Hi All,In IFS Cloud when a Supervisor was checking the “clocking's” details of the subordinates who are reporting to him directly has found that the “Clocking” window not only shows the subordinate’s clocking details but all employees’ clocking details are available in the window. Is this a permission Issue? or is this the way this window works?   Regards,Nuwanthika

Hello Experts,Generally HR Access prevents employees from viewing other employees’s data such as absences if they don’t have access to those employees.  However, a customer has a requirement that everyone need to see each others availability. They don’t want to see what type of leave others have applied. Only the availability.  Apart from this normal access should work according to the position access and access role setups. I think this is a valid request and would like to know whether there is a solution or workaround for this. Thank You

Hi,does anyone exprerience with availability of Trip Tracker 9 for Android 12? It’s not available in Google Play on my smartphone.I’ve tried to use direct link (IFS Trip Tracker 9 – Aplikace na Google Play) copied from my desktop Google Play web page but on my smartphone it returns error that this application is not available for my device because it was created for older Android version.Are these versions compatible or will be this application prepared for this Android version?Daniel

Hello,We are moving to IFS Cloud 23R1. We see the functionality of the Employee Availability page but think it would be even more helpful if the page included the Group ID and a Supervisor field. For Group ID, we think this will help slice the data down to a more manageable viewFor Supervisor field, one example is that this would be used to seed approval for allocating an employee to a project.Has anyone found another way to utilize the Employee Availability without adding custom fields or another page?Thank you,Joann(Ent issue #181, 182)

we have setup below event for send email remind manager approve absence.most of employee’s supervisor can received the mail, but one employee’s supervisor can’t received the mail, and we can’t find the trigger mail from “application messages” page, we can see the employee’s supervisor from “employee file”. 

Hi All, In the “Absence Request” window once the Supervisor “Approves” the absence request it gets disappeared from the window. Is this a bug or is this the way the window works? if this is the way this window works which window can use to  “Authorize” an “Approved” the absence request.   Regards,Nuwanthika

Hi all  I have had an error occur when trying to look at the list view of an “organization” in the personal portal, [ORA-06502]: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "IFSAPP.HOLIDAY_REQUEST_API", line 2759 ORA-06512: at line 1). I have had a look and this error suggest that there is to many characters/numbers, however when looking onto this i can’t find anywhere that this occurs. this error is showing up on multiple views within the portal and happening to multiple people. is anyone able to assist?

Hi,Is there a way to add project time without impacting the schedule with specific report codes, like wage code of type information ? Otherwise how do you manage costs reallocation when employees work on several activities and they must indicate specific allowance that will impact project costs?On the top of the Time Registration you can specify on which activity you work, but you cannot use report code of type information that will not impact the schedule, and on the bottom part you can add any information you need but you don’t know anymore on which activity to backcharge the costs … any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi Experts,Is there any provision TO CARRY FORWARD  Annual Leave (AL) current year to next year after completion of current year?Suppose employee have 10 days leaves remaining and current year going to finish this leaves should forward in next year like (20 this year + 10 previous year = 30days) now employee avail 30 days leave in this year. please suggest solution.  

Hi All,I found an absence registration which is not calculated the Limit Used correctly. As per the below scenario, Absence Duration is 3 working days and Limit Used should be 3 days. There is no any public holidays within the period. If I RMB on the record and Regenerate Absence it will correct it as 3 days. Any possible reasons for this? Regards,Malinda

Hi All,One my customer’s a has a request where they want their Supervisors to add Absence requests on behalf of their few Employees such as “Drivers”.  When a Supervisor tris to create an absence request from the “Absence request” window an error occurs as “Insufficient Access Rights” Is this error occur because of a User permission issue ?if Yes, which Permission to be exact?  If Not, What needs to be done? Window Error Message Regards,Nuwanthika 

Hi All, I have two Employees who has been assigned to the work location ID “Thu” And I have created a “Employee Selection Template” and when I “preview” the Template details both assigned employees shows without any issue.  But When I try to use the same template to load the details in the “Employee new Schedule Assignment”  window, all the employees are getting filtered instead of those two employees. Is this a bug? or should anything else needs to be done to fix this.   

Hi all, We are currently on UPD9, where we have the issue that terminated Employees are still showing as Supervisor for an employee. This should have been fixed in UPD12, so as we recently got access to UPD15, i got suprised to run into the next challenge… So for below Employee, it still shows a terminated employee as the manager , but now even two times. How is this possible? And where is the current manager now? Production: Showing terminated employees GTH021 & KBE077. (hardly visible, current manager MPExxx) UPD15: Showing terminated employees GTH021No longer shown previous manager KBE077. The scanner we had for timekeeping died and was replaced with a Datalogic 1500i. The scanner identifies the barcode but adds #pp to the front of the scans, causing a conflict and preventing the clock-in.  How do I configure the scanner to only use the numbers associated with the badge configuration and not #pp?

HiWe have changed our licensing agreement recently and I’m developing a report to show our full user licence holders. I also wanted to add a column to show employees that utilise the Time Clock CTU lincence in IFS Apps 9.My guess was that it looked for a tick in the box for ‘Time & Attendance’ in the Person Terminal Data tab of the Employee Admin screen AND that the employee needs to be currently employed. I get an extra 400+ records of the reported licence usage with this SQL…select * from terminal_personwhere TIME_AND_ATTEN = 'TRUE'and EMP_NO IN (Select EMP_NO from PERSON_PUBLIC_HR_INFO);Any idea what other criteria the licence management area applies to further reduce my results? 

Hi All, Trying to do a direct role assignment. Below is the Graphical Organisation Structure. The CEO who is the parent position of RND. The objective is to give access to ADMIN parent position and it doesn’t work with the below setup. It works as expected  when access role is assigned . Can anyone let me know what i missed.
