I have a custom field which is a checkbox with the field type as Boolean and Enumeration as Yes and NoThe default value is set to NO in the field properties.But for some reason the value in the dB is Empty instead of NOThe same problem exists for all checkbox Is there a system wide setting for this ?

Hi,Is there a way that we can keep table footer in a static position? Currently table footer can go up and down based on the content in the table body. My requirement is to keep the table footer in the same place so that this it doesn’t move regardless of how many lines are above.Is this possible?Thank you.

When a report in the Report Archive of one user is forwarded to the report archive of another user / distribution list, the recipients get the following email from the system automatically.  Our users find this email to be very confusing as they do not understand the text in it. In my opinion it’s too ‘technical’. We want this turned off. I checked to see if it was an email event / custom event set up but couldn’t find such. Does anyone know where I can find it and how to turn it off?TIA!

I understand that during and upgrade existing IAL’s can/will be migrated to IFS Cloud so I assume that the IAL Configuration for  scheduled data refreshes are migrated as well.  My question is this, is there support in IFS Cloud to change the “copy update strategy”?  If so, how is this done?

Hello,I’ve heard that, at least in IFS21R1, there will be no support for IAL settings. I know that an IAL is view in the database and IFS (up to version 10) functionality to support this.One item is the option to schedule the IAL to be prepared.What will be the method to handle IALs in IFS Cloud if they are no longer supported?This comes from the question: If an upgrade is done from IFS 10 to IFS Cloud, how to upgrade/support the existence of these IALs. 

HiWe are trying to get the ‘Start a New Enterprise Explorer’ option (see screen shot) to be set as default in the options area, however due to our Citrix environment this option gets lost each time we log out of Citrix. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and how you overcame it. 

We have a customer that runs Autodesk Vault and will integrate that to IFS Pdm.I have found an existing integration interface to third party CAD/PDM systems in IFS10 - foundation help pages.We need to tell an integrator how they can reference the API provided by IFS, but the information presented by IFS is quite scant.IFS headlines this as “CAD Integration API for integrating to 3rd party CAD/PDM systems”.I wonder if anybody has used it and if there are more information about it. I’m also interested in if anybody else has integrated IFS10 to Autodesk Vault.

HiIs there a way to create an LOV in Aurena (assistant) shows values that do not exist in the LOV entity (or any entity). e.g. LOV that shows values retrieved from external REST service ?I tried using LOV with a function but I realized that the function must return the OBJID of the filtered record in this function which means fields and values for the LOV must exist is the entity.Thanks

Hi,I’m trying to grant a user the ability to see the full list of employees under HR → Employee Management → Employees. When they search they get nothing, and when they populate they only see their own name in the list. I copied the permissions for this user from another user that can see the whole list so it’s not a permission issue. Does anyone know where I go to get this user the ability to see all employees? ThanksMike
