Hi All,Is there a way to default a PageForm in Cloud through Page Designer. Below is an example:In the Service Resource Details screen, there are multiple forms as shown below. Navigate to Service Management > Request Management > Basic Data > Resource Basic Data > Service Resource Details I would like the ‘PersonForm’ to be the Default form when a user opens the screen. Is this achievable using the existing baseline screen?  Also, I would like the screen to default the Search Criteria to ResourceType = ‘Person’ and this criteria shouldn’t be editable for the user.Are the above 2 queries feasible? Hello, We would like to ask you for the support with initial installation of TouchApps Server at customer's site. There is IFS Applications 10 installed on-premise on one virtual server. They have also the IFS TouchApps Server installed on the same virtual machine. The TouchApps Server is available and the TAS console is working, i.e. you can log into it and configure applications. Also there is the IFS Scan IT 10 application deployed within the TouchApps Server. The IIS site is signed by certificate that was created with customer's private PKI infrastructure. Within IFS Admin Console, the Redirect URIs are set correctly.   The certificate is imported inside the android device. The device do have the "Account Manager" and "IFS Scan It 10" android applications installed as well. A user at our company has access to the “details on current row” option when she right clicks in a line on the time registration page. I’m pretty new to IFS permissions and could use some help figuring out how to grant other users access to this feature. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Below is a screenshot of the menu and option when the user right clicks in the time registration page where she wants to add the comments.  

Has anyone built a mod to lengthen an out-of-the-box field in Apps 9? The field currently supports 11 characters, and I’d like to stretch that out to 12. Besides altering the Oracle column and updating the metadata in the many column comments and application tables, does the IEE .NET client hold this kind of metadata hard-coded? Is it hard-coded anywhere in the Java middleware?

Hi, By mistake we added entity in module and it is merged in master deployed.Code is also deployed in Prod. Now we have to remove to code related to entity. what is the procedure to obselete entity/files.Regards,Kishore Nenwani

As we are a global company, we have a limited amount of concurrent users that can be using Cloud simultaneously, as all the users will not be using the system at the same time.Does “concurrent user” mean per user session that the user has initiated at the same time, e.g., opening Cloud in multiple tabs or is it per user ID, regardless of using Cloud in multiple tabs?Regards Hans

Hi ,I have created an envent action to send email for customer invoices.This event action was created for PDF_REPORT_CREATED event.However , PDF_PARAMETER1 for the event action is getting null values which I’m supposed to get email ID by default.Where should I setup email address in order to fetch value for PDF_PARAMETER1 for invoice report?Im getting below error message in application messages  

We have created a list for a custom entity (which has object connections) in page designer, but it does not show attachment icon in the list.However, if we add a connection to a standard entity, the attachment icon is visible in the connected lists.We would like to know if it is a bug in the system or if we have missed something.Steps followed:Added Objection Connections to the custom entity using Object Connections page. Refreshed Objection Connections cache.Created a list for the custom entity and added it to the page using page designer.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to add custom data fields to a Report.In some of my reports I can find custom fields from a table in the hiaracy fx my shipment delivery note. In that one I can find alle CF from the shipment_cfv view. But for other reports I can’t find any CF’s as fx this on: Is there any way out of this other than asking someone with a development licence?I’m in IFS 9

Hello, I am trying to add notes to shop orders, either the header level notes, the material part line item notes, document text notes, etc, but nothing appears in the SHOP_ORDER_REP view when querying it. There are note columns for shop orders but none get populated no matter what. I cannot add the Shop Order to the documents list to add document text to it (and have that print out on reports) either as IFS does not support that functionality (shocker). Is there any way to get across any kind of user-inputted notes? I wanted to add information to shop orders that way as the custom fields you create dont appear on reports without backend modifications… any and all input would be appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
