We are using IFS apps 8.

During login to Test environment I am not able to login successfully.

As highlighted OK button is not active.

Hello Deepak,

Looks like you’re working remotely without VPN connection. Try to connect by entering the short URL to the database - like https://ifsx.etc and also try by clearing the local cache files (Apps\2.0 folder), hope it resolves.
