Hi!We are experiencing an issue where absence actions are not being generated. For example:An employee reports a 9-day sick leave absence in Time Card. This should generate an absence action. We have not changed any parameters in the Absence Group Function. Absence actions are generated for Company A but not for Company B. I have tried to identify what differentiates the two and tested various scenarios, but without success. If anyone has an idea where I should look, I would greatly appreciate it. This scenario is in a CFG environment in Cloud 24R2. We are not experiencing this issue in IFS9. 

Hello all, It is possible de define Price effecctive date (either Order date or Receipt date) at the level of the supplier. Do you have an idea if it is not possible to change this at the lvel of purchase part or purchase order line? I have a client who asked for it Thanks

Hi,I am currently using 25R2, when selecting Start Work on the mobile app (IFS MWO Maintenance), I am receiving the following error.   When select Accept, Incomplete and Reject it works OK.  Can you please advise what may be causing this issue when Start Work is selected? Thanks!

When attempting to change the status of a work task from Work Started to Work Done, we receive the error message below - divisor is equal to zero.In reviewing the work task, the work order, the PM Action, the measurements for object, no issue can be found. Any insight/thoughts would be helpful!  

 I am trying to configure navigation from Prepare Work Order (Active Separate) screen to History Log screen and pass WO_NO as a filter. When navigating from Prepare Work Order, the History Log should show records only for that specific WO number. I tried using navigation filter like:startswith(tolower(Keys),'wo_no eq ($[WoNo])^')), Keys contains 'wo_no eq ($[WoNo])^'))But it is not returning the expected records. History Log stores WO number inside the KEYS field, so I am trying to filter based on that value.What is the correct navigation filter expression to pass WO_NO from Prepare Work Order to History Log?If anyone has implemented similar navigation filtering for KEYS field, please suggest the correct approach.Keys: WO_NO=2^Also, I need to filter History Log records where:LU Name = ApprovalRou

I have a supplier that allows us 5% discount if paid in 10 days or 2% if paid within 25 days and net due in 31 days.  I have tried setting up a payment term to calculate that but it isn’t working in my testing, either IFS functionality doesn’t support that or my setup is incorrect?  

Hello everyone,We use APP10 / Aurena. In 2025, we defined an absence limit for an absence type. The 2025 ANNLV reduction of 29 hours was intentional as Kallum sold 29 hours annual leave at the end of the year. We manually adjust the absence parameter for everyone that sells annual leave. Therefore the 2025 ANNLV limit is correct with 156 hours. Hower, the reduction of 29 hours should only affect the 2025 limit and not the 2026 limit. I don’t want those 29 unused hours to be carried over. But it’s the case, the hours for 2026 should be 17+26. 

Hi all,I have a Lobby element that I am using in two lobby pages. It is based on a datasource that uses two parameters Category_ID and Group_ID. My datasource query is using the NVL statement, means when one of the parameters is empty it returns everything. To this regards it is working well. However, when I want to use the same methodolgy as a navigation link I get an error. My navigation link contains:(startswith(tolower(Cf_Group_Id_Eo),$GroupID$)) and (startswith(tolower(Cf_Category_Id_Eo),$OBJECT_CLASS$))When both parameters $GroupID$ and $OBJECT_CLASS$ are given everything works fine. But when only one parameter is given (e.g. $GroupID$) than the second statement of my navigation link gets rendered as:contains(,'')) So this is obviously throwing an error. Any suggestions on how to fix that? I would like to avoid to create two different widgets since I want to reuse the same widget on both lobby pages. Looking forward

When creating a Customer Location I have the option to assign a Validity period against the location with a start date and end date:There doesn’t appear to be any enforcement of this parameter when I am creating a Service Request/Task at the customer location if the end date has been passed. Is this by design or is this possible a bug? The idea would be that the customer Location shouldn’t be shown on the LoV after the end date has passed.Thanks

