Hello, I’m attempting to trigger a Streams notice on a failed background job. I’ve gotten the event to trigger, however, I am trying to further filter notification by adding a condition for the event based on the site the error occurred at. I’ve noticed that in the Argument field, the actual site name is contained and I thought that I could use wildcards to trigger when that value is present. However, it appears I do not have it configured correctly. I was attempting to use the LIKE condition with wildcards, and I also attempted to use the “=” condition with no luck. The syntax used for both is below:  The argument field contain a long string of text, but the contract site does appear in the string. I’m hoping that I’m using the condition and wildcards incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,I have a persistent field with a reference in IEE, But in Aurena its not showing any reference for that field.I have enabled the  LOV property as below, but still seems like its not picking up. Is there’s any  help documentation available on how to enable references in custom fields?Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Is it possible to synchronize employee information from Human resources (for instance company, manager and title) in IFS 10 to Active Directory or Azure AD using an API? Masterdata of HR are stored and administrated in IFS, and we want those data to be synchronized to local AD or Azure AD (primarily Azure AD).

Hi all, I have configured SSO according to: /ifsdoc/f1doc/foundation1/040_administration/210_security/015_authentication/030_configure_ADFS/default.htm /ifsdoc/f1doc/foundation1/040_administration/210_security/010_users/100_active_directory_sync/default.htm /ifsdoc/f1doc/foundation1/040_administration/210_security/015_authentication/060_SSO_behaviour/default.htm ...and also configured ADFS on Windows 2016 (successfully logging on using Chrome, IE11 and Edge). But when I try to log on using SSO, I see error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. We have created a custom field on handling units for a trace number. But we can´t get it to the report output XML for report designer. Is there a special LU that needs to be connected for this?The handling units are reserved to a customer order but not yet picked reported.

I’m working through some FNDMIG Data Migration and I’m getting the following error on an intermittent basis when importing parts into a Customer Agreement. Has anyone seen this before? ORA-20110: RmAccUsage.Developer Error: CustomerAgreementDEVELOPER_ERROR_03: Most likely a usage definition is wrongly defined for LU: [CustomerAgreement] in table RM_ACC_USAGE_TAB, internal exception: [Ex_Get_Id]Its happening randomly on the same set of data, and I cant see any  logical reason for it.Its an Apps10 UPD7 Database with the Global extension installed.

We have an External Files background job that calls External_File_Utility_API.Execute_Batch_Process2. It runs every half hour or so to look for invoices.   When it doesn’t find the file, it throws a background job error. ORA-20110: ExternalFileUtility.File MY_DIRECTORY\MY_FILE.CSV not exist   We’re getting more serious about managing our background job errors, and this one is generating quite a bit of noise. I’m trying to improve the signal-to-noise ratio with the ultimate goal of making every error actionable.   Is there a way to configure it to fail silently or gracefully when the file isn’t there, rather than throw this ugly error?

Hi all,I am trying to use Time Registration Module for time report.So when i tried to search an employee id there is no records found for some reasons. I researched that problem and i probably found the problem. Original date format is incorrect (It is taken from debug). You can look the pictures at below for details.I tried to change standart date format at APP options but it still doesnt work correctly.Why the standart IFS APP V10.8 using incorrect format to bring records or what i am missing? Is it about the regions settings? 

Hi I was just wondering if the below was possible. We have a report which is built using a commend. The command contains the rep view and 2 other views.When we preview the report in IFS or crystal it is extremely slow and can take nearly an hour to run. We have a parameter called IFS_RESULT_KEY which is in the main report. If I create the parameter in the command the report runs instantly in Crystal but prompts for the IFS_RESULT_KEY when ran in IFS. I was just wondering if anyone has managed to resolve this issue? RegardsGary 

For the Output Channels parameter in the Options-Server dialog, does anyone know if there is a way to increase the maximum number past 100,000 or is this the maximum please?  We have a customer on Apps10 who would like to increase the max number past this.TIA.

Currently running on IFS applications 9    In the bottom of the screen there is the Tasks, Attachements Output and Help options.   Under the help Option on the right you can see help for all fields on the screen,  Field by field, Page Help and then an option for Custom Help   if you do a Right Mouse Button in the help you can then select an option Configure Custom Help    at this point you can define where your custom help is stored.    I went in and created a new directory for our data and placed it in the EN directory using the LANGUAGE option.   I defined this by using  https://servername.xxx.com/ifsdoc/LANGUAGE/CB/HelpFileName.htm    Then I created a  directory inside of en/CB in order to keep all of our files separate.     This was work

Hello,i just started an integration for an external program with IFS8.The external program should create supplier invoices. As far as i understood, i should use InboundDistributionTransactions:ReceiveSupplierInvoice for this.I’m currently trying with postman. I can reach http://domain:port/fndext/soapgateway and can successfully execute the BIZAPIs GET_TEST_ORDER and GET_CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER by providing the correspondig SOAPAction.I want to do all communication synchronous. Hello, I am attempting to create a Streams notice for when a Historical Work Order is reopoened. I was attempting to use the Status field of the Historical Work Order, but it appears that field is not available on the table of the LU.I’m not sure if this is the wrong LU. I have also checked the ActiveSeparate and I do not see it there either.I’ve looked for STATUS and ROWKEY, but neither appear in either LU/Table.

I would like to set up IFS to receive 856 acknowledgements (997) from our customers. The end goal would be that it would update the shipment status to let our shipping associates whether the ASN was sent successfully or had errors. I found a reference to RECADV2 in the IFS Application Online Documentation under Shipment, Order Delivery but it appears to be a dead end.

 How to configure the LDAPS connection in IFS10?When I connect to AD via port 389 (ldap) this is no problem, but when I connect via LDAPS 636 it shows the message:Failed to connect to LDAP service: simple bind failed: ldap server: 636.Seems to be a problem with SSL authentication. Help :)

Hello, I am attempting to create a Streams notice for when the Operational Status of a Functional Object changes. Specifically, I would like an alert when the status changes to “Out of Operation”. I created an event and event action using the LU and column that I assumed was correct:However, the event is not triggering. I’ve tried various changes to the Event Action, but nothing is working. I’m not sure what I am missing with this setup
