Cannot close Sales Quotation

Using IFS Applications 9.

 

We have a Sales Quotation in the “Released” status.  There is one quotation line, and that line was marked as “Won”.  Would this line status cause the Sales Quotation to be non-closable?  The option to close the quotation is greyed out in Enterprise Explorer.

As per the standard behavior, you can close the sales quotation even when there are quotation lines with "Won" status. The reason is that even if the end customer approves the "Won" quotation line, due to various other reasons such as the supplier being unable to fulfill the demand, the system gives you the facility to close the quotation from the header afterward. Please find the below screenshots on the cloud version.

I believe your issue may be caused by a different reason. Hence, it is better to raise a support ticket to identify the root cause.

    Thank you Vihan.  I will look into creating a support ticket, though since we are on Applications 9, I’m unsure it will be worth anyone’s while.  For me, an additional reason to hasten our move to Cloud!
