Organization code/name can not show up in Employees for Inactive status

We just upgraded from IFS9 to IFS10 in Mar, for Inactive employee ID, their organization code/name can not be shown up in “Employees” list, which have data in “Employee file” after right button navigation. Please help check where we need to configurate or set up? For inactive supervisor, who had left company, and it was set up as inactive, but it still show up in “supervisor” field under original subordinate’s “employee file”, any other need to configurate? please advise.ThanksSusan

Exporting Person Communication Method Email Address

I need to export all employee Private Email Addresses but cannot see this ‘value’ available to pull through to an overview screen to export the data - any help would be greatly appreciated please.

Not correct capacity in Resource Analysis

All, It looks like an Resource has a capacity of 8,5 hours in the Resource Analysis window, but it should be in fact 8 hours.The employee is set with the following schedule, so 8 hours of work between 8:30 and 17:00 o’clockWith this setup I expect 8 hours per day as the capacity, but in the resource analysis windw it shows 8,5 hours:Do I miss anything, or is this not correct in IFS (IFS Cloud)? In/Out Terminal values missing in Time Card Day Interval tab

Modifying authorized hours in Time Reg

Hi all.We’ve noticed users can alter hours and report codes on some of their already authorized hours and the status stays as Authorized.In previous versions, I believe the status would revert back from authorized if the user made any alterations.Does anyone know if there’s a reason for this? Hallo an die deutsche Community,Unsere HR-Abteilung hat diesmal ein ganz spezielles Problem:Ab .1.1.2022 muss der Arbeitgeber einen Zuschuss zu den bestehenden Direktversicherungen leisten. Wir haben noch viele ganz alte Direktversicherungen, die in dem Reiter Direktversicherung angelegt sind. Hi All,As I know, users can clock in to start their shift.Is there any possibility to know which IFS account was used to clock in the a particular user at given date/time. We are looking for a way to check which IFS terminal someone clocked in on.Please let me know your ideas.Thank you in Advance!

Report time in Aurena after UPD13 give blank account date and no error messages when saving

After installing UPD13 the time reporting in Aurena have changed. When I open “My Time Card - Details” I start with Register In/Out Time and choose Save and report again (notice the account date is blanked), then I change to Job Result/Project to book hours on specific project. Before UPD13 the time reporting window kept the account date same as reporting In/Out Time, but now the account date is blank. If you are not aware the date has been blanked it is still possible to enter hours without entering date - no error message is given. When pressing Save the message “Project time reporting saved for .”Anyone else having this issue? Is there a workaround?

Scheduled IAL for HR data

I have created an IAL to pull HR data and set up a schedule update. When I run the IAL it returns over 3000 records however, when the schedule update runs, it returns 65 records. I noticed that the IAL scheduled update background job runs under the App Owner user ID which does not have the same HR access as I do. Question: Can schedule IAL Updates be configured to run under specific user ids instead of app owner? If not, any Ideas on work around for this issue other than giving app owner HR access?

How to configure and insert public holidays for multiple countries for Payroll/Wage Codes

So there is an employee in our company who got the task to insert the public holidays once per year, they are doing this in WORK_TIME_EXCEPTION_CODE. Can you please inform us what we need to do to insert the correct public holidays year to year that our calculation in time recording will be okay?

Overlap with clocking for HR absence

as snap shot, we have error message when approve past due absence request in IFS10, normal out - clocking at 11:28 on Apr-15, and absence request from 11:25 on Apr-18, any other setting need to be updated, please help to check. thanks!

Time Registration on behalf of others if not in same project team

Hi, my customer has noticed that the above functionality was recently changed. They are on Apps 10 UPD 13 and has discovered that you are now able to enter time for a person on a project team that was different then the project team you were on if you are the project manager. Our customer is trying to determine when this was changed. We have checked release notes for UPD 13 and have not found any mention of that functionality being changed. Has anyone else come across this?

Employee File Free Fields Valid To date after the Termination

Hello We are using Employee File → Employment → Free Fields to define some employment details of the employee.We noticed that after we use the “Terminate Employment” system automatically changes “Valid To” date for all the “Free Fields” to the date that we initially selected as “Notification Date” and “Employment End Date” in the assistant. We tried removing (disabling) the “Free Fields Valid To Date” from the “HR Assistant Configuration”, but still the “Valid To” dates to all “Free Fields” are being updated. Is it possible to turn of the processing of the “Free Fields” when “Terminate Employment” is used?

Cannot open the added image in Trip tracker

Hi,I have added a receipt photo to trip tracker in IOS but when i select the photo to view it. It just opens a blank screen saying Photos. I can view it in App10 but not in Trip tracker. Trip Tracker for IFS Cloud

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has set up the Trip Tracker app for a Cloud client yet. From the training documents it appears to be a simple connection but when we tried to add a Trip using the app we get a error, “An error has occurred. TripHeader has not been granted the create/update permissions needed to proceed. Please grant them from Aurena.” We believe we have granted all of the permissions necessary but it appears we are missing one. Also we are not able to see any expense reports that have been added in IFS in the app. Can someone please provide a list of permissions and background data that is needed for the TripTracker app to work? Thank you!

Custom Menu to open form in a non-default company

Hi,I have created a very simple custom menu to open the form Expense Sheet from an other screen.Expense Sheet view is company specific and my default company is RIA.If i try to open through this menu a record that belongs to XYZ company, it will open Expense Sheet in RIA and no record will be be displayed.I have, of course, access to XYZ, so how to force IFS to switch to the company XYZ when opening Expense Sheet view? thanks !

Time writing table/view

Working with IFS10, not sure which upgrade. Question is simple, which view/table contains time writing data and where the time has been written to?I have looked in TIME_PERS_DIARY* views and tables and also EMPLOYEE_WORK_TIME_INFO views/tables but non of them seems to include where time is booked to (i.e. work order, WBS etc...) User Unable to view personal Training Records

Good Afternoon - We have an administrator who cannot view her own Training Records/History with the Employee Administration>Employee> Training History> The tabs to access these records are not available - Is there a permission access setting which prevents employees viewing their own records? Bulk transfer of employees from one company to another

Hi all, Is there a way to create employees in bulk when the person ids already exist? It’s basically a TUPE situation. Employees from company A move to company B. Both companies are on IFS. The companies are part of a matrix structure.There is a functionality to remove them in bulk from company A. That works a treat. But there is no option to create the new employee records in bulk. I can’t see an option to select multiple existing person ids.Has anyone done that before without using a data migration job? The environment is Apps 10 Aurena but would love to know if that also works in Cloud.Thank you
