We have an issue with an IFS APPS 10 cloud installation for one of our customers.

We have connected the client network with the cloud via an IPSec tunnel.

We reconfigured the MW to use the standard 443 port.

We are using à CA client-side certificate.

Currently the customer can use Aurena without any problems, but when he tries to open EE he gets this kind of error:

“ Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnectionFailedException: The connection at « https://adresseclient » is currently causing problems. The server is not responding. Most likely causes: * Your computer is not connected to the network. * The server is not running or is not connected to the network. * The application server has not started. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnection.InvokeInternal(Object requestBody, Object responseBody, String intface, String operation, FndRequestContext requestContext, FndManualDecisionCollection decisions, Boolean forcedSync, Boolean integrationGateway)
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.FndConnection.InvokeInternal(String intface, String operation, Object requestBody, Object responseBody, FndRequestContext requestContext, Boolean forcedSync, Boolean integrationGateway)
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLCommandCollection.Invoke()
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLSelectCommand.ExecuteReader(String recordType, Int32 fetchsize)
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.PLSQL.FndPLSQLSelectCommand.ExecuteReader()
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.Interactive.FndLoginDialog.checkLanguage(FndLoginCredentials loginCreds)
à Ifs.Fnd.AccessProvider.Interactive.FndLoginDialog.AuthenticateCredentials(FndLoginCredentials loginCreds)”

If we connect via P2P VPN to Azure and add the IP/URL association in the windows hosts file everything works correctly.

I suppose that something network-side blocks Clickonce functionality or something more.

Any idea ?
Do you know if EE opens particular ports to work?

Thanks at all

Christian
