I’m new to IFS and trying to confirm if you can set an allowable range for the on-time delivery? We allow a 10-days early / 1-day late window we consider acceptable currently and I’d like to have that factoring into the logic within IFS if possible. We are currently using IFS Aurena but starting the path to Cloud if there are differences between them.
Based on various date measures, IFS has visibility for goods receipt situation, but I dont think there are functionalities to perform actions based on the timeline of receipts, but the qtys.
If your interest is on late vs on-time delivery visualization based on the OTD, where are you looking for this information in IFS?
Thand you for the quick response. In the Purchase Receipts History it lists the quantities received on time, late and early along with the number of days early or late. We don’t measure our suppliers so tightly to the exact promise date for a variety of reasons so I’m looking of there is a way to set the criteria so an order that is received up to 10 business early or 1 business day late would be reflected as “On time” so these quantities would reflect consistently with our policy. I’ve seen this option in other ERP systems but not sure if IFS offers it. Currently, I have to export the data and manipulate it to align with our policy.
Maybe you should raise this as an idea to get IFS RnD attention.
