What will be the best browser to login for IFS apps 8, 9, 10

I have been setting up my guys with google chrome. Works pretty good with the IFS Chrome Ext. We are using Apps 10.

@Deepak  so far the best browser in IE for IFS. You can use Chrome but you need to download some extensions for IFS10

Supported browsers are:

Google Chrome 70 and later
Microsoft Edge 77 beta and later
Apple Safari 11 and later
 

You can see it always using a URL like below:

https://<server>:<port>/main/ifsapplications/web/browser-support.html

Additional Extensions/Addons can be found here:

https://<server>:<port>/add-on.html

I recommend Google Chrome, as I always use it. Hope this helps.

Hi @Deepak ,

Our corporate environment uses Microsoft Windows 10 21H1 and Microsoft Edge - Version 93.0.961.52 (Official build) (64-bit) which is the Chromium version of Microsoft Edge.  We haven’t had any issues with using Microsoft Edge to launch IFS Enterprise Explorer or Aurena clients.  

We also utilize Android tablets on the production floor and we use Google Chrome - Version 94.0.4606.61 (Official Build) (64-bit) but we only use the Aurena client on the Android devices.

In both cases we install the proper extensions and we’re ready to go.
