I am trying to add some read only custom fields to the time card screen in IFS Aurena, in the hours summary group, but if I add field to the time card week screen in IEE, it doesn’t show as a field to add in the page designer in Aurena for the hours summary group. Only shows custom fields to add in the drop down in the header in Aurena. Is it possible to add custom fields to this area?  Want it to show somewhere in this section. 

Hello,I have created a substitute schedule marking June 27/28/29 as off days and assigned it to the employees and the days are properly marked as “OFF DAYs” in the employee file under schedules.Question : A person who has applied absence request from 26th  June to 02nd July has to show only 2 days as the durationBUTThe duration is showing as 5 including the 3 days marked as “Off days” from the Substitute schedule.Is this a bug ? Additional info:the working days are from Sunday to Thursday and off days are from Friday to Saturday Calculation Unit : Calendar Days Regards,Nuwanthika 

Reason behind this is some of the information which are available in employee clocking is missing in employee interval. When we manually re calculate its displaying the record as "Automatic". Later after we select both record and re calculate again the information is updating correctly in employee result. Do we have any automatic process to fix this? 

We are going from Apps8 to IFS Cloud 22R1.We see an issue with the fact that anyone that anyone has the ability to clock an employee in/out on the timeclock or clock an employee in/out of a job.This can happen as an accident (if selecting from the drop down and mistakenly click on wrong one) or intentionally (if employee number known or by utilizing the drop down.)Has anyone else seen this as an issue? If so, were there any solutions/work arounds for this?

Hi All,One of my customers has a new requirement where the supervisor of an employee changes each month and the newly assigned supervisor is responsible to approve absence request and travel requests of the employee. I’m adjusting the Position structure accordingly but I believe once the all modules are in use we wont be able to do any adjustment to the position structure to accommodate this requirement.  how can I accommodate this request without doing any changes to the Position structure each month ?Regards,Nuwanthika

Hi allWhen terminating employee 1038 from the application, the responsible person is not getting the email. even though in the application message we couldn’t find any trigger related to this action. And also timestamp is visible under the "Email Sent On" column. I need to know the place where these kinds of emails are triggered in the application and do you know any configuration to resolve this issue? Thank you and best regards

Good Day, we are doing Expense Sheets in Cloud for a customer upgrade. They have never used expenses before in Apps 9.We managed to create the expenses, do the “employee payments” it created an S Voucher Type.The GL Accounts are 100% and it is showing in the Cash GL Account, however when we do the bank reconciliation it is not picking up this payment at all to be reconciled.Is there configuration we are missing?Currently it seems the employee payment created is separate from the Cash Book?

Hi All, We have an issue in time reporting against work task in my timecard. When user enters time in my time card against work task then hours reported are not getting reflected in Job hours immediately. Hours reported shows as remaining hours. (It takes at least a day to update job hours) Due to this user enters hours multiple times. Could this due to large number of users entering time simultaneously?We are using IFS Cloud 22R2Any help much appreciated!  

An employee wants the capability to add time  into timesheet for  people who didn’t enter time into their timesheets. This can be people from different organisations , including their organisation but same company. How should she be setup to perform this task. 

Hello,we are facing the following issue which I can't get set in IFS.Absences are recorded in hours. The employee has a half day absence on one day, which equals 4 hours. This can also be requested and is also taken into account on the time card day. Now the employee records his time for the rest of the day, if he is working 4 hours the calculation is correct, 4h absence, 4 hours working time. But if the employee works 5 hours on the day, then not one hour of flextime is calculated, but the absence is reduced to 3 hours. The absence should not be changed and the one hour should increase the balance of the flextime.Is this possible, if so how must this be set? I have tried many different things using the Absence parameters, but I am not getting anywhere. Can you help?  Thanks Bernd

Hi, I have 2 issues with TimeClock in Cloud. Cannot set default absence wage codeI use object OUT ABSENCE. I set Init Value to 400 for absence wage code.In time clock I hit the button for Absence OutThere should be default wage code 400, according to settings in Init Value but it is empty instead.Absence Wage Code LOV is empty​​​​​​​The same button OUT ABSENCE. LOV for absence wage code is empty.There are wage codes type Absence set for this company and wage class.Same behaviour is for object name IN ABSENCE and FUTURE ABSENCE. Is there some extra settings that wasnt previously required in app10?ThanksRomana

Hello, We have some time clocks in our environment which we only want to allow certain employees to utilize.  Does anyone know of a way to configure the timeclock so only certain employees can clock in and out on them? Regards,William Klotz

How do you setup a new manager so they can enter time for their team member timesheets

When a new employee is created, is there a way to populate the employee’s Job Specification Elements in under Employee>Qualifications>Competencies section without assigning any dates? The way the system is set up now, it automatically assigns the date the Job Specification is assigned. This is confusing when reviewing the employee’s list of Elements – it makes it appear as though the employee has already been trained, when in fact – they have not. Is this where the Competency Point values come into play?

Hello,When I exported the organization chart with the xps extension, it added the pictures of the person with the picture attached, as in the picture. How can we prevent this?  

I was wondering if it was possible to have a visitor/ contractor login for IFS time clock in apps10.We have a touch screen for time clock and a card reader but was wondering if it was possible to have a new button for “visitor” that would then bring up a default generic employee where they would need to enter their name on the touch screen and bypass the card reader.As we have many different visitors and contractors a day it is not really feasible to make a generic card and change the names every day.This data forms part of the fire roll call so would be useful if all the info is in one place.Has anyone done this?Thanks
