Could anyone let me know how the Employee Access group with the type ‘custom’ is used and in which scenarios and where the group is connected in creating or terminating employment.

Hi,
We use this when you want to give specific access to a group of employees when you can’t use the organization to give access.
For example when we want to give access to project managers to their project team or we give access to union representatives to their members.
Unfortunately you cannot assign an employee to a custom group when hiring or terminating. I entered a case on this once … I don’t know if it has been created as an idea.
