Hello. Whenever we create an invoice on a delivered customer order, the posting does not happen and we get an error message saying that the activities related to the order should be in a Released state. We are using IFS Cloud. Is this normal? To my knowledge we did not have this issue when we were using Apps 9.

Normally if your CO Header is connected to a project the system will force you to:
- connect all CO lines to project activities before releasing the CO Header
- this will force you to release the relevant project activities otherwise you cannot link them to CO Line.
Therefore I wonder how you got into the situation of having the order connected to a project to be delivered before the project activities connected to CO Lines have been released.
