 Hi,When I enter new dop header it gives error message. Persistent field is designed as an enumaration as follows.When I create new dop header it gives the following error; for all persistent fields with enumaration. How can we solve this problem? 

Hi!I have been working with IFS Developer Studio (24.1..0142 2024-05-31) to create PL/SQL unit tests for a customized function for cloud in 23R1(23.1.10). I followed the procedures mentioned in PLSQL UNIT Tests Technical documentation. While I was able to generate and deploy the code successfully, when I run the test, I receive the message ‘PLTST does not contain any unit tests!’. In the Test Results tab, I can see that the test has passed, but there are no details available.If I run the test again, I encounter the same issue and get the following details in the Test Results tab.Package body CL_DOC_TEMPLATE_TST created with compilation errors.  Deploying ClDocTemplate.tst failed.  Statement:DROP PACKAGE CL_DOC_TEMPLATE_TST  ORA-04043: object CL_DOC_TEMPLATE_TST does not existIs this a Known limitation in Developer Studio for custom layers? Hi,We have recently upgraded to IFS 10 (UPD14).We have an Event Action configured to email suppliers a copy of the Purchase Order PDF when it is printed, using the system defined PDF_REPORT_CREATED event. We have noticed that when our users print a “Work Copy” of the purchase order, it is causing this event action to fire and sending the supplier an additional copy of the purchase order.  We would like to prevent the Event Action from firing when a user orders a “Work Copy” of the Purchase Order.I have tried looking at the Conditions for performing this action to see if I can use the “Report_Parameters” to do this.When the Purchase Order is printed, the report parameter PUR_ORDER_PRINT_OPTION = Order When the Purchase Order is printed, the report PUR_ORDER_PRINT_OPTION = Order Work CopyI believe the PUR_ORDER_PRINT_OPTION is the last data element of the report parameter, so I have tried putting this in the conditions section like below. Hi,We call a custom api in our workflow. It works as expected; but if even there is error. It shows successfull message to the user. When we inspect workflow we can see the exact error. How can we show this exact error (either generated by IFS or by us in the custom api by error_sys) to the user in the workflow? we can add failure end event to the workflow but it always give the same error. It does not show the exact error.

Dear Community, Does anyone know if it is possible to create a Command button to navigate to an assistant? I know we can do this from a lobby, but I want to add a button on the Incidents List page to create a new incident with the Assistant. I had considered using an external URL navigation to the full http path, but that seems counter intuitive. Any ideas? David.

Hi, Is there a way to link a sales part (inventory or non-inventory) to an income type for tax withholding puposes? Scenario: The customer is setup with withholding tax, but only some services/parts are subject to withholding taxes. I would like to default the withholdong taxes using two criteria: 1- the customer setup and 2- sales part setup. However, it seems I can only define the withholding tax at the customer level.  Note: I tried tax classes but tax withholding are not available here.Thanks 

Hi All,When opening the Invoices to Authorize page in IFS Aurena, the below error is appearing. It does not allow me to view the invoice attachment, even if I try to open the screen in unsafe mode. Is it possible to configure the application so that it informs users that the validity of their application password will expire in the coming days and that they should change the password ? This question is for the IFS app that is launched from the IEE (not for IFS cloud or aurena).  

Hello,Is it possible to put a default value in a field when creating a new record ?I know in apps10 it was possible with template feature and then put it in base profile to apply to everyone but in IFS cloud I did not find this feature.For example when creating a new supplier, put the default value “Prospect” for supplier category. Many thanks in advance.regardsVincent 

Hi,Is it possible to colour code the time blocks in time registration depending on the what type of work is being performed?I.e. we might want to highlight training below as yellow, and all over work would be green. As an example.  

We are currently rolling out IFS across multiple business units and so are starting to introduce multiple sites.  There are a number of users who have access to multiple sites so I am wondering whether there is a mechanism for setting a default site to a users profile so that data for other sites is filtered from view unless other sites are specifically selected during a search.  I would like to avoid having to set up saved searches for each page to filter by site.

Hi,  I’m trying to release a WO in a work flow. The work flow will be triggered when the WO is created, and then automatically released the WO if some conditions are met. I can’t seem to work out what’s going on. When I make the call, it says resource not found.Must be something simple? Help appreciated. James

Hello.I have to make an event on the TECHNICAL_OBJECT_REFERENCE_TAB table, an event which uses the AFTER CREATE, AFTER UPDATE and DELETE AFTER keywords.My event uses the filter “NEW:LU_NAME=PartCatalog”, the action is execute online sql type, and I would need to know how I can identify if the user fires an INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE.About INSERT, I guess the test “&OLD:TECHNICAL_CLASS IS NULL AND &NEW:TECHNICAL_CLASS IS NOT NULL” can do the stuff, but I don’t know how to know if the user fires an UPDATE or a DELETE, as both &OLD:TECHNICAL_CLASS and &NEW:TECHNICAL_CLASS have a value.Thanks

When attempting to upgrade the app8 database to a cloud database, there are errors due to obsolete packages and functions.  According to the deployment scripts, the RECEIPT_INVENTORY_LOCATION_API package was successfully removed from the database a few hours ago, yet this error persists.Additionally, these packages and functions had been removed from the deployed database.Question: Why are these invalid compilation errors appearing for non-existent packages/functions?
