Hello All,I was trying to customize the new work page in Aurena Tech Portal as my customer wanted to keep 3 options and remove one when an user is creating a new work. I was trying to change the page design but could not achieve this. Anyone got idea of how this can be done?I am trying to keep the first 3 options and remove the last option in the new work options. Thanks for the support.Aravinda

Dear Community, by uploading a bank statement with camt053-Method we got the following transfer error message: ORA-20110: PayAccountingRow.NOTNULLACCOUNT1: Account cannot be specified Today it is the second time the error occured and it is caused by an internal booking transaction in case of the sales tax clearing within the VAT group. Does anybody can help with this error message please?It occurs in the external file load id´s.Please find the attached Screenshot.Thank you in advance! :-)

Hello FSM community,I have encountered an issue in the UI Designer of FSM, specifically within the PERSONCALLEXCEPTADD screen.The problem arises when attempting to add a line into the “Screen Events” -> “Table Events” section. Despite successfully adding a line and subsequently closing the “Screen Events” screen, the added line seems to disappear upon reopening the “Screen Events” window. Furthermore, the script that I try to add this way to the screen does also not execute.This issue has been consistently replicable, and I am currently unable to find a workaround. I am reaching out to inquire if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or if there is a known solution to this problem.With kind regards,Michael

hi community.We are a ifs customer, and we are doing a lot of customization development ourselves.Based on increased complexity in the software changes and their dependencies we have started looking into possible automated software testing.We would like to do it the same way as ifs is doing it in the cloud build places (automated for example on delivery creation etc.)Is there anyone here in the community who has already done such a thing and interested in talking about how to handle things like:    - testing during development, automate database creation,     - apply testing using https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/060_development/050_development_tools/150_script_a_rest/    - managing test scenarios like in component inttst     - reporting results

Environment: App9 IEE Steps followed:1. Go to ‘Events’ window2. Find Event Action -> "NEXT_AUTH_PUR_REQ_LINE"3. This Events Action will be executed and Send an Email to External Email Address from IFS Application.4. The format of the email should be in Correct format which should be readable.5. Although the actual format of the email is totally unreadable. Outcome: This is the event action "NEXT_AUTH_PUR_REQ_LINE". This should be the correct format of the email.

Hi, Just want to know if it is possible to add a custom field or custom page that will change values based on the inputs on page (not static fields). For example, this page shows summary values based on the input date range. Could we add a custom field (in yellow area) that will use the input date range and show a value (say no of work task transactions for the input date range and highlighted object id)? TIA

About 1 or 2 hours after registration, the data disappears. If the data registered in LOB storage is set to disappear after a certain period, is it possible to extend this duration? Hi all,Looking for the ideas around Equipment Object Cost/Revenue Analysis page available in App9 and Cloud. The information in this page is generated when the costs and revenue are generated, and doesn’t reflect based on any subsequent changes on the structure.Ex. Serial Obj - X incurs a labour cost of $100. Now when you view this in the above page you can see the cost of $100. Next, say you change the Serial Obj X and add a Belongs To Object - Y (A functional object). Now when you view Functional Object - Y in the navigator, it can’t see the structure cost as $100. This is because the parent child relationship was created after the cost was committed.Is there a way to show the cost of $100 on the parent level? TIA.

Hello,Is there an IFS page (IFS cloud 23r1) where we can create a customer check payment and match customer invoices irrespective of the payer? My understanding from the IFS client requesting this functionality is that they have lot of ‘retail’ customers where the association between payer and customer does not exist, and any customer can pay invoices on behalf of any other customer. 

Hello I want an integration with IFS Mobile, but when I press the send to mobile button I get an error.Is it possible that the send to mobile option can be automatically predefined?How can I solve this error? If I press the on hold button, the transfer to mobile button disappears    

Where do I find the $ amount received on a receipt? All receipt screens I am familiar with only list quantity recieved requiring me to export to excel and manually calcute the $ amount received.

Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me.A week ago i created a custom projection and added an entity that was based on a view that a teammate created using IFS Developer studio, back then i just went to the projection and added the propper entity searching by the LU name and that was it, i was able to create a new Aurena page.Today i was going to add some new fields that where added to the view and by some reason the field where not showing so i removed the entity and when i tried to add it it does not apper, the view was redeployed and i tried to create a completely new projection but the entity still not showing, i already look for it on “entity details” page but nothing is showing if i search th LU name.I dont know what im missing in order to make it work, i know is possible because it was working before trying to add thenew view fields.This is the LU that i’ve used previously 

Hi,We are currently upgrading from IFS to IFS Cloud.  We currently have a number of Excel migration jobs to support users in their daily work.I have overcome most of the issues encountered so far aside from the following:The Search functionality always throws a Malformed Request error.  Thereafter, nothing related to the Excel add-in works anymore without logging off/on again.Has anyone else encountered and found solutions to these issues? Thank you.  

Hi, in our business, every shop order needs manual labor. We would like that shop orders cannot be closed if no time has been reported, is that possible? We sometime have operators who mistakenly approve the wrong shop order in the time clock or the SFW, we would like to avoid this.

Hi,My question is around how to marry up the Demand Planner forecast and Product Family forecast at MSL0Now I understand that Demand Planner looks at the history and predicts the forecast.When it comes to S&OP it looks at several criteria for an instance production plan, business opportunity forecast , and generate a plan for the product family which can then be imported to MSL0 which can then be dis-aggregated to MSL1Is there a better way to manage DP forecast and S&OP forecast together ? Kind RegardsYashodha

Hello All, I have come across an issue where when I am using Moveable Holidays these are only considered to be in the past and not applied as default in the future (therefore forecasted at default value).What I mean is, if Period 52 (set to weeks in DP Server) has been our shutdown and I had generated that in the Moveable Holidays as well as future dates for Period 52, the DP Client checks what was before the holiday period in the past (demand registered) and after and then fills in that gap using it as base for calculation of the forecast for the same period in the future.What shall I do for the DP Client to generate the future period 52 to be projected at 0 as this is our shutdown and we are not accepting demand for period 52 of any year?Would anyone here have an idea what I can do, as I have searched through everything and I cannot find a solution to this. Something I noticed was in Apps 10, for maintenance surveys, even if you have defined more than three surveys for one work type, only the first three surveys are triggered. I tested this for a customer and as well as in one of our internal environments and the behavior was similar.  Is there a way to go around this? Is there a parameter setup I’m not aware about?  Thank you,  

Tab named "All" in Inventory Part Availability Planning frame base on temporary table(INV_PART_AVAIL_SUM_QTY_TMP) which is created each time we ask frame to populate for some record(please find attachments ORDER_SUPP_DEM_EXT_TMP_VIEW.png and Inventory Part Availability Planning.png). There are several function which populate temporary tables(e.g.: IFSAPP.Order_Supply_Demand_API.Populate_Temporary_Tables__ ).We want to create report base on data from mentioned tab(Actual demand, Planned Demand, Supply, On Hand) and look for the best solution for this purpose(without customization). Does someone has any experience in this area?
