Hello everyone,I got an issue and I would like to know if someone here faced it and got a solution.The issue concerns the value in “Stage Payment” column which is always “0” when we use “CLP” currency in our purchase order. In that column, we can edit the percentage, but we have to click twice on “Save” button in order to update our milestone payment information. when we click on “save” button, this is what happen:First time, all the stage amounts are updated according to the percentages we set but the buttons “Save” and “Cancel edit” don’t disappear. Second time, the buttons “Save” and “Cancel edit” disappear, all the values in “Stage Payment (%)” column change to “

E.g. - Payment Method is CHK, but Cash Account of Payment Institute BANK NEW appears, even though the CHK Payment Method is not attached to BANK NEW   Business Impact: All cash accounts appear for all payment methods, even those that are not set up to the cash account

 Hello,I need your help, we have service contracts in invoice plan with periodic prices that we want to change into resources used, but as soon as I want to delete the periodic prices, I can't. I think it's no longer possible because I've tried everything with dates, but nothing works.Can you tell me if you've encountered the same problem? Thank you for your help  

I have E-Invoice setup & I create an Instant Invoice & sent it from RMB-> Send Invoice. Now I need to Resend the invoice again, but RMB-> Resend Invoice is disable. Please advice how to Resend the E-Invoice.

Hi Team,We have processed few of credit notes via API ( Receive E invoice ). The status is shown  “Message 41191 has been posted to queue IN1”,  but the user is unable to see the credit note/invoices in the External Supplier Invoice Load Information. Can you please help to fix this. Thanks in advance.  

Hi All,When I attach a cost to a child object via a WO, the costs are correctly displayed on the child object page but there are no related costs displayes on the parent object page. Is that a normal process?Thank to all your advices 

We are struggling with assigning users under “Assign Work” from the Prepare Work Order screen, under the “Allocate To” for users who perform work at multiple sites. We have the users set up in the Resource Detail with Companies and Sites assigned to them under the Connections tab. We also have their site assigned under the General tab. However, when we need a user to perform work at a site other than what is listed as their Site under the General tab, they are unavailable to be chosen under the LOV “Allocate To”. Has anyone else found a way around this other than changing the Site under the Resource Detail → General tab each time a user needs to perform work at another site? We are running APP10.

Hi,Is there a proper way to block users from using mWO S/Engineer Windows app to access IFS (Cloud 23R2), and only allow the Android app. I know we can disable the device after, but can we configure something so that they can’t even activate the Windows app in the first place? TIA

When I try to print the .rpl (barcode/label) through Zebra printer following error message appear in the IFS PrintAgent Monitor. Any missing configuration for causing the issue. (I'm trying to print a barcode label from shop order for testing)Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Thank you.

Hello Team,@IFS Community , How do we make a field in a assistant using page designer?I can only see the field in RED colour but the validation isnt being added and the user can skip without entering a value? In Apps 9, and Apps 10 we used to have good field level help for the many fields that are used on the Project Peformance Analysis.  It gave the formulas for values like BAWC and the SPI and CPI values (among many others).  Those prized bits of information are not in any of the newer versions, as far as I can tell.I remember material that I wish I’d saved that had a graph of the project costs versus time and it illustrate how the schedule vairance and cost variance cause the IEAC to change.  I’m hoping that someone may have some of this old material and can forward it to me or add it to this topic.Thank you.Patrick

Hello Team, I am facing some variances on the net object value of some objects.Like  i am having objects which are marked as fully depreciated with 0 net value whereas our expectations are the objects are supposed to be depreciating. I’m struggling with getting the Resource Analysis screen to behave.  This is the analysis of my person group.  The capacity starts today, which is the day I’ve run the Refresh Snapshot.(See attachment named Resource Analysis for a Person Group Resource.png. If I look at the Resource Analysis for the individual who is assigned to the Project Manager person group, I get the expected result.(See attachment named Resource Analysis for a Person Resource.png) I have the Resource Analysis Demand Snapshot set to a -30 day start offset and the Resource Schedules and Capacity set to a -100 day start offset.  Automatic Calculation is ON.Might anyone have a clue as to why the snapshot for the person group is different than the snapshot for a person?

I am trying to import prior year GL balances into a business plan.  I selected the Import GL/IL balances button on the planning unit and selected prior year periods and 1 account that I know has activity.  I am getting this warning message: I have made sure that I am a user on the planning unit, I have a user group assigned to me. In the account that I am using, I have activity of $973.10 in March 2023.  In the planning unit, IFS is populating a value of 0.00 for March 2023 but nothing in March 2024.Has anyone attempted to use this functionality and if so can you provide any pointers on what I may not have set up correctly?

When a Service Contract Line has an Invoice Type = Invoice Plan and Periodic Pricing has been entered there seems no way to undo this. Changing the Invoice Type is not allowed due to the Periodic Prices and Periodic Prices can not be removed although there is a RMB "Delete” (which does not delete the line). So, how can I change the Invoice Type? IFS Applications 10 UPD7. 

Is it possible to get more granular information about what is contributing to our Database growth rate?   On IFS Cloud (IFS Hosted) for past 15 months?  This PowerBI report was generated via the Service Insight Studio on Build Place.    We started with essentially no transaction history so this growth rate seems quite high...   

Hi All, We have a client process where we are generating the purchase requisition through create order proposal with database schedule.Here, we system creates multiple PRs for each parts depending on the inventory part planning method demand when onhand qty falls below the lot size.We want to create only one single PR combining all the inventory parts in it.So, please let us know if there is any method to create a single PR containing all inventory parts.

Hi  I am unable to convert purchase requisition lines to existing RFQ’s when the lines are project connected. Both lines are on the same req or on different reqs. I just get the ‘No Requests Exist’ message.Anybody seen this behaviour before? It seems to work fine when I test using non-project connected lines. This is common practice, to add onto existing RFQ’s which would create new revisions. I tried the ‘Create Part Request Lines’ button within the RFQ itself, which allows me to add directly to the RFQ. Albeit the new line is therefore not project connected. When trying to convert the quote to a PO (1 line prj connected, 1 line not) I get an invalid delivery address specified error.  Any guidance would be appreciated  ThanksJames
