Hi Experts,

We did a database export and import to perform a Oracle upgrade from 12C to 19C. After the database import we execute Batch.ins fetching from original build home to create the database processes, but the does not create the database processes for Freight interface. 

How can we recreate the database processes associated with Freight interface?
