IFS APPS10 - LICENSE - Why message "License does not meet the suage of IFS Applications"

Hi,

When we try to apply license file, we get message “The new license does not meet the usage of IFS applications ...”

If you already get this issue, please what is the root cause ?What should we do in order to solve issue ?

Hi @Magali,

This can be due to

License has been downgraded to a lower number of named users than is currently set to active.
An excessive amount of users have been created by a tool which did not utilize IFS Foundation1 license control.

Resolution: Upgrade license to support more users.

Resolution: Set some users to inactive, Administrating Users and Groups in IFS Solution Manager.
