Hi, I would like to get some information about why this issue occurs. It is not reproducible, but I have several orders where it has occurred.The topic is about the status Arrived after receiving from direct delivery.

The status is not always present, but the position is set to automatic closing.

Since this issue is intermittent and not recurring consistently, it’s better to raise a support ticket with a detailed test plan.
