Crystal layouts (barcode labels) when printed to a logical printer (mapped in IFS .net PA to Zebra printers) comes out small and misaligned. Preview and direct print to the same printer (not going via IFS PA) they come out fine.Any idea where to look please?

Hi experts,We have a requirement to determine the user's current PC or browser time zone in order to calculate and set an entity attribute value via a backend PL/SQL function.Is there a way to retrieve the user's local time or time zone from their PC or browser and pass it to the PL/SQL function to support this functionality?

We have an issue where Parts are being reserved to a Customer Order (via scheduled Create Customer Order Reservations job) 24 hours before the parts were produced on the Shop Order for the same Parts. I have a copy Pick List referencing the lot batch from the Shop Order, and the final step of the Shop Order wasn’t reported and the Parts received into stock until more than 24 hours after the reservation took place. As far as I can tell there was no partial Shop Order Reporting and the full quantity on the Shop Order was received into stock at the same time, but 24 hours after the goods were reserved. There did not seem to be any pegging of Customer Order to Shop Order and the CO Supply Code was Invent Order.  Is there any way that a batch can be reserved and appear on a pick list, prior to being reported on a Shop Order?

Hello,After IFS Cloud update to 24R1 version there is no possibility to use Document Repository with Repository Type “Shared”.Client used Repository Type “Shared” and all document files were kept there. After upgrade client cannot access document files from Document Revision. Receives error: Error in downloading file: one or more errors occurred.First question: How to reach the document files after upgrade to 24R1 version if they are uploaded to repository with type „Shared“?***We tried to create new repository with file type „File Storage“, in the field „Path“ (in the form „Repositories“). Community,I have 2 kanban for 2 parts using Kanban Auto ROP. The transport task is created as expected.but, I am running the replenish job again, and again, then you will see the quantity is incremented by kanban quantity every time.Is it a bug?

We recently started to implement “drop-off” locations for Kanban-driven Transport Tasks.  Ever since beginning to use these we are seeing problems with too many Transport Tasks being created, but only for parts/circuits that use these drop-off locations for staging.Transport Tasks are being created as expected, and look correct, however we are seeing multiple Transport Tasks being created instead of just one.  It appears that one TT is being created every 5 minutes, which is the frequency that the Kanbans are being run at, which seems to indicate that something is signaling a new TT to be created even though one has already been created but just not yet fulfilled.Is this normal?  Is there some way to prevent this from happening, so that it will only create a new TT if one has not already been created?Presumably we could shift to e.g. 30 mins on the kanban generation, which would allow more time for the parts to be delivered from the warehouse, through the drop-o

I am trying to change the account of an object and add a missing department. In the Move Object screen, it let me save the changes. It did give me this pop-up message “The new values entered in the accounting tab differs from the values in preposting. Do you wish to save anyway?”. I selected yes and everything seemed fine. When I pulled the same asset up it had the old information in the “New Values” table of move object. I tried to change them again and got the following error message “Cannot proceed with transaction. There are existing transactions being processed for object XXXXXX”Where can I see the transaction being processed and move it through? I checked background jobs and did not see it there.   Thank you

Hi everyone, We’re encountering a persistent issue with how Private Activities (PAs) are handled in PSO, and we’d appreciate any insights or suggestions.Use Case:Like most, we use Private Activities to indicate when a technician is unavailable. Up until the day of the appointment, everything looks fine—tasks are scheduled around the PA within their respective SLA windows.The Problem:On the day of service, when PSO assigns work early in the morning, it appears to ignore the SLA windows. Instead, it schedules all tasks to begin after the Private Activity ends, leaving the earlier part of the day empty—even if the tasks were originally meant to occur before the PA.I believe we see the same issue with fixed assignments as well under certain scenarios. Example Scenario:A technician has jobs from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (let say 4 one hour tasks), and a PA from 2

Even when I set the filter to apply to specific services, the workflow is  triggered  for all the servicesIs this expected behavior, or am I missing something in the configuration?Would appreciate any insights or guidance on how the Service filter is supposed to work in this context.Thanks in advance!

When we are working with customers on their data migrations, it sure would be nice to have a NON-TECHNICAL list of all system defined mandatory fields and required tabs for the setting up a customer, supplier, purchase order, customer order, etc.For years we have always had to tell the customers to do a search for these fields by attempting to enter something and noting what fields are mandatory.  I think it would be far more efficient to have a published list of these things for the ENTIRE system categorized by application and table within the application.

Hello, I have a custom field that I had created for two different entities that have the same exact logic; the difference being that one loads on a list view while the other one never does unless you filter down to one instance.
