we have setup below event for send email remind manager approve absence.
most of employee’s supervisor can received the mail, but one employee’s supervisor can’t received the mail, and we can’t find the trigger mail from “application messages” page, we can see the employee’s supervisor from “employee file”.

Since this is only happening to one employee not quite sure what could be the problem, But Maybe you can check with the employee whether they are fulfilling the conditions to fulfill this action which is mentioned in the above screenshot like the company and the status of absence request whether it is confirmed etc.
