Hi,I’m trying to add a persistant custom attribute to the Shopping Cart Line that’s accessed via the Shopping Cart in the Self Service Procurement screen.I checked, and I am able to add a custom attribute to the Entity SelfServShopCartLine I am also able to add the field to the Page via the Page Designer. However, when I try to save any value, nothing happens. When I check the debug, it doesn’t look like the value entered is being passed in the modify call.I checked the database, and no value has been saved.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Or has someone been able to add a custom field to SelfServShopCartLine?I couldn’t find any relavent information or any

As per Ministry of Finance Rule PMK 131, for most goods and services, a 12% VAT rate is applied on a Tax base in the form of the Other Value (Dasar Pengenaan Pajak/”DPP Nilai Lain”), which is set as Tax Basis at 11/12 of the import value, selling price, or compensation. This results of the calculation is in an effective VAT rate of 11%.To comply with this rule in our AR invoices, we require IFS to facilitate the display of the Tax Basis as "11/12 of the selling price" and the VAT rate 12% within the invoice layout.

When you create  Credit Invoice Lines from a Work Order Invoice Preview (Previously you need to have created an Invoice Preview, then a Customer Order and finally an Invoice), you need to approve the new Invoice Preview and a Customer Order is created.In the moment we invoice this created Customer Order, the Invoice Type is CUSTORDEB instead of CURTORDCRE¿Is this a bug in the system? ¿Where can we configure this Invoice Type to be CUSTORDCRE?Kind RegardsFrancisco José Rivas Rodríguez 

Hello,While using the Service module > Work Task screen, we have the option to enter a Fixed Price line for a sales part from the Sales tab. Work TaskWhereas while using the Service Management module > Request Work Task screen, we do not have the option to enter the Fixed Price in the Cost Type dropdown. Is there a reason for removing this option from the list? If so, is there an alternative way to add the fixed price? Please let me know.Request Work Task 

Hi Team,I am facing some strange issue. Good afternoon, We are on IFS 10 UPD 16 and I have an issue with postings for a finished Work Task. The WT finished on 7/31/2025 and the reposting correctly moved the amounts from WIP to Cost.Since then, every time we run the Transfer Work Task Time Transactions job (we run it daily), the system books entries from Cost to Cost. It happens only for a couple of Work tasks, the rest are running correctly, not sure how to make it stop. On the Work Task Transaction screen the Release WIP to final accounts is greyed out.Any ideas why this might happen?  Thanks,Cora

Hi,When creating a service quotation connecting a service contract, what is the expected behavior for quotation total value calculation? A new line gets created when clicking the Calculate Quotation Totals button but without any calculations. /Indika

Dear all,What shall I do do get the resource names from IFS-Cloud visible in PSO? In some cases, the names appear, in other cases not. Which configuration is necessary in IFS? What do I have to configure? 

In IFS Cloud, 24R2 SU6, we are seeing an issue where a user is entering the invoice date parameter >10/01/2025 and when they click search the table does not load the data accordingly.When we click on the ADVANCED button to see how the SQL looks, the whole parameter for the invoice date field is missing. It is almost like the system is not accepting the entered parameter and recognizing it exists.Has anyone else run into this issue in other screens or know how we could fix it?Thank you

Hello!I am trying to create a new query with Cloud Query Designer to show orders for a certain sales group that were invoiced “Today”. I added a filter the the Customer Order Invoice date - but I can’t figure out how to set it as a dynamic value for “TODAY”. I’ve tried setting it as a Parameter as well, but then the query prompts me to enter a date to preview the data. This won’t work for us as the intent is to schedule the report to be emailed to a group of users on a daily basis. Is this possible to set the invoice date as a dynamic value of “TODAY” with Query Builder? I’m a novice at query building so any tips someone may have a greatly appreciated.  

A customer wants to add several customers as commission receivers in IFS Cloud for one Agreement ID. This is restricted in the standard version. Is there any alternative way to reach this setting? 

Is there a particular way to address the alphanumeric fields while sorting?I feel restricted in effectively sorting my data currently. In the attached screenshot, the alphanumeric fields make it impossible to sort the values in an ascending order.Is my only option then is to use some other header column ? 

Hello, I would like to automatically reserve all available shipment lines/shipments for shipment orders. I have done this for Customer Orders where I automatically reserve lines via a database task (I have it scheduled to run every 2 minutes), but there doesn’t seem to be any database task that can achieve the reservation for shipments. The reservation button for shipments is a projection action called StartShipmentMainSingle for the ShipmentHandling projection. Since you can’t schedule projection actions as database tasks, how can I achieve this? Any and all advise/input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

Hi Everyone, I have an issue: I have an active rental in progress. I wanted to create a replacement order, so I right-clicked on my line and selected “Create replacement order”.I released it, reserved it, delivered it, etc.I then went back to my rental follow-up, stopped the rental, and processed an equipment return on the original order. Up to that point, everything was fine.However, when I look at both orders: the original order is still in “Delivered” (the status did not change), and the replacement order was automatically invoiced/closed (I can’t view the invoice details). Should I understand that, logically, even if I processed a material return on the original order and ended the rental earlier than planned, I still need to invoice the original order? (it doesn’t seems logic)The replacement order does have an end date further in the future, and yet it was invoiced and closed automatical

I am a beginner with PSO.I would like to implement data integration from FSM to PSO.Currently, we are able to generate requests from FSM and dispatch technicians (FSM resources) in PSO (the status becomes “Assigned”). However, resource information and various master data have not been integrated into PSO, which is causing issues.I assume that unless data integration from FSM to PSO is properly configured, master data will not be synchronized.I would like to ask for your advice on the following two points: If there are any concrete procedures or operation manuals on how to integrate the master data registered in FSM (such as resources, skills, SLA, etc.) into PSO, could you please share them? I would also appreciate it if you could explain how to transfer data from PSO to MWO. We are able to transfer data from FSM to Mobile, but we do not know how to transfer data from PSO to Mobile.Thank you very mu

We are today using Finvoice2 for our EDI invoice sending throw Pagero. And will now also start send for Polen, since it are mandatory from next year. But Polen is demanding more information and filed that's are in the finvoice, have IFS build some xml file for this?

I have a customer scenario involving PSO where they need to schedule jobs that run continuously for several days—some even lasting more than two months. Each job requires only one resource, but it must operate 24/7. Currently, they assign two resources per job: one works a 12‑hour day shift, and the other works a 12‑hour night shift.For the initial assignment, they want PSO to select the resource who is geographically closest to the activity. Hi, In some IFS screens (Ex : Shop order Material Tab), it’s impossible to apply a filter by [Part description]. Only [Part code] is available. But sometimes (ex : Shop Orders vue), we can apply a filter by [Part description]. So users have to swith between différent screens in IFS. Thanks

Can we create an excel output from Order report? If yes, how is this achieved.

We made a payment to a supplier but the payment was rejected.  We need to cancel payment and receive the cash back into the cash account.  The payment was done in a batch and we do not want to cancel the entire batch.  By doing a partial rollback, this will park the supplier payment.  How do we get that parked payment to clear and credit cash?  We were able to do this in apps 9 via the Supplier Payment screen but have not been able to do this via mixed payment in Cloud.  Any advice would be appreciated.
