25R2 sizing guide

The IFS Cloud 25R2 Sizing Guide will be part of the technical documentation for 25R2, which is published around the release dates:

• Early Availability (EA): October 16, 2025
• General Availability (GA): November 27, 2025.

Currently, the Platform & Sizing section in the technical documentation states that the sizing guide is continuously updated as IFS gains more experience and introduces new deployment options. This means the official sizing guide for 25R2 will be available in the IFS Technical Documentation portal once GA is live or shortly before it.

I don't think there is a link to the sizing guide in the technical documentation, so where is it?
(There was a sizing guide listed in the Platform & Sizing section, but no link.)

IFS only publish a sizing guide for the R1-releases and if it's extremely necessary for the R2-release, we provide an updated version. These means in you always need to refer to the R1 sizing guide.

I’ll join the 25R1 version

Do we already know when the sizing guidelines for IFS Cloud 25R2 will be available? We have clients who would like to start preparing their environments for this version.

thanks for your response. We installed 25R2 but noticed some speed issues. I will monitor it. 

What is issues? Maybe I can help

Have you been able to identify where the bottleneck is coming from?

• Do you have monitoring in place, such as Grafana, to help pinpoint the issue?
• Is the slowdown occurring during
  • navigation,
  • data processing,
  • or other?

Any additional details on where the performance degradation is happening would be helpful.
