Hello: We are currently on IFS App 9 version. Recently we installed TAS for App 9 and started using the IFS Time Tracker 9. Our field technicians were able to download the Time Tracker 9 app in their respective iOS devices and start reporting time. We have one field technician who uses an android device and he downloaded the app from:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ifsworld.timetracker9.android&hl=en&gl=USBut when he tries to log in he gets the following error: Does anyone know how to fix this error?  

Hi,When I want to run my quick report. I want it to provide me with the data of all the 3 suppliers, but it only gives back the results of the first supplier.So what is the input to look for multiple values and report those multiple values back into the report?Help is appreciated!Kind Regards

Hi,For IFS10UPD6 version, whatever it’s new installation or upgrade environment, we have an error like this, Is there anyone know how to fix this issue? 1.Press new button in Inventory Part window(any other window with Boolean value). The system will trigger an error “The database value TRUE is not part of the Enumeration ‘FndBoolean’. ”2. even we query it in PL/SQl developer, the script will not return the value.    Select Fnd_Boolean_Api.Decode(‘TRUE’) from dual;   

IFSAPP10Report Designer v100.0.0003Hi everybody,I need to display dynamically stored images in the flow area. Since the print will be on precut paper I have a set height of the table the image is in. The Images are of different sizes and ratios.My problem is that whenever ratio height is bigger than the image object in the layout the total height of the table is increased since the image is scaled to size measured by width. That means the table doesn’t fit the precut paper. I can’t set containers in the flow area and any attempts to set hight to tables, table rows, table cells etc. are ignored. The hight is always set by the image.Is there a way to set a maximum hight to an image? At this point nobody cares if the image is scaled or distorted but scaling would by preferred. Many thanks in advance

We are trying to load a custom field with the value of another custom field. I am trying to use two apis to pull the appropriate information but keep getting an invalid identifier message. Would anyone know the proper way to use the PL/SQL Expression method to set a default value. If nothing else point me to a location where I can find documentation on using this in a custom field. Below I have included the expression that I am trying to use, a screen shot of the custom field properties and the error that I am receiving. Hello,Has anyone had an issue using the Outlook IFS CRM panel when SSO is enabled?  The CRM panel was working until SSO was enabled.  Now, when the user is in Outlook and clicks on the CRM  there is a Log In prompt but no log in screen is presented. Is anyone familiar with setting up a connection between the Outlook IFS CRM Panel and SSO?  We are using Apps 10, UPD9.  

Hi All,                For overview screens on IEE we have options like, copy/paste, duplicate, find/replace, magic spreadsheet (this is a non-official tool we use to manipulate data from excel and paste to table windows) to manipulate bulk data easily. So what are available on Aurena/IFSCloud other than Copy/Paste and Duplicate (and data migration) to quickly enter more than few records at a time? Hi All,I have a custom command in a list which calls a plsql method. Am trying to pass a value, which is not added in list (But its available in entity and page). When the column is not added to list, its passing null for that specific field in plsql method.For example, project id is not added to page. Method takes that value as null : If the field is added to the table, then its taking the value :  Does anyone know how to overcome this issue? As the customer doesn't want to see this field in the tab, as its already available in header. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello together, We are logged in as IFSAPP-user and are still missing a modul ‘Recruitment’ in Aurena.It is installed, but we can only see parts of it, when we force it.  As an example, ‘Job Candidates’ can be find in projections grants, but we can’t set its grant to ‘Yes’ regarding the navigator.    As you see ‘Job Candidates’ as page exists, but it is not appearing in the navigator. I hope anyone has an idea how to force the grants.Thanks very much in advance. Best regardsAnatol

Is anyone familiar with configuring mobile touch apps? i can get it connected and working but for some reason the pictures do not save for all users! Any ideas? Thinking it’s a document or media privilege/grant I am missing

We have a situation where a small group of people share a single login to Apps 10.  (They are using the app mainly for entering purchase requisitions and all work for the same department).  What happens is that sometimes the second user to log in will receive a notification that someone else is using the system under that login (I personally have seen this notification in the past during implementation when using the appowner account), but there are other times where it will not alert them at all and just log the other individual out of the system, with lost work occasionally.  My joking solution was for them to get familiar with Crtl+S or F12, but was wondering if anyone knew where this notification functionality exists (if at all)?

Hi All, few questions from a colleague, re Document Macros   I guess you know, there is a standard functionality in “DMS” that allow to fill a Word document automatically with fields in IFS (Macro – VBA). I’m looking for answers about those questions and it is not easy to find : Are those fields able to come from different Views or is it necessary all fields should come from the same one ? o Exemple : I have a file in GED with macro, connected to the View "Purchase.Order". In the file I would like to get the "Manager" field coming from the LU Project. Do I need to add a customfield read only to bring the manager in the View "Purchase.Order" ? Can we put a value in the Word document, depending on condition ? o Exemple : If a field in IFS is “YES” then the Macro populate a field in a certain value in the Word document. If “NO” then the Macro populate the same field with an other value ? The answer should be somewhere in the screen “Macro basic” but it’s too technical for me. Thank you,

I’ve created a page group, but each time I call the new page an error appears and in the command in the page designer, the key mapping fields do not appear. I checked this with Lakmali Rajamundi Devage and she checked it in RnD 21R1 env and got the same error.

Hi, we have a Custom Logical Unit in our Apps 10 U9 environment and would like to be able to insert data into it from another application via a REST API call.Is it possible to do this and expose a CLU via the REST API?Our CLU is a “staging” table where once data is imported into it (currently via migration job from a flat file), additional processing is done (again via migration jobs).I’d like to get rid of the flat file and data import migration jobs and just insert the data directly into the CLU via API call.If it is, can someone point me in the direction of where to find the documentation on how to do this, if it exists?

Hi, we have a technical account that we use for some special queries with Excel Addin. One of my colleague used it this week end, the job got stuck at some point and she had to force the disconnection to IFS. When i tried to use it today i got this error message: “IFS Account is already logged in by CE\XXXXX (my colleagues’name). Contact your system administrator!.”I can see the session on fnd_client_logon table, but cannot kill it this way and if i go throuh Database Sessions, it does not appear…Same message whether I log through the Excel addin or through the normal way. My colleague can still log in on this account from her computer.Is there another screen to manually kill a session ?Thanks !

APPS10UPD9The MWS MainServer freezes and the client cannot launch client e.g. IEE or Aurena from the landing page.The URL will launch the landing page, user will click on the IEE or Aurena Client nothing happens until MWS is restarted. 

Hi All, When creating a custom Logical unit in Apps9, _CLT table does not getting grantable privilege for IFSINFO, but in Apps10 it does. Is this fixed by a single patch or UPD in Apps9?Glad if someone can mention patch/UPD if it’s fixed.We are in Apps9 UPD9 Cheers!
