Hello,  We have a shop order created with structure Rev 2. We have updated the structure to Rev 3. We would like to add a repair. However, the system prevents us to update the repairs and showing this error message : Field [Structure Revision} in Shop Order may not be modified. I then check in the IFS community topics and found out about Mass Update SO Structure. I fill everything as required and I run the page. However, when I check the background job status, I have the following showing. No data found to update for the given criteria. Please help, thanks !

Hi,I have a question and I need your help.I have a request work task that I have completed it in mobile work order but still, the status in Cloud remains ,,work started,,. If I try to change it manually, it tells me that I have an active assignment, but in MWO the only assignment I had is completed. Hello Colleagues.At the first glance simple question:IFS Cloud.I have Inventory part with Weighted Average valuation method. I have Supplier for purchased part with the price list. I have also delivery company (another supplier) with the cost of transportation.How can I accumulate the total Inventory Part Cost as sa um from 2 invoices (Part cost from main supplier + transportation cost)?Thank you

Hello, I am struggling to get IFS to roll back payments where a customer direct debit has bounced. After creating a Direct Debit Proposal and progressing to a Payment Order, we Acknowledge the Payment Order via a Mixed Payment when the money hits out bank account. When trying to rollback a payment in the case of a bounced DD, we find that we cannot rollback or partially rollback a Customer Payment with voucher type N (Mixed Payments). Below you can see the option for a Rollback is available for Voucher Type B:  But for payments resulting from Mixed Payments (N), this option is not available:  Is anyone having the same issue or can anyone make any suggestions to allow this to go through? Am I processing the DD in the correct way in the first place? Thank you, John

** On behalf of a customer*** we have to pay tax in advance to the state of an import, p.e., how can we post through Mixed Payment/Non-supplier payment? Subsequently, the importer's invoice arrives with an indication of this tax that was previously paid, how can we post the supplier invoice and connect it to the payment already made? Any idea to how to connect  it?

How we can prevent reservation of non full quantities (Decimals) in Create CO Reservation Job ?.When we use Fair Reservation functionality, system reserve non full quantities (Decimals)  which is wrong as we keep our stock in pieces and sells in pieces .We could never reserve or sell in decimalsEx: Door Panels  I don't think Qty Calc Rounding has any support to prevent this 

We have a standard price list where hourly charges are dependent on when the services are delivered e.g.,Normal time: Weekdays 07.00 - 15.00 Outside normal time: Weekdays 15.00-07.00 and weekends.For any work performed during ‘Outside normal time’, we can charge 100% more vs the normal time. Some customers have also their own set of definition when ‘normal time’ would be, or how much we are allowed to charge extra for work ‘outside normal time’.We are able to handle this today based on manual addition to the sales lines, (based on timestamps from reported work hours), but I am trying to understand if there is a better more automated approach we could take.Does anyone have a suggestion for how this could be handled? We are currently using IFS Cloud 23R1.

Hi, I am having an action which takes LongText as input, inturn I have used CLOB datatype to parse the longtext value in my procedure, but when I send the string via postman it gives error as “ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR”.Is there a way to parse the longtext values or BLOB values.  Thanks in advance

Hi,To streamline our processes in our of our business lines we decided to automate part of the shipment process. To do so, we’ve created a Customer Order Type and a Shipment Type which both stops after the order confirmation is printed, meaning that in theory once the parts are reserved it should create a pick list, pick the parts, dispatch and invoice the order. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do that, If we reserve parts it gets stuck there though if I press “Report Reserved Quantities as Picked” it triggers the processes and it will automatically perform the steps mentioned above. My assumption is the issue lies somewhere with the pick list so I’ve added the pick list report in Report Printers and set it to No_Printout but that hasn’t changed a thing. Any advice would be welcome.Cheers !

Why do some Order lines automatically goto Invoice once Delivered? Order Type ‘PO’ should stop after Print Delivery? Is there some other auto-process that would cause some lines to Invoice but not others? It seems ‘Supply Code’ might? When process the lines with ‘Supply Code’ = ‘Invent Order’ the system stops before Invoicing but lines with ‘Supply Code’=’Int Purch Trans’ will auto invoice once Delivered. We don’t want to auto-invoice the lines.Please point me to a solution, thanks.

Good day Community.I have noticed when entering a New Manual Supplier Invoice in IFS Cloud, we get an error if a change is made to the Gross Amount in step 1. For example, if user does a typo, the corrected amount doesn’t carry through to the subsequent steps and IFS goes on to register the supplier invoice with the original incorrect input value. Has anyone else encountered this conflict? It means that the invoice is registered with the incorrect amount and needs to be cancelled and re-entered. Causing additional user input to rectify. I would have expected the Gross Amount value is only committed at point of clicking “Finish” or “Next”I have the following test plan:New Manual Supplier Invoice Complete mandatory fields – Supplier, Invoice No, Gross Amount On clicking out of the Gross Amount field, the Net Amount and Tax Amount auto calculate Change Gross Amount to another value >Next Step 2 still holds the first entered Gross Amount details, not the revised values When click “Finis

I have a custom page in IFS Applications 10. There is a custom field "Part no." on it that is a reference field. It selects from an LOV of part numbers.There is a second custom field "Location" alongside it that also selects from an LOV (of part locations) and I want to filter that field to only display locations that the part that is in the "Part no." custom field is in.However it isn't until these two entries are completed that the record on the custom page can be saved. So I need to be able to grab the value of what is in the Part No. field (before the record is saved) and use that as a filter on the Location custom field.Is this possible? See screen cap attached.
