Hello community,   

We use apps10, UPD6 where we can add an attachment to an employee file with drag and drop, select a document class, create and then press ‘run’. 

When we drag and drop multiple files, the ‘run’ option does not appear, causing only the person that drops the attachments can view them. Other users dont see the attachments at all.   Is there a way to insert multiple attachments at once and then ‘run’ them all together in one action ?

this is a reply on my own post, for information to other users.  It appears you can add multiple attachments at once, just be sure to select the correct Document Class with eacht document. 

There is a small delay between the posting by one user and visibility of the attachments by other users but in the end, all attachments are visible.
