Hi everyone,I’m working on setting up approval workflows for a couple of key processes and would really appreciate any examples or insights from the community.I'm specifically looking for examples (templates, screenshots, descriptions—anything helpful) of rolled-out approval workflows for: Creating and configuring new part numbers, including structure and routing setup. Controlling changes to shop order structures and operations, especially when they deviate from the planned alternates. If you've got anything in place—formal or lightweight—that works for you, I’d love to see how others have approached this.Thanks in advance!

Has 25R1 GA resolved Scheduled Customer Statement of Account only outputs one large PDF? This was expected to be on the 25R1 roadmap. 

We are interested in setting up a few suppliers with CCard in the payment section of supplier.  What we’d like to have happen is when we run the proposal for CCard and acknowledge, we then can create a payment order where it then send to the Supplier Payment Orders group for processing.  We DO NOT want to process any actual credits through IFS.  We just want the ability to mark a CCSupplier as PaidPosted when the AP Supervisor goes and makes the supplier payment using a credit card (called in or online).Right now, the way we are doing it is that we are leaving a note in the system and canceling the invoice but that doesn’t give visibility in the GL because the invoice is showing as cancelled and not PaidPosted.Is there a way to make this work?

Good morning community!  We have a scenario where we have a sub assembly on our PS.  We would like to flatten the PS to move the sub assembly components to direct components of the finished good eliminating the need to transact the sub assembly.  This sub assembly that we want to remove from the PS is used in multiple finished goods (it is a blend of materials).  We want the ability to see demand for the blend (sub assembly) but not actually schedule it or produce it unless we need to put it in barrels to be store in inventory (lot controlled).We have tried phantom parts, but they only seem to explode the materials in the shop order as opposed to the operations.  We want both to be part of the finished good.We have tried putting the blend in our PS as a zero QPA, but had to set the component to ‘allow as not consumed’ to get it to work.  This created an error because it is lot controlled (which it needs to be).And we cannot put both the sub assembly and raw components on the shop order

Hello IFS wizards, Just reaching out here to find out if its possible to generate a Shop Order/Req report that’s able to be interrogated from withing IFS, rather than the functionality we currently have that dumps the data into a printable report;  I’m thinking it’s got to be possible because the report is pulling the data from somewhere, I just wanted to rather than dump the data externally and extrapolate from there, I can use IFS functionality and user interface to navigate to corresponding pages without manually typing numbers in. Any help would be gratefully welcome!Thanks all,Martin.

None of the operational reports are working in one of my customer’s user place environments. They are on IFS Cloud 21R2 SU10. On premise customer. They have many other environments but the issue surfaced only in one of the environments. I would really appreciate it if you can give me some pointers to debug this issue.Here are the things I have checked so far. Verify  Message Queue  and Report Messages Queues are setup properly. When deleting an end-user role in Apps10 we encounter the error “Unable to insert row.Combination of company XXX and site XXX not allowed”  what could be the cause and how to fix this?

I am testing the Kanban process in IFS Cloud.  Question on settings and triggers.I have a part that I have setup on Kanban to reorder once below 2.I had 2 on hand and available.  I reserved one part to a maintenance work order so now I have 1 available for use.However, it did not trigger the Kanban circuit.  Is there a setting I am missing or is this standard?The hope was the Kanban circuit would look at quantity available for use when calculating so when I reserved the 1 on the work order, it would trigger a requisition for replacement. 

Hi,We have some work task transactions from september 2024 that remains status “Valid” in view Work Task Posting Analysis and we don’t know why. They are supposed to have Transferred status after updated to GL Vouchers.These are posting type TPM and originally created from Supplier invoice manual purchase cost line with connected to Work task no. Supplier invoice is paid and posted Both Work Task and Work Order are finished. Transaction status is Transferred. The posting status is Valid which is our problem here. The voucher rows are transferred in GL.Since september 2024 we have daily backgroundsjobb running for GL update and “Transfer of work task transaktion postings for site TC” at night. We have tested to run all type of transfer jobbs manually several times as well but non of backgruonds jobb show error. We see that some other Transactions with Posting Type TPM has been transferred as it should so the issue is only valid for some transactions. We have tested to re-open account pe

Hello,We are upgrading from IFS 10 (IEE) to Cloud.  Some of our “10” users access the Time Clock from their laptops.  Is it possible for an IFS “end-user” to access the the Cloud Time Clock?  We have Time Clock IAM (service user) Clients working but would like the added flexibility.Thanks!  Troy

Hi, Do anybody knows if we can move/hide tabs in Attachments Panel with PageDesigner?We can modify the contents of each tab, but how I can move it?We are on 24.2.5.After upgrade we got a new tab in attachments for Shop Floor Workbenck, and this tab is set as default tab, but not relevant for us.It would be nice to either hide it or move it as the last tab. 

