A 3rd party application called MC was purchased for a project of our company. And they can send xml to IFS from this application. Only invoices will be entered into IFS. Is it possible to enter invoices via xml in IFS10 applications?

you can import and export xml invoices to/from IFS via EDI.
For importing you need to convert your xml file into an EDI structure.
+23If you have a supplier invoice, convert it into the FINVOICE format (XML) first.
Then, you can automatically import it via IFS Connect (SFTP or FTP).
If you want to import it manually, you can convert your file to a CSV file.
For the import, you need an "external file template" in IFS.
