Does any take photos of damaged goods when they arrive at the dock? Where are the photos stored/what is the process in IFS (Cloud 25R1).
On the Receipt screen in IFS (Procurement → Receipt → Receipt) there is no Media option in Attachments.
Any help on how this can be handled is greatly appreciated!!

It seems the Media object connection may not have been defined. This can be done in Solution Manager .
If its not enabled you can edit (or your tech team can if you don’t have access) and add the media option.
This will then be visible in your Receipt to allow you to uplaod the media item.
