What would cause the send log to display a less quantity than what has been authorised for payment?
Hello,While creating a calendar based PM Action with WO generation lead time, the ‘remaining to due’ field is including the weekends as well even though the Maintenance Calendar excludes weekends. For example: The start date in the maintenance trigger is set to 23/02/2026 and the WO generation lead time is set to 1. The expectation is the Due Date should be considered as 20/02/2026 and automatically generate the WO based on the database task scheduled which does not work. But in the Maintenance Plan, the remaining to due field shows the number of days as 3 including the weekends. If we have the WO generation lead time as 3, then I’m able to trigger the WO using database task. I believe the due date and remaining to due fields must exclude weekends as per the calendar but can someone please confirm if this is the expected behavior?
We are trying to figure out how we can determine what projections are being used by our various groups. This will help us in our prioritizing validation efforts in our next upgrade. We see the most recently used applications upon login. I noticed that those are the same across browsers, so I doubt those are kept locally. If they are kept in a table, we could mine that over time and correlate that to different user permission sets to get a better picture.Has anyone ever figured out how to mine this data?
Hello, we have a situation where we send material to a supplier and they provide us with a credit (i.e. no physical parts). The process can take months and we want to know how much is at the supplier waiting for credit. Ideally, we would have a purchase part (non-inventory) created on the purchase order line, be able to issue materials randomly. Once the supplier has assessed the materials they determine the credit and report back to us. So there is no correlation between the material sent and the amount of credit received. While the material is at the supplier we would like to have the visibility of the material in our outside processing warehouse. When the PO is received for credit, all the material issued to that line would be backflushed from the outside processing warehouse. We are on IFS Cloud 24R2Thanks in advance.
Hi, does somebody have experience with Italian split payment, can somebody help? How to separate the B2G/PA customers from the other customer types, in order to calculate Split payment automatically? How to ensure that an order with multiple VAT rates is automatically calculated with Split Payment on the invoice? How to create the connection between the TAX calculation and TAX withhold calculation without manual input on transaction level? Thank you! Ina
Is in IFS Cloud 25R2 any possibility to present the due dates of PM Actions over a certain time range (e.g. Week, Month, Year) in graphical way such as a Gantt chart without creating Work Order?Thx for your support
Hello All,I have a customer requirement, where they want to run a periodical capitalization and revenue recognition. However, they do not want to reverse the revenue recognition postings on next period rather they want to keep calculating and posting the revenue to be recignized on the periodical basis.Ultimately, they are looking for the result fo monthly report and yearly report for revenue recognized for a long term projects which has ifecycle of minimum 3 years?I know IFS standard functionality, will always reverse the previous period voucher and calculate again cumulative amount to be recongnized. but did anyone has similar kind of requirement and solution suggestion for this?ThanksRaj
Need some advise please We are using Rental Workbench to control external supplier hire. We created a Date Exception ID to not pay for bank holidays. This means transactions will not generate for those days. However some suppliers have charged us for these days, we have tried to create a manual event at standard 100% price factor on that day, however it records the manual event but will not create transactions for that missing date. I have tried removing the date exception ID and repeating the steps but this still does nothing. We now cannot match invoices because there is a cost of a single day missing, hoping there is an easy front end fix to this issue!
what are the steps to reset the password for the app owner,
I originally shared this on LinkedIn — Smarter Permission Set Design in IFS Cloud — and it seemed to resonate with a lot of folks, so I figured it was worth a share here as well. Hope you find it useful! Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn and swap ideas. Most ERP teams don’t think twice about how they structure permissions — until the week before go-live or the day the system breaks. If you've ever worked on an IFS Cloud implementation and suddenly hit a wall when assigning roles to users, you’ve may have encountered the Oracle role limitation. It’s a quiet constraint — but a critical one. Each user can only be granted around 48 roles, including both END_USER and FUNCTIONAL permission sets.In large, complex organizations, or even just well-designed implementations, it's surprisingly easy to hit that ceiling. After navigating these challenges on multiple projects, I want to share a framework that’s helps us stay organized, scalable, and within Oracle's limits — without compromising a
Hello,We are using the Copy Part function in a workflow to generate a part creation history log page. This process also triggers Purchase Parts, Sales Parts, Parts, and Inventory Parts through the history logs in order to identify the origin of the creation. We are currently experiencing issues related to privileges and permissions. With a Sales account role, I am unable to create a part from the Copy Part page.I have added the following to the permission set: Copy Part, Sales Part, Inventory Part, and Part Projections. However, when I try to copy a Sales Part, it still does not work. There are many options available during the copy process (e.g., copy routings, etc.). How can I retrieve the list of missing permissions? In the debug tool, we do not see any detailed information, and since there are no server traces available, I cannot identify which permission is missing.Additionally, we do not want a Sales operator to be able to create routings, for example. However, when using the Copy Pa
We have one user who is experiencing the GL balance analysis screen greyed out, displaying no filters etc. This arose since moving to Aurena and it is doing the same in Cloud. They get the same issue for all companies and they would have accessed this regularly before, so it cannot be a permissions issue. Has anyone any ideas?
Hi everyone,We are experiencing an issue in the TST environment when using the Appointment Booking API standard APIs from FSM.When we send an Appointment Booking request in TST, we receive the following error response { "@odata.context": "https://iberdrola-fsm-tst.ifs.cloud/OData/$metadata#Edm.String", "value": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.\r\n"}We tested the same request in the DEV environment and this is working correctly, the issue could not be reproduced.
We are a large company with many employees paid by the hour and we need to be able to transfer hours to payroll multiple times during a payroll run is present. As it is today, it seems that the whole days are locked as transferred when we run this, so that hours that are added/corrected after we have transferred to payroll are not included in any file.We then have to use a quick report to get hours that have been added after we have taken out the first transfer to payroll. This in turn means that the results are not updated on the employees' time cards. How have others solved this? Why is it not only the hours that are authorized on the actual day that are "locked" but the entire day, is this something that can be developed or are there better solutions for it? This is a big problem as there is almost 150.000 hours entered for one payroll.
HiWe are using IFS FSM 6.27, I want to check the executed processes by users , something like background process of IFS 10 or cloud version.
Hi,When we create a new supplier payment proposal and then create a new payment order, we select a payment method and a payment date. After completing the process and paying the supplier, where can we find the payment method that was chosen? In the supplier payment analysis screen, the payment method field does not appear.Regards.

