Hi, does anyone knows how to delete data entered in the free field tab on an employee file ?
Because i want now to delete this employee, but it seems that these 3 fields are forbidding me to delete the employee. I get the error message saying this employee is used by 3 rows in another object (employee property), and these fields are the only ones remaining on the file.
(we are using APP10 upd 13)

When you try to delete something from the application, it will check if there are any rows mentioning the one you are trying to delete. This is a bit tricky to check like this. This can be investigated and let you know what is preventing you delete this and deal accordingly. But you will have to reach support by creating a support ticket.

Replying to this old thread for benefit of other readers since I just found this out. To check and delete of all free fields, we can simply right click and select Free Fields:
After doing this, there is normally other connection that need to be removed such as Work Location and Time Card (Employee Result).
