Hi Finance exports,

What is the Address ID in External Supplier Invoices screen for EInvoices receive from external parties?
Is it Company Default Pay Address ID fetches from IFS setup based on data received from EInvoice Address details?
What is the logic for fetching Address ID here for EInvoices if it automatically fetches for EInvoices?

Thanks.

You can show the field descriptions.

That attribute is the payment address ID for the payment method.   This data is found on the supplier / payment / electronic payment address.

Use the default.

Many thanks @Thomas Peterson ,

Just an additonal question related to EINVOICE.
Does EInvoice template have any company specific addresses?
I am trying to figure out if it is possible to find a specific Company Address ID by using EInvoice address details for a specific requirement.

Supplier - EInvoice often refers to the XML process where an XML message is processed to supplier invoices.

XML does not have a traditional template type concept. XML uses tags.

The external supplier invoice process does use templates.   You can always take one of the STD templates for the supplier invoice SIN1, SIN2, SIN3, and copy that template.  In the copy, you can see many different attributes.  I have not checked all the attributes to see if the attribute requested is one of the available attributes.
