Hi Experts, I'm getting the following error while doing a PSO reconfiguration process.Anyone have an idea why this is happening? When I try to log in to the database using the ifs password we have, it works fine.

I was interested in finding out how people have handled the problem that the ova version of ubuntu which runs 20:04 has a version of libcurl that does not support CIDR notation, which means that we must individual ip addresses och not networks which would be much better ?Is it too much to ask that IFS updates the OS to at least 22:04 or higher or at least give us the chance to run a lInux distribution of our choice like Redhat Linux 8 or 9./Craig   

Is there a way to hold an invoice in PrelPosted status ? I am trying to avoid these invoices from getting picked in the Payment proposal and getting paid.

Hi all, I hope you all doing well. In my IFS developer studio there is no options for select IFS projects. How to fix this?  

Our company give the employee 112 hours of absence which is accrued on a daily basis throughout the year.  We have an employee who starts on 12/9/24 and we’re double checking the calculation of the Available Limit (hours) and cannot validate the number.  Is the method that is used to calculate this number known?We’re using 112/365 to get .3068 hours per day and the multiplying by 23 to get 7.057 hours is showing a value of 6.925.  There is a discrepancy.  Does anyone know the underlying formula?

Is there any AUTOMATIC feature of accrual reversal for vouchers in GL ?We want to be able to indicate from the beginning of the voucher process whether a voucher is reversing. Then have a voucher post in the current period and reverse out in the following fiscal period automatically after it is approved.Appreciate your solution on this?

Hi,  IFS tells me that this field is mandatory, why? How can I change it, so it is not mandatory? I can’t create a invoice because I’m missing data in the column.   

A user  created a request with a task.Later he made the job and missed the main asset and the second asset.I created the missing assets and steps.And found 6 strange entries in the "run log". Unfortunately, I have not found a way to see and control the parameters passed to the PM request generator.Are the call parameters of the PM request generator recorded?How can I access this log?

Hi good morning Community of IFS Excuse me i have a problem with some botton, only the first time i push this botton appers me an error, this error say “{"error":{"code":"ODP_UNSUPPORTED_URL","message":"Invalid URL."}}” The action is carried out satisfactorily but users are drawn to this type of problem, has it ever happened to them, could you help me by guiding me on what I can do in these cases, Thanky you!

We are a fresh migrant from IFS 7.5 to Apps 10 UPD11 (we know, update soon). Disclaimer that I’m very beginner level with IFS, so please bear with me.We had a custom event written for our 7.5 environment to email customers when a customer order was marked as delivered. We understood this may be a standard function in Apps 10 and would like to recreate this. However, when I go to create an event action, I’m puzzled what to use for the “TO:” field.We aren’t using a report for this - just a simple body of text to a customer specific email address notifying them that an order was delivered including the number of that order.I see in “available substitution fields” that we can use variables to insert, but as usual, they are not clearly defined/labelled/documented so we don’t know what they are or where they are configured.Ideally, each customer would have a “contact” or address defined that would receive these notifications. Hi Experts,I am trying to assign skills for my resources and use them in request tasks. My question is on field ‘In Use Cost’ (tool tip help : The cost to apply when the skill is available at the time and being used) in skill setup. I have set this value as 30 and did not use any other setups like skill levels.and then assign this skill to one of my resources. The first thing I noticed is that ‘in use cost’ in skill did not inherit. (Is this correct?)Then I created a request task with plan start and finish date within above date range and add above set skill as a demand. If I report time against this demand (with an assignment for the above resource or not) I always get the cost setup in resource group(which is 10).Can someone please explain if I should follow any other setups or my thinking about this functionality not correct?Thank you,Roshan..

Hi All,We are transitioning from Soap to the Restful Gateway, the Rest calls etc are fine and we have these working, the problem is that we need to remove the webinterface installation on the server but this is currently used to pull in the Service Reference to serialize the xml from the IFS Workbench into a DsSheduleData object so that we can use it in our inhouse code and then serialize it back to send back to IFS.My question is where can I get the DsScheduleData schema/object from when we don’t have the Service Reference to pull it from?I have located the DsScheduleData.xsd in the install documentation folder and created a class file from it using xsd.exe but this does not replicate the reference file obtained via soap so our code can not use it the same way.I also found a Schema.dll in the Restful Gateway folder and tried to import this but I get dependency issues and cannot load it into code,I may be missing something very simple but I am hitting my head against a wall at the mome

Hi Team,I’m hoping to execute IPR without using forecast option which feed from Demand planner. Yet I face below error: INVPLA module is installed in the system and there is no demand plan service. Do system admin needs to enable any other service to use IPR functionalities ?

Hi IFS Community, We have set up a demand plan server in a remote 24R1 environment. The demand plan server components is also installed inside the database server (windows). The demand plan server is up and running. Below is the output when we navigate to the Demand Plan Server Metrics URL.(http://DP_SERVER:PORT/metrics)According to the technical documentation, the above should be expected output after a successful installation.However when we try to login through the demand plan client, the below error was noticed.  The user which is logging in has been granted access via the ‘user demand access’ window on the ifs application. Has anyone noticed a similar issue before? Your input is highly appreciated.

Good day.We are still battling with an error that we get when trying to modify/edit a Travel Request Option that has been registered.  Specifically, when the TR created is done through the “New Travel Request - Admin” page for an Employee more senior than me.We have added various TR Access Attributes to the Access Role assigned to me, but we still get the same error:I have HR Application Manager Access, and Permission Sets have been checked as well.I would appreciate any suggestions as to what else we can possibly do to resolve this issue.Thank you.Anya
