Hi Experts,Like most of you had asked before, we also have a requirement to enable/disable certain fields for users in certain projections in APP10 Aurena. We need to hide Cost and Pricing related fields from Inventory Part in Stock, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order and Work Orders for a group of users.I have found many Community discussions on the similar requirement, with no promising outcome.Hiding from Column chooser is not helping us. Hide a standard column using page designer - IFS Cloud | IFS Community - this only hides the columns similar to column chooser, so the user can add it themselves. Hi,some customers use URL files in document management to save links to documents in their internal environment.With our web based B2B solutions, business partners cannot access the documents as they point to links that are not reachable from outside the customers network. We are interested if anyone else uses URL files in IFS DMS to point to internal locations. How do you make these files accessible for business partners in IFS B2B portals?BR

Hi Experts,In FSM mobile  there is this paper click icon where we can upload attachments saved in the mobile storage.When I launch this, it will direct to the mobile storage BUT non of the files are visible here. I would expect this should allow us to attach different file type such as pdf, txt, docx, jpg etc but none of them are shown though the files are actually exists in the storage.What is causing this issue, I have given Storage permissing also no Blacklist for these file types?    But files exists in the folder.

As per the current setup, when there is a part demand added in the system, the MRP calculates back from the requirement date and the purchase lead time for the part, and creates the purchase requisition on this day. While this is regular practice, we need to be able to add an “offset” so that the MRP creates those requisitions earlier, and the parts can be delivered earlier for the relevant execution teams to have time to evaluate readiness and prepare accordingly. Is there a field where such an offset can be added across all parts?We rather not change the individual lead times since this would muddy the data hygiene and not align with actual supplier lead times. Not to mention the subsequent requirement to continue butchering future parts’ lead times.

While testing the Shop Order Floor Workbench in IFS Cloud we have come across Cloud issues we see challenging in the way of navigating using the Shop Floor Workbench.Having to go outside Shop Floor Workbench to another window is a major effort given that the window resets every time. Since the filters are forgotten (when navigating to another screen and then go back) and there is no link between where you went from and where you are going to. You always must remember a lot of information, to be able to perform the next step.This limitation has a major business impact and to avoid this, we want to explore the possibility of following:The specific Shop Order in a popup. Hey,I encountered a strange problem. In the attached report I can see the data directly in the preview in SAP Crystal Reports 2016 (on IFSAPP/IFSPRINT users), but when I run it in IFS I don't get any data. What is the issue here?Best regards

Dear Sirs; Newly implementation IFS 10UPD8 being started at new customer.  The following error message is showed at backgroud job detail. “ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50857: oracle error in drvddl.IndexSync ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06512” It seems like to be Oracle setup issue, but NOT IFS. Hi, I’m working with the PDF_REPORT_CREATED in IfsCloud (23R2). There is a Parameter USER_MOBILE_PHONE that fetch value defined in UserProperties “MOBILE_PHONE”.In app9 we could edit/add the value in “User Properties” - window.   Where can I find similar window in IFS Cloud? I have a lobby element that counts overdue items. There is currently no “Overdue” indicator on the record, rather the count is based on a due date being less than today.On the page, you can filter a date/time column using #TODAY# (or other similar options) but that value gets converted in the URL to a literal string (2022-01-12T00:00:00Z for example).When setting the navigation URL for the Lobby Element, I’m trying to pass a querystring value that will filter the page results appropriately. How can I do this? Hi,We’ve recently upgraded from App8 to App10 UPD16 and are having issues with weights and volumes on our customer order lines.  Our Max Capacity tab on part catalog contains two handling units, one for PALLET category and one for PACKAGE category.  The order lines keep using the PALLET weight and volume instead of the PACKAGE weight and volume.  How can we define this to work on our customer orders?

We're using IFS Apps 9, and I need to create a Quick Report (SQL STATEMENT) to retrieve details about material variance, specifically identifying the purchase order lines from which it originated, within the GL Voucher row analysis.Below are the steps I followed: RMB > View Voucher Source - Got the PO number RMB from that screen > Matched Receipts  How can I match the GL Voucher Analysis lines to the corresponding Matched Receipt lines?Any help is appreciated. Is it possible to create a custom field that would allow for a working link to a network file location.I can create a custom field where I can store a url for an internet location, and that works fine. But have not been able to get a network location link to work.have tried file://path and file://///path Currently they are using Sticky Notes for this information, which is less than IDEAL since this is not secure in that anyone can delete them, but also since sticky notes will be deprecated in Cloud, the information would not be transferable in the upgrade. Any alternatives would be appreciated….

I have a customer where some employees are using the Dark Theme in their 22R2 Aurena Use Places. The customer is also using SSRS for MS type Quick Reports.  In the Quick Reports/View SSRS Report window, the Quick Report becomes virtually invisible due to using the standard black font for the report data. Is there a way for users using the Dark Theme to show the background of the View SSRS Report window in white rather than black so the black text shows up?

Can a warehouse location be shared by multiple sites? We have multiple sites that create different CTO product and we want store and ship the items from one central location. The orders are entered on different sites so to invoice the item needs to be in a location on that site, correct?  Can I create a location that I can move items from different site into a shared location. Space is limited so if I put an item from site #1 into it I need IFS not to allow an item from site #2 put in it. Hopefully this makes sense. We are using APPS10 UPD#11. Thank you.

Hi,We are working through some page changes in MWO (Service Eng).One of the requirements is to amend the Service Book and Service Book Details pages, however I cannot see them in the listing available.Any guidance how we can amend these screens in order to add/remove fields please?

In present Global supplier master data maintenance in the system has been granted only to Global Procurement team.However, once the Supplier onboarding and assurance executive update / amend supplier master data those will be available in the production prior any review / authorization granted.This has been identified as a risk (ICRAP01 – Supplier Master Data) by Global Internal Audit team and we were requested to mitigate / minimize this risk by authorizing supplier master data prior release into production. Situation:In current process or system, we do not have a proper control to facilitate the above request by mitigating / minimizing the risk associated with supplier master data maintenance (create / amend). 

Hello we have a requirement for overriding the cost codes in Request Work Tasks(service Management). this option is available in work task screen not in Request Work Tasks. is this option is available in Request Work Tasks screen ? or is this provision is provided in upcoming updates ?
