My Apps10 UPD6 customer wants to know if they can apply the latest patch version of Oracle 19c (19.25).
Is the latest Patch level of a certified version automatically supported or do we have to ask for a validation from the R&D ?

I think yes. There is no any limitation in official Release Notes.

Yes - RnD only certify Oracle releases, not patch versions.
In BuildPlace RnD provide the latest patch set for download (same as we use internally) - not sure Apps10 customer has access to BuildPlace - if not - upgrade! :)
To me Apps10 is old stuff :)
