After upgraded from UPD12 to UPD20.  The users are seeing the Service Request screen differently as what appears to be in the base profile. So far tried following assuming it could be cache issue but still this is not working:

- Clear the local cache on user's system.
- App admin cleared the personal profile using "clear personal profile" on user profile screen.
- Deleted the screen data source from personal profile and then copied the values from base profile.
- Refresh server cache.

Even see the layout differently on different computers when logged in as app owner under base profile.

Please advise how we can fix this,

Did you find a solution to this issue? We have just upgrade from Apps10 UPD19 to UPD25 and are having a similar issue, but on the Shipment screen. It is only affecting some users but we have tried all of the same steps as you have above plus additional steps in manually updating the users layout and saving to their personal profile and it keeps reverting back to incorrect layout.

If you have found a solution to this issue, I would really appreciate if you could share.
