended to use another method (API, import, or integration) for assigning multiple users to an Item?Thanks in advance.  

Hello Folks,I have started testing IFS.ai capabilities in IFS Cloud 25R1 and am aware that I have about 2Mn tokens for the first year that came with the original IFS purchasing package. I understand that each AI use case will consume a different amount of tokens every time i execute them. e.g., Co-Pilot query will consume 50 tokens every time a user asks a questions via the co-pilot. Hence, now I am interested in understanding how we can track the token consumption within IFS. So that we are in a better position to track consumption patterns and forecast the usage where we don’t run out of them and end up needing to top them up (with some additional cost). I did find the following on a document called “IFS Cloud - Token Consumption Rate - 25R1”. Where it talks about a “Consumption Report”. Please note that I did some digging on my own in the system but couldn’t find anything to this effect. Hence, I'd appreciate if you folks can help me to get answers to the following question. how can

Hello, I want to use the functionality ‘Process ID’ on Business Opportunities. If I am correct there is a Validation/Approval functionality which I would like to use. But I am unable to set up the basic data. Here is the issue: I cannot setup the Default Process in CRM and SRM Basic Data. When I save the record I get the Error Message ‘The Rm Proc Process does not exist’. I am also unable to set up a Sales Process Template and Sales Process because there is no Process ID. Anyone who is familiar with this setup and who can help me out?

Hi all,anyone has an idea how to setup table relationships for PART_NEED.PLACE_ID_FROM lookup in DebriefPartNeeds. The lookup should show:place.place_idplace.namelocation.locationlocation.description the filter should be:PERSON_PLACE.place_relationship like 'C_ORDER_FROM%' How to setup the connection of PERSON_PLACE to PERSON AND LOCATION? The lookup in PART_NEED.PLACE_ID_FROM should show these 2 places/locations (in the box)  This is the setup I have done.   This PERSON_PLACE and LOCATION relation maybe wrong.  :-)How to setup the correct one? The filter:  Cheers,~Juni  

After creating a custom attribute for an entity, it is required to enable History Log for that. For that following steps were followed. Test Plan:Create a “Custom Attribute” in the "PurchaseOrder" entity and publish it. Open the "History Log Configuration" page and search for Lu Name "=PurchaseOrder". Observe that only one entry is shown with Table Name "PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB". Expectation:Expects another entry - "PURCHASE_ORDER_CFT", so can enable logging on custom attribute. This used to work in IFSAPP10. See following attachment.  But in IFS Cloud, it doesn’t seem like above. See following attachment.   

Hello together,  with 24R1/R2… so to say service apis with the possability to update its childs is possible from an external system to ifs cloud. I have created a singlestep and there is a requirement to autorestart the assistant after executing the Ok command.But there is an issue with the autorestart functionality.I do the following in my Ok command, where I execute function and get the output assigned to a structure.As long as I don’t use the structure variable to assign attributes, as in above, the autorestart is working as expected.But as soon as I put below highlighted code to assign the output value to my desired attribute, the autorestart does not work anymore. I tried to avoid structures as a variable and directly call functions and assign the relevant attributes with the output. But when there are multiple call statements, again the autorestart does not work. Is there a solution for this?

Hello team,I'm building a workflow and while doing so, I was testing the process partially, meaning I built part of it and without providing the ending to the process I ran the test to see how the event and its details are created and populated. Unfortunately, as I did so without end of process, currently I am unable to close those event as action "Close" is not available in my actions list.   Could you help how to solve this and close those events? What is the Close action dependent on to allow user to close the event? What are the conditions for Closing the Event? And what are general conditions on the system actions whether they are available or not?Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Dear allWe experience large amount of trace logs since upgrading Oracle from 19.26 to 19.29.Within 24 hours we used to have something around 200 to 300MB. Now we are at 5 - 6 GB per day.IFS / Oracle case so far recommended to add this parameter:Disable these warnings entirely by setting parameter _kgl_large_heap_warning_threshold to 0.alter system set "_kgl_large_heap_warning_threshold"=0 scope=spfile ;alter system set "_kgl_large_heap_assert_threshold"=0 scope=spfile ;this has decreased it to roughly 1 GB per day, which is still rather large.Anybody experiencing the same issue?

Dear All,How can you match a customer payment that's give in a CAMT.053 file when no Bank account is given? A customer of mine received a CAMT.053 that contains a customer payment See below. We are encountering a situation where a specific Customer Order Type (COM) seems to be forcing all associated Purchase Order Lines to 100% discount. When the discount is set back to 0%, it automatically updates in the background back to 100%. At first, i assumed this was custom functionality in our instance, but i’ve been unable to find any custom events or workflows that are triggered on PurchaseOrderLine or PurchaseOrderLinePart. While in theory this makes sense (Commission orders having 0 cost), I can’t seem to find any place in IFS where we would have set up this functionality. Does anyone know if this is native? When i check in the PO Line History, i can see my entries for setting discount to 0%, but there doesnt appear to be anything setting it back to 100% in the history, so it is happening in the background somewhere. Any ideas on how i can track this down? For reference, we are currently on IFS Cloud 25R1.3

Hi ,In cloud 25r1 does anyone know why the SHIP option does not come for inventory parts in RECEIPTS screen but appears for NO part lines? The option only shows in Detail screen 

All of the new part assistant “Part Types” include creating a purchase part. Not all of our inventory parts are purchased. Some are manufactured.Is there a way to use the new part assistant in Cloud to create the master part, inventory part and sales part without creating a purchase part?