Hello,I have an GL Automatic Posting Rules set up. Use Instant invoice, voucher type F, account 602 000, only the code part „cost center“ (= oddělení) is mandatory.I need the rule to distribute the amounts between two different cost center.Unfortunately, it’s not working. I’ve also tried using symbols % and *, but the rule still doesn’t work.Below are screenshots of the first and second parts of the rule, and the third screenshot shows the posted voucher in the GL, which hasn’t been distribute.Thank you in advance for any advice.Jaroslava Porcalová 

Hi,When we try to run APB in IFS Cloud, after we choose site => Click Ok => it is downloaded => Click Run => the client starts for two seconds before it disappears again. Happened in several environments to different users. Tried both Chrome and Edge, same issue.Anyone who’ve had a similar issue? Guessing it’s a bug but could it be something that needs to be enabled in order for APB to work? Br/M  

Hi allWe are hoping someone can assist with an issue we have noticed. We recently upgraded to IFS Apps10.One of our crystal reports is causing our print agent to fall over each time the report is printed from IFS.The IFS print agent logs show “Invalid Print Range”, this error may suggest that the crystal report margins or a field may not agree with the printer settings.We have also seen if the document is sent to print double sided the print agent stays active which is good, moment we force the document to print single sided, the print agent falls over.Has anyone seen his issue before - should we be looking at the crystal report or printer, driver or printer settings?ThanksRavi

Hello, I wanted to check to see if it was possible to grant a permission set to a user via workflow? I’ve been trying to automate a user creation when a new employee gets created (got the initial account setup and was able to assign the default company and site) but I was exploring some of the permission set calls. I was looking at a call called GrantUsers(Role,Grantees):Void. When I was using that call, I was running into errors regarding BPA Workflow error: Cannot commit in Current PL/SQL Session. I’m guessing it may not be possible to do this at this time via workflow? Maybe there’s another approach I need to look at this. I just want to confirm. I’m currently using IFS Cloud 24.2.4. the  EXT_FILE_TRANS_TAB is taking more and more space in the the database and we do not have a clue about how to clean or purge it, it looks that there is still in the table row related to load file ID that are no more available in EXT_FILE_LOAD.Does anyone already meet the same issue and/or knwo how to clean the EXT_FILE_TRANS_TABthank you in advance for any help, comment or remarks

Here is my setupI’ve got an activity with a start of 6/25 at 8 am and an end of 6/25 at 5 pm, it’s a 1 day duration and I have Resource 1 assigned for 1 hour on this day.I also have Resource 1 assigned to a project connected work order for a 4 hour task planned for 6/25 8 am to 6/25 12 pm, hours.When I select Resource Activity Load, I get the following, it is showing my Work Task planning, but it is not showing the planning of the activity resource itself.Next, If I go to Resource Activity Load Detail, I get the following, it shows .82 hours even though I have it planned for 1 hr and it doesn’t show the plan for the Work Task.I’m looking for help in understanding why these screens are like this and to understand how the system calculated .82 planned hours when I specified 1 hour on the activity’s resource plan. In addition, from the resource planning of the project, I see my 1 hour and 4 hour planned hours but when I select Resource Activity Load from this screen, I get nothing.If anyo

Hi, We would like to set up Punchout integration in IFS cloud 25R1 for one of the supplier.  We have got the Punchout URL and Secret but I am not sure about the other details.   Could someone help in understanding what values it should have and how to fetch them.  We would like to use the cXML,  what is  “Domain” , “Identity”, “Sender Domain”, “Sender Identity” ?   what is this “use Mac” ? should we enalble that or skip ?  I would like to have a more simple set up.  What would be the client ID and domain name given here under basic data for punchout ?  Is the client here same as the “Identity” from add supplier puchout set up ?    Is the client ID nothing but a user ID in IFS ?    I would really appreaciate if you could help.
