Can the Time Clock Add-on be brought into your IFS screen?

I received the below request. to apply on IFS9i didn’t use IFS payroll system before.please advise. Please correct the numbers in IFS as per revised rate before processing payroll for January. Furthermore, since the nature of transaction is prepaid, credit entry should be mapped to below prepaid account not to accruals. Please correct the existing mapping.  

We have several users that are going to start using the time clock.However, when they try to log in, they get this error...are we missing a step?They do not use a card, they just type in their ID

Hi,is it possible to customize datetime format in Time Clock? For example I use FUTURE ABSENCE in time clock. Now date format is YYYYMMDD and time format is HHmm. I would like to change. Is this possible in application or is it customization?ThankRomana

Hi,Are there any IFS users in this community that are using the Human Resources module in Australia and would kindly share their experience? We use the parts of the HR module but not using its full functionality.   In particular we’d  like to get more value from the native  Time Reporting (currently use a customised solution primarily to deal with local IR laws) and Employee Development/Training.  

I would like to  have a common time reporting in Aurena where the Employee should be able to report time both on projects or work orders. In IEE this is possible from the Time registration window, however when I open Aurena for the same user I only have the option to report time on Project. Should it be possible to also register time on work orders and how do I set it up to enable time reporting for both?

When you earn your paid time off in California you can accrue up to 1.5 times annual limit capped. (If your annual limit is 40, the max PTO accrual is 60, but you cannot accrue additional PTO above the limit until you use this balance) is there a way to consider this in IFS?This is also combined with a seniority setup. So you have 4 possible values for annual limit. 40, 60, 80, 120 hours and corresponding max accrual of 1.5 these amounts. Looking at the current settings I cannot see a way to set this up. Is this possible?  

How to add employee picture in report using IFS developer studio/IFS report designer tool??

I am making order report of Time management to get data of present employees and as well as absent employees, I got data of present employees from table “C_TNA_DEVICE_CLOCKING_TAB” but could not fetch data of absentees, please help how to get data “present employee and absentees employees” in one report.

Hicould you help me with one issue with carrying forward absence limit to next period? I have one Absence Group D-R and two Absence Types D-R and D-M. In Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit for absence type D-R from one period should be carry forward to next period as absence type D-M.This is ok. But I would like to carry forward also limit that remains on second absence type D-M to next period.I created new Absence Type D-S within this same Absence Group and in Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit from absence type D-M from one period should be carry forward as absence type D-S, but there is an error message.Could you help me? Thanks

We have 7 companies in our Environment, for 6 we do no have a problem when we have created and saved our 5 digit wage code. But when we try and save the one for this company, the following error appears. Where could we go to change it to true? Thanks

Kindly let me know how end of service monthly amount is calculated in payroll as it is needed to let  the number of monthly days to be fixed for 30 days. Is it by parameter or wage or something else?  Thank you.Bilal Drayi

Appreciate if anyone can help with below request. -Created new report time and save the entry in the Shortcuts.-Again enter new report time and select the shortcuts from the dropdown.-Here we are only concerned with project, short name, activity description and rest with “No value” we want to hide or remove. Is there any way to do this by using the configuration or any other alternate from the client side.-We have other shortcuts also need to fix accordingly if you have some answer for this. -We want to configure those fields so that they either can be hide or remove from the shortcuts.

Hi,Can someone help with absence type functions?I created different actions that should be generated when an absence is registered. Below are two as an example. Both are T-Actions and the function parameters are defined as follows.1;SELFCERT;2;0.01;10;5;10;01;RTW;2;0.01;10;5;10;0They are generally working, i.e. being generated but when the absence types are registered on consecutive days, then I only get the actions for the first absence but not the following.Is that not possible or am I doing something wrong or missing a setup somewhere? I thought that when I define the max break as 0 (last parameter on the T-Action) it would work. It does work when there is a day between the absences.This has been setup in Apps 10 Aurena.Any ideas/suggestions are welcome!Thanks

ISSUE/QUESTION:  There’s a generic Server Error thrown when navigating to Employee Page. And the issue can be reproduced consistently even if there’s no data or without populating the screen. This issue started after an upgrade/installation, and you have many custom fields in place.  Error text: “Server error Sorry, there was an unexpected server error”  ENVIRONMENT:    Aurena Client (IFS Cloud 21.2.14) PRODUCT AREA: Custom object framework and HCM AUDIENCE:  ALL RESOLUTION/ANSWER:  Steps: Check if end user has required permissions. Verify if you get the same error using an admin users such as ifsadmin or IFS application owner user.  If it’s not a permission issue check if there’re custom fields on the screen.   Finally, republish the custom fields that are in use. And check if the server error still exists. CAUSE:The metadata for the projection “PersonnelFileCompensationHandling” hasn't been properly deployed in the environment. The issue was with the custom fields created for the “
