Using Find Page in the Navigator

We are new to IFS Cloud. I have some questions regarding use of the Navigator.

  1. Is there a way to sort the Navigator items alphabetically?
  2. Is there a match case limitiation in the Find Page filter in the Navigator? Can any case be used - upper, lower., etc.
  3. Are there any wildcards that can be used in the Find Page filter in the Navigator?
  4. Are there any special characters that can be used in the Find Page filter in the Navigator to narrow search results (i.e. putting text in quotes, using AND or OR, etc.)?

Any tips on using this feature would be appreciated. I couldn’t find any documentation about it. Thanks!

Hi @hmccabe,

  1. Not to my knowledge. 
  2. No case limitation. You can use either upper or lower case. 
  3. No special wildcard character, but the following format works to filter out words that start with given characters.
  4. If you need an exact match, you can use the ‘=’ character. Have a look at below example:
