I’m having some issue while posting invoice. Is it possible to delete and re-create invoice with same invoice number.

A new setup needs to be done and user is having trouble finding the correct way to set it up.The user needs to bill customers for SAAS. But if they are in Texas , only 80% of it will be taxable.Can you please update if there is any documentation that tells the best way to set this up? Note: This query is entered on-behalf of a customer…

A check marked as Spoiled cleared our bank account.  Is it possible to change the status of a check from Spoiled to Printed so we can show it as Cashed?

Is there any possibility to group over the year e.g at account level. If i want cost center costs just grouped by account but  i don’t want it to be grouped by year and account.  At Group Data selection the Year seem to be mandatory and it is always checked. I’d like to remove selection from the Year and just want group or summary by Account. Is there any possibility to do so ?

Hi, May i know if i have missed any set up with regards to fetching the tax code for below.“I created a non-supplier payment by including a tax code. Thereafter, created a supplier payment order. I could see the tax code in here. Then i created a mixed payment by adding the order id as the ‘open planned non supplier payments’. But i cannot see the the tax code i added previously. It is greyed out and blank. The tax amount mentions as zero which is correct.

Dear all, our company is in AUSTRIA, so the Supply Country is always AUSTRIA.But we also export parts to Switzerland where we are registered. So we need to create a project invoice with swiss tax codes.In IFS V10 Update 8 it was possible enter 2 Supply Countries for the default delivery address AUSTRIA with Tax Liability = EXAMPT: that we do not get an error message when we want to create the project invoice. Hi everyoneOur system appears to have stopped posting machine overhead to the accounts when a shop order is completed.  I’m looking at the work centre that is used and the value is only on cost set 2 and not in cost set 1 (inventory value) - will this be the issue? Thanks, Derek

Hello Everyone, One of our customers had directed the following question through a support case. Since it is out of support scope I’m creating this topic on behalf of the customer.“We're preparing our company for KSeF (new system for e-invoices). One of steps is checking the process invoicing. We 'd like to have possibility to create annual credit note f.ex. for realized sale, example:during the year we create 100 invoices for product (quantities = 10 000 tons, price per 1 ton = 12 pln). In the end of the year we want give our client bonus = 2 per 1 ton.We 'd like to create annual credit note for that, important thing is the price should be changed in Sale book.  We don't know how we can create invoice like that. Hi,Customer’s finance team had noticed an issue on the GL Balance Analysis screen where the Attribute Selection fields are empty for Consolidated companies. The Attribute is a valid selection in the Business Reporter tool so we know there is an established relationship between the GL Balance set  to the Reporting Entity. Please advice if it is a configuration issue from the customer’s end so that we can make the change in our system.Please find screen captures of the issue below.  “Budget” will populate in Business Reporter without data. 

When creating customer statements our users either forget to enter a customer or customer range into the statement selection template, or move between templates causing the template to display correctly but not work as designed.  What happens when this occurs is that all customers that have an outstanding balance receive an e-mail statement or one prints on our printers.We have seen this issue happen regularly, so I am looking to put in place a way of stopping it happening.  I have created a blank statement template and set it as the default template, so now users must select there chosen template and enter the correct values manually.Previously users would create the statement from the customer analysis screen, and the default customer template would auto populate with the customer number.  So in this scenario it takes longer for the user.  This solution I would only want to be a temporary one.What I would like is to create an event that gives a warning that th

Hello all, Is there any way to create invoice using with different currency code than the sub contract currency codes. (İt is possible for puchase order by the way)We want to use USD currency code in sub contract / valuation but invoice will be created in company currency code (INR).We tried to create an example and there is no returned data  because of different currency code when we try to match certificate per line in posting proposal screen.  We are waiting for your suggest if there is another way.Thanks. 

HI  We are setting up CAMT053 to be used in external payment to book payments. I have manage to get the matching to work when the payer are providing invoice number, some customer are however paying only a total sum without invoice ref.In those cases we get not even customer ID even though the customer name are mention in bank transaction info 1 below. How should we set up, so in case no invoice number are mention IFS at least should pick up the customer ID.   Also, Now IFS is considering supplier payments that are from payment order, but manual payments are disappearing even though they are mention in the file. Dear Colleagues,I’m dealing with Swedish bank SEB. We are exporting payment orders in ISO20022 format (successfully) and we’d like to upload external file in CAMT054 format. I managed to get the configuration to the point where external file is loaded and mixed payment created, but the proper matching with certain invoice is missing. Even though in CAMT file we get only one transaction confirmed, all invoices from Payment Order are being attached in the process.  External Load:Payment Order, Payment Date and Payment Item Id are recognized properly accordingly to Payment Order ISO file But in External Payment per Load Ids there is no longer reference to Order Item Id 

Hi,you are exactly right, the original question had nothing to do with GL Balance Analysis. My question is, is there functionality in IFS Apps to pull Attribute data into the Master Company like Balance Set.  There is existing functionality in IFS to pull in the Balance Set information to the Master Company via Reporting Entities. Is there any functionality to pull in the Attribute and Attribute Values to the Master Company? Thanks,Felicia

Hi allLike in 21R1, we don’t have the ability to see the detail of the Account receivable. The only way is to check “Exclude Not Cashed/Open documents”.And we have the same issue when we use IFS Business Reporter to the information source “Customer Open Balance” … no data available due to the error message into IFS Cloud 21R2.Look at the joined file.It’s very urgent !! Thanks