I was wondering how to maximize capacity for resources on the Advanced Planning Board (APB) I’m seeing a situation where a finite resource has availability, but it isn’t being optimize when backward scheduling. For example. I have the tool and the labor class as finite and the work center as infinite. But what I’m seeing is the OP10 and OP20 are being scheduled correctly., but then when OP30 delays for 2 days later. But you can see that the tool and labor class still have availability. Why isn’t trying to fill that void when there is availability? APB Load settings Also to note, I tried this with the Re-assign Resources and it gave similar results.
Hi, Im trying to pass a timestamp parameter into an IFS API call in a workflow. But keep getting the data type conversion error as below. I create the timestamp of sysdate in a javascript task(“Set Sysdate”) and then trying to set it into a variable which is then set into API payload. Could there be any other way to set the parameter other than like ${CurrDate} in this scenario? Thanks,Regards,Methshika

Dear Community, We have in issue with Apps10 Projections, and maybe some of you faced the same issue previously. We did the following tests:Boomi connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Boomi connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling') => failed Postman connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Postman connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => failed Worked with Postman: Failed in Boomi: Failed in Postman: Previously we had an other test environment and we didn’t realize the same issue. Do you have idea what could be the issue? Thank you very much in advance for all of your thoughts!
When multi-level tracking is required on Lot/Batch enabled parts, there are scenarios where standard quantity of a component in the product structure is not truly required to complete the produced part, for example it would OK to issue 9.8 pounds of flour instead of 10. Or perhaps the component quantities are not discrete, rather going out several decimal places in quantity required, for example a component UOM is pounds. And as long as the actual amount issued is close to this it would be OK. With Multi-level tracking turned on, none of these scenarios are possible, as the tracked structure requires all the required quantity to be reserved or issued, or the tracked structure is not complete. Has anyone found work-arounds for this? I am thinking it might require a modfication to change the validations to allow some level of tolerance around quantity issued versus qty required.
Hi All,We are currently testing a Contract Change Order (CCO) scenario and have observed the following behavior: A Parent Contract Change Order has been created, with a connected Sales Contract Change Order and Subcontract Change Order as sub-orders. From the Sales Contract Change Order, revenue values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab. From the Subcontract Change Order, cost values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab. Profit is updated as expected in CCO Financials – This Order tab. However, when the Parent Contract Change Order is connected to the Project Forecast, the updated revenue and cost values are not reflected in the Forecast Cost and Revenue tab. Ideally, the ETC Contract Change Order base values should be updated in both the Cost and Revenue sections of the Project Forecast. Could you please advise if there are any additional steps, configurations, or best practices required to ensure these updated values flow correctly in

Im able to retrieve the bearer token using following IAM client but once I pass the bearer token to the API it gives me following error. Appreciate if you can help with resolving this error. { "error": { "code": "DB_ACCESS_ERROR", "message": "Database access error. Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R2, when we remove the security group ‘ContactLists’ from the security grants by permission set for MWO permission, it should not display the ‘Contacts’ screen in MWO service. But even after removing the security group, the screen is still visible in MWO. This screen is unavailable in the Navigation designer. Is it a bug in 25R2, please let me know?