Issue:We have recently identified an issue where the Demand Forecast window remains on the loading screen and cannot be accessed. Previously, a version mismatch between the IFS Application and the Demand Plan server was identified as the cause of this issue. However, the window is now hanging even though the versions are compatible, and all prerequisites have been completed.Environment:The issue can occur if any delivery is performed in a 24R2 environment, as it will automatically apply the latest available framework update. Also, the issue only can be observed in IFS Cloud 24R2 environments which are in framework SU15.Cause:This has been identified as a bug in the core application due to an incorrect artifact was shipped with the 24R2 SU15 release.Resolution:Issue is fixed with IFS Cloud 24R2 SU16.As the fix is related to the framework, you will not be required to apply the full application SU. I am encountering an issue while attempting to send an outbound transaction from IFS to an external system (Maximo). Hi, I want to hide the Corrective and Preventive Actions section only for some users. I could not find any permission set that can be used to hide this.  

The customer experience that after generating a SAF-T file (ver.1.30), there are five supplier-IDs used in GL (Transactions) which are not included in the MasterFiles Suppliers.What we have identified so far, is that one of the invoices has arrived in period 12 (previous year), the invoice is finally posted in the following periode 1, and then has a credit invoice matched in period 2.Anyone with similar experiences?

Hi all,I’m working with a Work Order that includes two Work Tasks: one handled by an external resource and one by an internal technician. These tasks are linked by a dependency and must be executed together.The external Work Task is assigned via the B2B Portal by the subcontractor, and the internal dispatcher must validate/confirm the proposed date before planning the internal task.The issue is that, in the B2B Portal, the dependency is not shown—even though the dependency is correctly defined and visible in IFS Cloud. I can see the “Dependency” section in the B2B Work Task screen, but no data is displayed.Has anyone experienced this? Is there a configuration or limitation in the B2B Portal that prevents dependencies from being displayed?

Hi All, I tried to use an IFS API call which returns a struct but the return structure is not added to the debug values list. Is this not supported for workflows or is there any other way to call an IFS API call with a struct?My example API callWorkTaskHandling.GetPartSerialInfo(PartNo)  Debug value list.Notice that previous steps which return string are added in the debug values but not the struct GetPartSerialInfo struct response format

We cannot find any reason why making a manual voucher interim (reverse) is only available after approval. Why is the button not available before approval? The approver needs to know, we think? In the current flow the approver has to trust/assume another user will make the voucher interim (reverse). What do we miss?

Hello,I am trying to work out why I have 1 user who is able to authorise multiple invoices, and another who cannot.The 2 users have the same set up in the Invoice Posting Authorisers screen:However, in the Posting Proposals screen one user has the ‘Authorise/Acknowledge..’ option enabled when selecting multiple lines and the other does not.As far as I can tell, the pre-requisites from the help topic are both met.So I can’t see why there is a difference between the 2 users.Can anyone suggest if there are any other settings I might have missed? We are on Apps 10, UPD8. Many thanksSteph.

When an absence function is configured to split absences at the end of the month, the system correctly reflects the split in the Absence Periods window. However, the calculation based on the reporting date in the Absence Limit Day window appears to be incorrect.Example Scenario:For November 2025, an absence is entered from 28.11.2025 to 01.12.2025.Since 29th and 30th November fall on weekends, the expected absence duration should be:1 day for November 1 day for DecemberAlthough the system correctly splits the absence period across the two months, the Absence Limit Day calculation does not reflect this split accurately.Environment Details:Reference Case: CS0466379 Test Environment: 25R1 TEST LKPSteps to Reproduce:Configure an absence type with a function to split absences at month-end. We’re using Shipments in IFS to be able to consolidate lines from different customer orders that are shipping to the same customer location, that could all ship together to save our customers some freight costs.  We’ve been trying to get IFS to send the customer order number, listed on the Shipment page on the Shipment Lines tab as “Source Ref 1” and to date, we have had no success. Has anyone had any success with getting fields mapped from the Shipment page over into PaceJet?  

We build sub-components that we build in advance for a customer, sell it to them and then hold in our inventory until needed for production.  Is there a simpler way to get this in our inventory as Customer-Owned other than sell and “deliver” on a Customer Order and the “buy” back on a PO?

Could someone advise what I should expect the ‘Summary’ Column to show here on Time Registration and/or if there’s some task we need to be running in order for it to be populated?ThanksLinda
