Hi,Is it possible transfer only a selected type of document attachments after creating an Object connection transformation record? Example - Customer needs to attach 2 types of documents to the purchase order page, Purchase order confirmation and the supplier invoice. If we create 2 document classes for above 2 categories, and then setup an object connection transformation to transfer attachments from purchase order to the manual supplier invoice page, is it possible to transfer only the supplier invoice attachments without transferring the Purchase order confirmation document? If possible, what are the configurations we need to use? Best regards,Indika

Hello IFS Community,I created a custom event action, PDF_REPORT_CREATED, and it is working properly according to the request. However, the standard IFS action is also being triggered, causing the recipient to receive two emails.Does anyone have advice or ideas on how to disable the default IFS action? Hi!We noticed a problem with with permission when creating new suppliers with supplier template for finance users. It works only for the default company. Adding this FND_ADMIN permission seems to fix that problem but it is other way gives them permissions they would not need. Now I would need some help to identify what part of the permissions should be added to admins that they could hadle also other companies than just default one?

Is anyone familiar with the error in the screenshot below.  I can post this time to any other day of the week except the March 10 date user is trying to post to.  

Just the like the title says, is there a way to reserve and issue material to a shop order from one activity simply by having it in the same PNG without having to do the overhead of a MTR.

Work Order Directive is very important for the Dispatchers who plan tasks for technicians. So, it is convenient if they can view it from the Dispatch Console page without navigating to the WO page to see what it is about. Hello! I need help.Payment Order was created which triggered the payment file to transmit to bank. We then discovered that partial file was accepted, so instead of voiding the checks through “Supplier Check” function, the invoices that were unacknowledged from the Payment Order were cancelled and deleted. Now going back to attempt to void the check I am seeing the error message below. Any thoughts on what I may need to to in order to void out checks now that the payment order is deleted?     

Hi all,We have PM Actions scheduled for the entire year. The maintenance team is using the Maintenance Plan Analysis screen to find these actions by searching with Group ID and “Remaining to Due < 10.”In the attached screenshots, you’ll see that the Due Date is 5/27/2025, which is today’s date. So, the Remaining to Due should be 0. However, it's currently showing as 4.In our test environment, the Remaining to Due is showing correctly. I’ve already checked the scheduled database tasks and background jobs, and nothing appears to have failed.I was able to fix an individual record by going to the PM Action > right-click > Regenerate Plan (see screenshots below). My question is: where or how is this regeneration typically automated in the system? I haven’t found anything in IFS Help, and I can't identify any configuration differences that would explain why it's working correctly in the test environment but not in production.We’re currently runn

How can I modify the Serial No field on Tools/Equipment so that I can change it at any time? Now, I get an error message that ones it is already provided, It is not allowed to change it. 

Hi All.I have a pm action based on calender and with a due % of 93 in the next due date (maintenance plan), but in General tab, the due % is 1209.I think the system is considering the Maintenance plan line without criteria. The first line the workorder is cancelled.I understand that the system must not consider cancelled orders to calculate the due % in general tab. Does anyone know something about it? please see print bellow. Tks 

Hi all,we´ve updated from FSM6_U25 to FSM6_U31 a few weeks ago. Now we´re facing an issue with the DebrieTaskAttachment screen.We are able to upload attachments but the attachments are not displayed in the mobile-client.What we figured out so far, it´s related to our design as it works with the base design.We´re using only the windows-client. Does anybody have the same issue or knows how to solve this issue?ThanksBenjamin 

Dear experts, We use multi-company allocation to recharge costs to a customer for a specific period. However, we’ve observed that it’s possible to create instant invoices for the same period multiple times, which should not be allowed.Please see the allocations for period 07 below.How do you suggest we address or prevent this issue?   

Hi everyone,A customer ordered 5 pieces. We shipped and invoiced all 5, but the customer says they only received 4. We want to send the missing 1 piece again, free of charge.Do we need to create a credit invoice for the 1 piece?Or is it okay to just create a new customer order with price 0.00 and deliver the missing item?Also: how should we handle the inventory?Since only 4 were physically delivered, should we adjust the stock before sending the replacement? Thanks for your help!Lebeat

It is my understanding that in the Object Series window, I should be able to RMB on the Series ID to get to the object number series.I do not have a RMB option for the object number series and IT says I have full access. Am I looking in the right window? Thanks  

Is there any possibility to change the below bacground image in Apps10?  

When we raise a work order in MWO it creates a temporary work order number, Originating System Id in the work order general tab on the EE work order,  which when synced to EE converts to a standard work order number.  The system will replace this originating system id on the tablet with the EE work order number but it is not consistent. Does anyone know what task synchronises these such that the originating system id in the tablet changes to the EE work order?The photo shows what appears on the tablet. Both work orders were raised on the tablet and one has converted the other hasn’t.Thanks very much Richard

Hi All, I am facing an issue with syncing attachments to the MWO application in real time.For example, when a back-office user adds an attachment to a Request Work Task from the web client application, it does not sync immediately to the technician’s MWO application. The technician has to either wait for the next sync interval or reinitialize the app to receive the document.I noticed that the Sync Rules under ‘Document Management’ security group are all set to the Batch delivery method.How can I configure it so that documents sync in real time?Is there any alternate baseline OOTB solution available to send a particular attachment immediately to the technician?I am using IFS Cloud 24R2 environment.Thanks in Advance. Regards,Sandya S

Hi,I have an issue. I need to modify an article (change part number) in IFS SURF. The individual I need to change is already issued on a shop order. I need to unissue this article in order to modify it. The problem is that I cannot unissue the article from the shop order since the “allow condition code” button is enabled for it in inventory part. It is not possible to change condition code once it is enabled and “exists” in inventory part.Is there anything I can do to solve this or do I need to involve IFS support? /F

Community, In Inventory Transaction History window, we can see accounting information in Accounting tab. We would like to create a report that show not only inventory transaction ID but also the accounting info. when I am browsing the file MPCCOM_ACCOUNTING that are under tab Accounting, I don’t see any data column could be the keys that can be linked with inventory transaction, e.g. Transaction ID, Site, Part No…. how we could make this report? any idea?
