We are trying to cancel customer order invoice that are  in a Preliminary status.based on the trace file (cause we are able to do that manually) : The CancelDebitInvoice method is to be used. We are able to cancel the invoice using rest api, but when trying to implement this in a migration job : we have the following error : Arguments used to execute current operation are not allowed. 

I cannot get print some of the Quick Reports which contained barcodes in IFS Cloud (22.2.10) environment. It is displaying like *A332902507* instead of barcode (below).I have already installed 3 of 9 fonts for all the users in crystal web service installed environment.Print View in SAP Crystal Report Designer  

What all views/aspects in the monitoring stack has everyone been finding helpful for the health of their environments? I finally just got monitoring up and running and there’s definitely a lot of data here, but I was just curious what everyone found to be the hidden gems in here!

I’m using OData with IFS Cloud R23.2. I need to pull a specific DocumentText record related to a specific CustomerInfo record. In QueryDesigner I found that the DocumentText entity is connected to other entities via the DocumentText.NoteId attribute. Via the log console I found the NoteId for the Customer record I was referring to and by using that NoteId I can see the three DocumentText records for that customer. However, I do not see any place in the CustomerInfo where the NoteId is stored. Where can I find the NoteId for a Customer?

I am trying to call an Action which has a required header parameter. We have two IFS Cloud installations (one 23R2 and one 24R1) for which we have VPN tunnels to access the databases in UsePlace. When up and running it works fine, but the tunnels goes down seemingly intermittently. They do not go down at the same time, one can be working when the other one is down and vice versa. When we re-initialise the tunnel it goes online again without a problem. We have not been able to find any solid proof in why it goes down, but it seems that it might have to do with in-activity and that they don’t re-initialise automatically as expected. But we also have some instances where we believe that the tunnel goes down closely after we have used it.We have had support cases to IFS support and made some changes to the VPN configuration, but we still experience problems.Anyone else who has experienced problems with this type of VPN tunnel? Any tips and trix on how to solve this is much appreciated!

Hi EveryoneDo you notice lastly problems with Odata pod? Time to time it restarted automaticaly after reaching some memory pick. This is quite strange because many of environments are affected by this(PROD, CFG and even DEV envrionments with poor usage). It is observed by many toast message which are shown in IFS Cloud. Few hours ago I faced problem like this. It disapeared automatically after Odata pod is up again. Is it possible to grant access to develop and view quick reports only, without granting the FND_ADMIN permission set?There is a standard permission set called FND_QUICK_REPORTS. If i grant only this to a user, i do not get access to the quick reports. How can we grant access to a user to use quick reports, without granting access to FND_ADMIN

I tried to find a REST API for application message handling but that existing ones could not create a message.(22R2)Do you know a way to do this?

Hello, we are on Apps10, update 20 using IEE and we are starting to test applications with Windows 11 23H2.  We are unable to use SSO right now so we use DB authentication.  One difference I noticed is that the logon dialog no longer displays the password reveal icon (eye) on my windows 11 machine.Has anyone else noticed this or can someone explain what might be causing that? Thanks,Mary

Hi, In App9 we had Lobby Element that used Multi Series in Line Chart. It seems that Multi Series does not work in Cloud any more (we are on 23R2).Here you can see how it looked in App9 and i Cloud. I’ve created a simple example. Can anybody help me? What do I do wrong? Or is it Bug?The Split on column does not work properly. Any idea why?   

Hello,I just learned that the action for "Execute Online SQL" events will be removed in the next versions of IFS Cloud.In relation to this, I have 2 questions: - For all the events already created for our customers in IFS Cloud, how will this happen? We will have to abandon our actions already created? - For our customers in APPS10, we have a lot of EVENTS. How will the migration from APPS10 to Cloud happen?Thank you in advance. 

Hello,We are currently adding business leads into our IFS Cloud environment with an API call via POST method calls to /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/BusinessLeadHandling.svc/BusinessLeads. Our request body is a standard payload but when we have an existing account with a non existing contact, we get the following error ‘"IssuePayload: Error(s) issuing request: 1: Resource already modified.. 2: ORA-20114: BusinessLead.FND_MODIFIED: The Lead record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter your changes."’ I believe this is due to IFS automatically creating a person and adding the person as a customer contact to the existing account before the transaction completes.Is there a way around this? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.Best,Bryan

Hello Everyone,We are on Apps 10 Upd 15 and getting ready to migrate over to using Aurena.  We may be some updates behind so maybe this as already been resolved. However, in IEE, when you did a Custom Menu there was a “Condition” section where you could specify under what conditions a RMB was enabled.   Is that functionality in Aurena?  When I add a Navigation Link and then click on the Navigation Link there are other options such as Binding and check boxes labeled Visible and Enabled.  None of which seem to allow for any type of conditions when checked. Our use case for this is on the Inventory Transaction History Form where SourceRef1 could be used for Customer Orders, Purchase Orders and Shop Orders.  So we would only have those enabled with the SourceRefType matched to the corresponding RMBs we created. Thanks,Derek Hansen

I have created a new report using Developer Studio for Schedule of Work Estimating. There are no native reports for this area, at least not that I have found. When we generate the report from a button we created on the SOWe screen it passes parameters as expected, including the “Company” name, but the generated report still pulls the default IFS logo. Native reports pull the company logo without issue. I saw that SITE_TEXT appears to be pulling IFS instead of the alternate company, and on standard native reports from other areas SITE_TEXT seems to pull the correct company name. I am not sure if SITE_TEXT not pulling the company is the issue or if I have missed something in my .report file. Hi,Done a Query Designer to retrieve Lot Quantities by Contract/Part. Added corresponding entity in InventoryPartHandling projection, create the Association with Contract/PartNo keys . Page Designer : Set datasource and binding Result : OK in english language After changing the language from English To French : No data is retrieved !!!  If association is removed, data are retrieved, but, of course, not filtered according to Contract/PartNo.

Customer: ADM PROTEXIN LIMITEDContact person: Neil Sturgess Parent Company has a Data Lake and following on the response to case CS0063075, as suggested we are creating IALs in the IFSINFO schema for each view they are requesting.Whilst this works, they are asking for views of our General Ledger (81m rows) and Inventory Transaction History (4.7M rows) which have lots of static data in them.I was wondering whether IFS has changed its policy to allow its Cloud hosted Customers to use Qlik Replicate to do a one of copy of the database and then keep the two databases up to date by replicating the changes?This would reduce the requirement to copy vast chunks of static data that the current method requires replicating.

However, when I deploy this function, API explorer documentation still shows InvoiceId as required parameter. How do I make a paremeter optional?

Hello.In Inventory Part in Stock, most of our users want to have a filter where Quantity on Hand is greater than zero. This is possible with search and adding that field and condition there, but we want to make it default to anyone that brings up a list in that page.I have read the documentation here: (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/040_tailoring/225_configuration/200_client_configurations/310_conditional_fields/) but still unable to set a working condition. This documentation indicates to use the Enumeration Filter on the QtyOnhand attribute.I did the following in Page Designer (we’re on 24R1), again following the doc
