The scanner we had for timekeeping died and was replaced with a Datalogic 1500i. The scanner identifies the barcode but adds #pp to the front of the scans, causing a conflict and preventing the clock-in.
How do I configure the scanner to only use the numbers associated with the badge configuration and not #pp?
