Excell Add in

If the Excel Add-in is missing from the landing page in IFS Cloud 23R1, try the following:

1. Check User Permissions – Ensure your role has access to the Excel Add-in, as it may have been restricted.
2. Verify Installation – Go to IFS Cloud > Solution Manager > Excel Add-in to confirm it is installed and enabled.
3. Clear Cache & Refresh – A browser cache issue may cause UI elements to disappear. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
4. Check with Admin – An administrator may have disabled or moved the add-in. They can verify its availability.

If the issue persists, please share any recent system changes.

To get the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in in IFS CLOUD, we need to download it from the IFS CLOUD application:

Go to Solution Manager >> Data Management >> Data Migration >> Excel Migration >> Generate Manifest, to Generate the Manifest of IFS Excel Add-in.
