in IFS Cloud 22R1, We have an Event Action for sending a Stream Message to a supervisor, we would like to link the URL of the Expense ID to the Streams Message.This URL works in Apps9, and allows the stream message to go to the Expense_id page, this does not work in IFS Cloud. ifsapf:frmTabExpenseHead?external_search=EXPENSE_ID=<VALUE_URL_ENCODE>&NEW:EXPENSE_ID</VALUE_URL_ENCODE> I’ve tried using the link from the address bar, but it doesn’t link  

Hi Everyone, Wondering if you can shed some light on next steps that should be taken to rectify this issue one of our users is experiencing. Here is the breakdown: -Posted supplier invoice in July using the “prelim post” this created a voucher for $26738.59. -In Aug when the invoice came in, he noticed the amount was different than what he posted, so he altered the gross amount to $26,672.11 then final posted the invoice, which then created another voucher and a discrepancy of $66.48 in the ledger. -He then cancelled that whole invoice and tried to do the manual supplier invoice over again (maybe used cancel and create?) using gross amount $26738.59 in hopes to change it to the correct amount, but cannot.  *When there is a prelim posted invoice, you cannot change the gross amount.I am not as strong on the accounting side, could someone assist on what

Is there any way to pre-populate the Server URL for the end-user (Screenshot1)? Screenshot1 When deploying iOS Apps via MDM we can typically push out a App Configuration via Key/Value pairs (Screnshot2) Screenshot2It would be a nice QOL feature as we use SSO across all our devices which would make signing into the app a simple 3 step process. Hello everyone, I need your help.We're using IFS v9.I have refreshed the recipe environment with the production data.Everything is fine on the IFS side, but I am unable to change the location of the Demand Plan server, it always points to the production server.When I restart the recipe Demand Plan server, I get the following error."Fatal error: Another server is already running on the machine SRV-2021-001.domaine.com:5010"Fatal Error during load from oracle.”What should I do to correct this? Where do I change the address of the Demand Plan server in IFS ?Thanks for your help. 

Hi Community, can someone help me which settings have to be made that the system uses a name to try match with customer, please? Unfortunately, I have only the customers name who made a payment to us but no invoice number or similar. from the statement I know who sent the money and I would like to do a match by customer name. Is this possible and if yes, what setting is needed?  Thanks, Philipp

Or when I will use indexes (for example) composite, how can I implement it? How can I find out in which table belongs certain view in IFS? Thank you

We have a PO (A90081) linked to SO (1889644). The PO is for an external operation related to SO 1889644.Previously, the user over-received the SO and reported all items as received. They have since reversed the over-receipt for the part on the SO, but we are still encountering the error: "Cannot ship more than completed in previous operation" when trying to receive the PO. I believe this may be due to the need to reverse the operation report as well. However, I am unsure how to proceed.Could you please advise on how to resolve this error?

Hi All,We use FSM and PSO to schedule all field service work in our business.We used appointment booking in 360 with Metrix 5 (old names for PSO/FSM) about 10 years ago but quickly reverted to fixed resource and fixed commitment tasks and turned appointment booking off due to its poor reliability at that time. Basically it didn’t work.We are now on FSM U27 and the latest PSO version and are considering looking once again at appointment booking. I though it worth asking on here if any of you use it with FSM/PSO and if your experience has been a positive one.Thanks in advance for any feedback.Barry

Although all data is created correctly in Cloud, we have no errors when we run ,,Send full load,, nor in Application Messages, resources and activities do not appear in PSO. Hi,Looking for some advice to see what’s possible with this scenario.I have a resource ‘x’ working 8hrs. The have a van and can travel to jobs within a 60 mins max travel.I also have a second resource ‘y’ working 8hrs, but they don’t travel as customers bring their vehicles to one of our locations.I want to be able to set up the resource ‘x’ to say for the first 4hrs of the shift they have a max travel of 0 mins then the second 4hrs to be back to 60 mins.This will then enable resource ‘x’ to assist in a Service Centre for the morning, and then go mobile in the afternoon with PSO taking him back home.There’s other scenarios where we may use this also, i.e. the Vans in for repair or service. So I have looked at Vehicle setup in ARP, but that appears to be around capacity and / or travel based on range.I have thought about lowering the cost/ph and increasing the cost/km during the shift so it encourages Base work, but that would still al

I need to know the logic the utility uses to re-classify ABC Class on items.  I just need to understand the calculations IFS uses to classify the ABC. I am trying to determine if it uses the total consumption value (based on Annual consumption value = Annual x Unit Cost) and calculates  a cumulative percentage OR if it uses a weighted approach that assigns different weights to ‘value’ (annual consumption value) and usage frequency (how often an item is used) version and uses both total value and volume.Can anyone provide me the IFS it uses to reclassify the ABC classes. Also it is important to understand when is best to run this..  we just brought a separate company/site in Oct 23 but into the same company/site in June 2024.  Will the ABC classification use only usage since June 2024?  I do see on Inventory Part Availability Planning that the usage does show from last year, so would the ABC Classification see this

Hello eveyone! I need to schedule a csv file from IFS server to be in FTP address each 2 hours. I already set the Job Migration to create a csv file. And I already set my destination folder in IFS Server.The csv file is being created in the folder that I set. It’s all fine here. Now, I need to send this file to a FTP server each 2 hours. Is there a way to customize this? Thanks a lot for any help!!

Setup:  IFS Applications 10 UPD 6   On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong!   Reference:  IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A Code:  IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message:  Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements. Information:  Invalid redirect URL   I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error.    My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this?   Can anyone please advise?      

Hi EveryoneWe are testing SSO in one of our test environments and are having an issue. We have set it up to Azure AD services and also have the Active Directory User Integration configured to point at on on premise AD security group- this works but we are running the synchronisation manually while testing, rather than having it scheduled.Things seem to be working as intended except we are seeing user accounts being auto locked daily at 14:50 and/or 02:50 (example screenshot below) but we don’t know by what- we cant see any obvious background jobs doing this, although we have disabled a couple with no change. Has anybody had the same issue and resolved it?Thanks in advanceChris

We are IFS hosted.In IFS Apps 9 UPD 1, on the Solution Manager -> Security -> Users -> Active Directory User Integration screen, there is a Primary LDAP Server listed.We need to change this server. I know when we updated the password for the service account listed on this screen, we lost IFS access and IFS (who hosts our system) had to stop/restart some services for IFS to work again.Do we need to coordinate with IFS to change the LDAP server name? Or are we able to do that with no other impacts? 

We are using the IFS10 Print Agent very little and wish to stop using it. We don’t print much but a few times per week invoices that we are going to change to be emailed internally instead. Any considerations before removing the print agent service you can think of?
