Hi there, Is there a way to re-process a notification which is in waiting state? I have an issue with my notification, it had an error where the recipient had @@ signs. So it gave me Error while sending data... Caused by: javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Domain contains illegal character I have since corrected it. I have suspended a message and resumed it but it went to the same state. Notification is triggered by custom event when project is marked started. Is there a way to re-try message? 

Hi,what is the possibility of a restricting only one column from a row to a user.As a example,     I need to hide  'Over Delivery Tolerance' column(purchase order window->Line)  from user A.    Can user permisson be limited to prevent usage of this column ?

Hi, Scenario:I need to create a lobby data source where 2 views are involved.View1- DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCEView2- PROJECT_BASE from view1 has project title,view 2 has project id and manager name these two view has no relation between them, but I use regexp_substr to sort out view2.project_id from view1.titleand using that project id I fetch the manager. Since lobby data source can only use one view, I have implemented this using IAL.Query:select a.*, b.manager from DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE a, PROJECT_BASE b where  b.project_id = REGEXP_SUBSTR (a.title,'(\S*)') Problem: I need the result per manager in lobby condition, using lobby datasource. But it is showing an error while clicking lobby element and no data is getting populated, Is there anyway to do this.

I am try to figure out what user/owner CTXSYS and MDSYS are used by for in Oracle19?Are they needed? 

I want some of the users to have Read-Only access to events. In the Permission sets, when I RMB and do Grant Query at the Events folder level, nothing changes. Then I tried the lower level, Event action, and New Event action, and tried to Grant Query to a specific page, but the Grant Query option is grayed out. My only option is to give the users full add/modify/delete access. Is this an IFS design, or is it a bug? And how can I set read-only access to events?Please advise. Thanks!

I am building out translations from English to German in Text Translations.  How to I back it up and move it to another environment?  Or do I have to hand type it all back in?

Hello to all,I have created a custom field for the header of the "Staged Billing Profile" screen.The field is of persistent type but I can't insert/modify its value.Is it possible that the header is read-only? How can I disable this read-only feature?Thank you for your help!  

Hi, We need to insert all the documents attached to an invoice (DocMan attachments) at the end of the PDF created when printing the invoice. So, when user print the invoice, the PDF being created will have the invoice (the report) and all the attachments (all in one PDF file).Is this possible to be done using a configuration? HiI'm just starting to set up Aurena for our company, but there seems to be some issues with some views. Among other things, the inks is not displayed correct  in lobby pages, they dont get line breaks, and the font is very small.It may look like I'm missing a lot of css.I get this error in debug console “Error - Failed to load context substitution variable list”. Could this be the reason? Possibly what else could this be due to?

Hi,I have created some custom fields in IFS for Sales Quote reporting.  I then ran Scan Translatable Code for the Order Component and the Layer was Cust.  And everything seems to be working so I can get the translations in for German on the new fields.  However the Scan Tranlatable created duplicates for every previous field.  Is there a way to stop that?  And if not, how do you know which one the report is using to add other translations in Text Translations?

I want to disable layout in my users screens so they can’t mess up the screen layout but can’t find it in permissions. Help!!!

Hi , Does anyone have an idea how can we fix the position of lobby in Lobby overview screen  or how can we display the existing lobbies in a desired order in IFS Enterprise Explorer(IEE).For Example : I have 3 lobbies namely Lobby 1,Lobby 2 ,Lobby 3 in Lobby overview.So, whenever I open the Lobby Overview screen, they should be displayed in same order (Lobby 1,Lobby 2 ,Lobby 3).At present I could see that they are changing the positions whenever I open the lobby overview.can you please help me in fixing this issue.

IFS 10APPS UPD 7.  We are trying to install Public SSL certificate which now days only issued for Server Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1)Client Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.2) We can not use it for Client Signing. I’m using standard message to change state for selected row (this is master-detail form, state machine defined for master LU): Sal.SendMsg(Sys.hWndForm, Ifs.Fnd.ApplicationForms.Const.PM_DataRecordStateEvent, Ifs.Fnd.ApplicationForms.Const.METHOD_Execute, ((SalString)"Confirm").ToHandle()); This calls single function from LU: Confirm__. There is no ‘magic’ inside, in Finit_State_Machine___ procedure there is only check if all necessary fields are filled with value. However after calling function application hangs for 15+ minutes (usually, sometimes hangs for longer period of time). Dear all,We have account IFSCONNECT which is getting locked many times. This is wasting our precious time during test window, when we need to send transactions using the same account. Need to know Do we have any in-built mechanism within IFS application which can send alert notification to concerned users/parties when there are any changes in the attributes of IFSCONNECT account, such that its locked/unlocked, or account password has been changed. Can we trace the originating system/ip details which are sending invalid credentials causing IFSCONNECT account to lock. Instead of locking the IFSCONNECT account, does there exists any way which can prevent client application from sending further transactions.For #1, we have something in mind like below but want to explore if IFS have something already.Set trigger on DBA_USERS table so that email notification is sent out to concerned users/parties notifying the below events.

Hello Community, I have been investigating IFS Aurena (cloud) for the past few weeks and one major issue that come up is that i am unable to use the preview function of any kind when trying to preview documents within IFS. Is this normal?, or am I missing some IFS Aurena or Ipad(gen8) settings?When I press the preview button on a shop order report for example I see the spinning wheel but nothing happens. Any help is greatly appreciated.
