Can anyone tell me how IFS FSM6 utilizes file versioning? Are there any standard practices for purging old or dated versions? Are there any issues with purging these versions?

FSM stores Attachments and mobile downloads (mobile database and attachments synced to devices) on the Azure storage. Are you hosting FSM yourself in Azure? If yes, you could clean up the mobile downloads periodically but there isn’t something provided out-of-the-box. Not sure, how it’s handled in managed cloud environments but I assume a clean-up job is created for this purpose. You can check this certainly with our support via a ticket.
