Hello all,I am trying to use the functionality Delegate Role/Role Delegation in IFS Cloud (22R2SU7).The aim is to share rights of supervisor having subordinates to an employee within the same company, but without nay subordinates.We use matrix org structure and both Supervisor and Employee with delegation assignment use positions from the same matrix org structure.Even I add full access in role delegation I cannot see any expenses of supervisor subordinates which are waiting for approval.The setup of the role delegation looks as follows Any idea if there is some other setup needed? Thank you.

deHi, I have a situation like this:  1 Service task with 3 demand lines as you can see in the pic.Detail of 2nd rowDetail of 3th row I have several technicians who could meet this case, however for the PSO the activities are unallocated. The PSO does not allocate the activities because it considers that ALL the skills (those on ALL 3 lines) are sent to the PSO as needed for ALL activities. How can I send to the PSO, for that single line only the skills that are needed and not all tho

Hello.I have to make an event on the TECHNICAL_OBJECT_REFERENCE_TAB table, an event which uses the AFTER CREATE, AFTER UPDATE and DELETE AFTER keywords.My event uses the filter “NEW:LU_NAME=PartCatalog”, the action is execute online sql type, and I would need to know how I can identify if the user fires an INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE.About INSERT, I guess the test “&OLD:TECHNICAL_CLASS IS NULL AND &NEW:TECHNICAL_CLASS IS NOT NULL” can do the stuff, but I don’t know how to know if the user fires an UPDATE or a DELETE, as both &OLD:TECHNICAL_CLASS and &NEW:TECHNICAL_CLASS have a value.Thanks

hi all, It is identified the currency code part is defaulted in some company templates e.g. Germany it is H and for Czech it is F and it is not possible to change at create company stage. Any specific reason for defaulting the code part in template? What is the workaround to change it? (we need to keep one code part across the group even companies belong to different countries.)Thank you.

When attempting to upgrade the app8 database to a cloud database, there are errors due to obsolete packages and functions.  According to the deployment scripts, the RECEIPT_INVENTORY_LOCATION_API package was successfully removed from the database a few hours ago, yet this error persists.Additionally, these packages and functions had been removed from the deployed database.Question: Why are these invalid compilation errors appearing for non-existent packages/functions?

Hello, When working with BPA Worfklows, User Interaction Type, there is a way to hide the cancel button:   The result is as follows:   You can see that while the Cancel button is hidden, the Exit Cross at the top left is not. I’m getting some weird behavior where, if you do NOT hide the Cancel button, then clicking the Cross effectively acts as a cancellation button, and cancels the workflow execution If you DO hide the button however, clicking the exit cross causes the following error:

We can see the queries in the AWR reports as well as the database sessions. Has anyone else encountered this behavior. We are on Apps10 upd18.

Hi,A custom filed is used as a business report parameter. LOV of the custom filed is visible when running the report in Business Reporter. However, once the report is published in IFS Cloud, LOV of the parameter is not appearing.Any idea on this issue? Thank you

Hello All,I am modifying quick reports trying to get the enumeration/reference lists to appear in the parameter list.  I have gotten the list to appear, but I have one custom field that doesn’t show the prompt.  It has a prompt in the custom enumeration and on the custom field, so it isn’t simply missing.  All I get is the semi-colon “ : ”.  See below:Either overriding it or getting the correct prompt to show up would fix this problem.I have another report where the entry parameters are to be excluded from the report, so the normal prompt will not work.  In this case I would like to override the normal prompt for only that report.  So it would be something “Exclude These Group ID’s” where the normal prompt is “Group ID”. Thanks,RonV

When reading emails via IFS Connect Mail Reader each attachment in the mail is suppose to be read as separate application messages. But this only seems work when the attchements are only Text files such as .txt, .csv and .xml.When sending binary files such as .pdf, .jpg, those files do not appear as a separate application message and therefore we cannot get hold of those files in order to attach them to a case.Is this a limitation in Application 10 or am I missing some setting?Below is the mail I sent with a txt and a jpg attachments. Then in Application Messages queue there are 3 records created. Hi, We have requirement to create Work Order and Work Task using Create Table from flat file and then MIGRATE Source Data.We are able to create the Work Order but unable to get the WO_NO (system generated) in order to create the Work Task. Hi,We are using IFSAPP 10 UPD 20 and I have a question on PM grouping in relation to attachments.Can IFS display documents attached to a PM Group(LU: PmRoundDefinition) on a generated Grouped WO ? Object connection transformation for example? My scenario is I have two(or more) PMs with  the same PM Group ID XXX. Then I generate work order for these PMs, and I get a WO with two(Or more) tasks.  I want to display common documents on the WO header as attachments.  How can this be achieved?Best Regards,Thilanka

Hi, I have created a customer order from a work order via the customer order handling option in the menu option. This then creates my connection between WO and CO in which I can get to the CO. However when on the CO I am unable to find my connection to the work order in the related pages. I have seen this working in another environment. What am I missing?  

Dear All, I have an issue with Supplier inovice. I have provided the details of PO and invoice. Appreciate your help  in resolving the issue. A PO line has a quantity of 25 purchase parts. We have received 25 and retrured 24 to supplier due to some reason. The current quantity we have now to match with an invoice is 1. When I match invoice with PO, the posting line is created, but the Manually modified flag is set to yes. Why the application has set the status to yes though there is no changes we have made? Eventually it leads to invoice autjhorization.
