I am calling the ReceiveEinvoiceService to import External Supplier Invoices into IFS.  I would like to send tax information per invoice line.  For each invoice line, I want to specify multiple tax percentages to be applied.  Below is a sample of the Tax Information for an individual Line in IFS.  I can specify multiple tax percentages for it.  It looks like the api request for this endpoint has an array of taxes I can provide.  I can specify the MessageLine and TaxRatePercent for the tax, but sadly not the Tax Code.  I am hoping that if I provide the tax percents that the Tax Codes would be automatically filled in based on the Supplier. I have tried only specify the taxes inside of the tax array, but ifs shows the following error: Invoice lines Tax Amount should not be a null value for Invoi

Hi,Iam commiting activites manually in PSO , which is refered by PSO & when i try to commit its getting commited later on its reverting back to allocated state. PSO allocating the same resources but may i know the reason why its uncommiting. Its Connected with IFS Cloud. Regards,

I have encountered an issue with custom fields in the MWO client. When I add an editable custom field under Task Information, I can successfully edit it from the MWO client. However, when I add the same custom field under Customer Information, I am unable to enter any value in that field using the MWO client. Apps for Page Designer MWO Service APP Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a configuration step? How can I make the custom field under Customer Information editable in the MWO client?Thanks Nethmini

Hi, the company I work for have a repair / rework process where we get back an item from a customer that needs repairs. To make sure that we have received it and tracking where the item is physically, we use a return order to receive it back to stock and after the repair is done, we ship it out on a customer order to the same customer. As the item should be repaired and then sent back, the return and customer order, is set at zero cost to the part number. However while in stock, the item has a inventory value which causes issues for our finance department, specially if the item is in stock in two different periods. To update the process we had a thought of returning the item to stock as Customer Owned instead as it technically already is customer owned as well. The issue we are having is that in our Return Material Authorization on part line level, we don’t have the option to set the ownership on the return. After checking through the community and readin

Cloud 22.2.4.In the Purchase Requisition Lines page and Customer Order Lines page, and possibly other pages, there are two search attributes labelled as ‘Site’. This is causing confusion as it is not clear which attribute to use for searching for records in a user’s site. Is this a bug?

Kindly why the option send dispatch advice is disabled in RMB shipment screen when the shipemnet status is closed. is there ay reason for that as after closing the shipment it should allow to sent by the option send dispatch advice. we are using IFS10 and UPD11Thank you.

Dear Community. We have noticed since upgrading from 23R2 to 25R1 SU5/SU6, that when we do rapid data input into fields, either with a barcode scanner, or even copy/paste and enter quickly, the LOV fields cannot keep up with the data input, and often report back warnings that the records are not found. We then do the same scan or copy/paste again and the lookup works as expected. We have found this across multiple LOV fields - and definitely did not have this issue in 23R2. I wonder if any one has any ideas? or even might be something to test if your users have scanners as data input devices into the application. David. 

Hi All,I am testing the Group Consolidation Process. And Against the Balance Version i have Mapped Two different exchange rates One for Income Statement Accounts and One for Balance Sheet Account. And the trial Balance in SEK is Converted in EUR. Income Statement accounts would be converted at different exchange rate and Balance Sheet Account would be converted at different exchange rate. And this difference should be accounted using GCP3 and 4. But i don't see these entries getting triggered even though conversion is happening in right way.So wanted to know in what condition GCP3 and 4 are triggered. Is there any additional setup needed to trigger this entry? and at what stage of consolidation process this will trigger?

In Apps 10 there was an option to export data, including the output of quick reports, in various different formats. By default this included .xlsx, .xml and .txt (which would be formatted as a CSV) as well as there being a setting to enable more possibilities. Is there similar functionality available in IFS cloud? When pressing the export button it does not give a choice and always exports as a .xlsx. 

Hello,When I transfer a configurable part to his site I have the message: transaction based in combination with inventory valuation method weighted average is not allowed for configured parts. How can I disable this message/setting that I only have on one site and not on others? thank u for your help. KR
