I have created 1 user and set password but when I try to login the ifs environment by user password. It show invald details.

Apart from creating user and password. I would grant Admin user permission (FND_ADMIN)to the user and refresh the security cache and trying logging in again. This has worked for me before .

permission (FND_ADMIN) is given to the user then also I’ m not able to login.

Hope refreshing Server cache will resolve the issue. I tried the same steps before replying you and it worked when the user permission was granted. Maybe try changing the password and try again

If above instructions doesn’t help, you could also try to clean the page history and/or try to log in from incognito window.
