How can I create  Streams subscription for "Planned Delivery Date" in Customer Order? I have the subscription RMB for each individual customer order line but I would like to select the multiple customer order lines and subscribe to that field/column.  

I had a Crystal Quick Report that was not showing the data I needed.   I added the Shop Ord file and then connected the CR_WEB_INIT file to the Shop Order and not the customer order file in the query.   I have experienced two things. When I run the Quick Report - I do not get any data but I do get data on the Crystal Report server. When I try to run the Quick report, it is prompting for Sign on password and SchemaThanks for your help. 

Is it possible to add a prefix to the delivery note number, or change the formatting in any way. I would like to differentiate it from the shipment number.

Hello all, I’m working on an IFS 10 & Vertex (tax engine) integration. Since IFS built the connector, I don’t have access to the integration documentation. Does anyone know where can I pull the XML request/response out of IFS for troubleshooting? Thanks.

HI, we have the IFS Print Agent for Apps 10 running on a Windows 2019 server. We now wish to create a setup for this on 2 windows servers that will allow for failover between them, in case of  server failure or when server maintenance / patching etc is required, as our printing needs to be running 24/7.Does the IFS print agent support Windows server failover, and if so, are there any specifc requirements or settings that need to be taken into consideration to set this up. We would set it up so only one of the print agents was active at any one time.Thanks for any information on this.

Hi All,We have a request to update an existing part.Currently the part’s Lot/Batch tracking has setup as ‘Not Lot Tracking’ and need to update to ‘Order Based’. When we try to do this we are getting an error ‘The part exists in inventory with Not Lot Tracking’ because we can see data in Inventory part in stock.Kindly advise me to how to proceed with this.I really appreciate if you can give me your opinion.

I need a ‘Right-Click’ action that calls an external API endpoint using an API key. Here’s the scenario:We have created a custom logical unit table that stores incoming prospect information from our website displayed in a grid. Hi All,I wanted to add another condition to an existing crystal report, so I have created one new view which includes those existing views.I tried to update existing views using Set Datasource Location, because I wanted to keep the same layout. But it doesn’t remove the previous links between those views.Is there any other way to remove previous links?  Thank you!

Customer is using IFS 8 SP1+ with 2 managed server with an external load balancer.Customer is getting error in random timing “Database session has been expired. Please restart client application” on many screens.Customer is configured with Dedicated session timeout is 7200, Ideal time parameter of Oracle profile is set to unlimited. Tried reconfiguring and restarting the application server and database. By passing load balancer also we get the same issue. Database is running on RAC.Does anyone came  across same issue or to identify the issue where else we can check for this timeout parameter apart from above mentioned.Answer on the below post didn't help my situation:There is no specific error in the Application and databas

Hi all,APPS 10 Upd11.Between the early morning hours we are having new instances of both the timeclock machines logging out or being sluggish and throwing out error messages.They work fine throughout the day time so between 12am - 6am they are “misbehaving”. We have a nightshift operation so its rather essential that timeclock works. This morning the timeclock logged out completely.It is not being caused by scheduled windows updates.Any thoughts or ideas to debug this? So far i’ve only got these two error messages to go by; 

Hi Community,We have a customer who’s planning to upgrade their on-prem Apps8 environments to IFS 21R2 or whichever the latest version and will be hosted in IFS (IFS managed) on high level my plan is as below as far as technical aspect is concerned;Upgrade current Apps8 database to Apps10 latest UPD on-premUpgrade Apps10 database to Cloud whatever the latest release on-prem“Migrate”  on-prem environment to IFS managed cloud.  Has anyone been in a similar situation before or can recommend what’s best for the upgrade project would be much appreciated.

I am trying to understand what permissions need to be granted for the “Print Shipment Delivery Note” right mouse button (RMB) to be allowed on the Shipment screen (Sales → shipping → Shipment Delivery → Shipment)  Is there a way to determine which permissions/conditions need to be met for built in RMBs to be enabled?

Hi I'm having problems with using projections included in Compatibility Application Type.  I am getting 401 when I try to access the integration links (*/int/*) or when I try to access the API Doc for "Compatibility Application Type".  The projections in question have been included in Compatibility Application Type through the API Explorer.The user has permission to access the projections and I can use the projections through Aurena just fine (the */main/* links). We are using IFS Apps 10 update 8.Our setup uses Active Directory through a ADFS server for user authentication.   What we have tried so far:Tried using the IFS (db) user directly for authentication (Basic auth). This returns 401. As I understand this should work out-of-the-box right?

After applying  21R2 (21.2.1)  we cannot execute any report. Get error ‘Database Error occurred” Is this a known issue? How can I fix this?

We use LDAP for user authentication against Active Directory. We've found that when a user's password contains a space or a period, IFS won't let them log in, even when their password is correct.1. What is the full list of characters that aren't allowed?2. Is there a way to configure this to work?
